Clean room with comfortable beds and pillows. Nice fluffy towels. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Several nearby restaurants and stores, but the location of the hotel is quiet. The only area that needs improvement is breakfast. Lots of carbs - bagels, cereal, toast, waffles, on Friday. On Saturday and Sunday they added biscuits and gravy and blueberry muffins. The waffle batter was so watered down the waffles were terrible. We didn’t have our dog on this trip, however they do allow pets for a $50 fee. I would stay here again -just wish they would improve the breakfast so we didn’t have to go somewhere else to eat.

I visit my son at Geneva College every few weeks and I like to travel with my dog, Hiro. I always stay at the Microtel. There is a nice area to go for a walk and the hotel is convenient to the college and shopping areas. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the Microtel and its staff.

It is a descent property. I have stayed here before because it is close to my kid's college. I was a bit disappointed this time as there was a pretty large stain or spill on the carpet right next to the bed and the body wash in the bathroom was clearly used and half empty. I know those are small things and I could have requested another body wash from the front desk, but it was just a bit disappointing :( Other than that, it was fine.

We chose this hotel because my daughter got married at Brady's Run Park and it was only 10 minutes away. We live 2 hours away in Ohio so it was also close to the state line. The hotel looks nice when you pull in, but when we got to our room the bathroom sink wouldn't drain and I had to ask for a plunger. My husband said what came out of the drain resembled cockroach pieces. The filter to the AC also had to be cleaned it was very dirty. There were multiple cobwebs along the ceiling above the beds. The worst part was my husband was on bit on his calf by a wolf spider in our room while he was sleeping. Our dog was playing with it and killed it so my husband took it to the front desk. Unfortunately the bite makes you nauseated and gives you gastrointestinal upset along with a mild fever and my daughter was getting married that afternoon. Luckily he made it through the ceremony and dinner before he had to leave to go back to the hotel to rest.The staff that worked at the front desk were nice, the beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable.

I like the location of this hotel. Unfortunately like many other hotels, the cleanliness of the rooms is going downhill. Rugs need scrubbed, bathroms need a good cleaning and mattresses need updated.

This was a last second booking. Employee at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with restaurant options in the area. Only thing I would suggest is better more thorough room cleaning, especially in the bathroom. Lots of missed areas.

This was the most expensive hotel on our trip. Yet, it did not have reliable Internet access. My son tried for hour to log on. The front desk person said the internet is very slow and often it is too slow to be effective. My son needed the internet to access his homework. We were going to stay another day, but booked somewhere else instead.

Property is located in a great spot..off the main road but easily accessible to whatever you need as far as shopping and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Room are spacious but noisy. Definitely try for an upper floor because you can hear everyone on the parking lot. Only complaint would be the AC. It is very loud and squeaks. You can't choose between AC and heat. It will switch automatically to get you to your set temp...we had the AC turned temporarily to 65° to cool off (90°plus humidity outside). . When we put it back to 70° the heat kicked on.

Quiet location great for rest. Room was on smaller side but clean & beds OK. Pillows on smaller side with foam filling, not my favorite. Overall Good for one night and only issue was our floor was creaky.

Room was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. Had a microwave and mini frig. Air-conditioned worked great. Reason for the overall low rating is because at check in the young lady made it feel like we were an inconvenience. Not very pleasant or friendly. She provided virtually no information, room number, how to get to the room or if we had any questions. The women at the local Chinese restaurant was more friendly than this employee. She never told us there was WIFI or the password. Hopefully she was an exception to the rule.

We stay one night with our children while traveling through. My son left behind his beloved blanket and not only did they locate it, they promptly mailed it to our home. What a life saver! Beside that, the hotel was clean, located in a nice area, the front desk was very pleasant, and the continental breakfast was presented nicely. Great customer service…definitely stay here!

I did online check in the day before. I arrived one hour early and the room was ready at arrival. Jay, who was extremely pleasant and welcoming, handed me the room keys and, explained about amenities and breakfast area in 60 seconds and that was it, it took no time. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything anyone could need in a hotel room. It was very quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was what you'd expect from a continental breakfast, they had fresh and hard boiled eggs, breakfast meat, waffles, bagels, yogurt and cereal and the coffee was fresh and good so everything was excellent. I dropped off my keys in the basket and that was it. It didn't take any time. Overall, it was a great stay and I have zero complaints, just compliments. Thank you very much.

New property, so everything is clean and in great working condition. Rooms and bathrooms are thoughtfully appointed. Breakfast was a disappointment - styrofoam plates-bowls-cups, frozen boiled eggs, overripe apples, no bananas.

The property was pretty nice overall. Would have given 5 stars except for the "continental breakfast". There weren\'t any cooked options, like eggs or breakfast meat. I tried to eat a bagel but it was rock hard like it was old, the cream cheese was room temperature. There also weren\'t any fruit options like bananas or apples. I was hoping for more.
