Hotel has pool and hot tub which is a big attraction. Helpful staff. Location is close to rail tracks but noise was not an issue for us. The pool size is small and gets crowded quickly, specially during weekends. The common men's bathroom near pool was messed up by a guest, but was not cleaned for at least half a day. Overall hotel is good for stay.

The hotel is okay. Stayed for a few nights. It locates in front of the train tracks. That’s a big distraction. The whirlpool is small ( 3 people the most) and the jet is very weak. The carpet smells funky and old. No stores around

We chose this place over others because it had a bar. However the bar does not open till Jan 8. The shower had one of the bottles broken off the wall. The fridge door was missing a handle. The pool water was cloudy and you couldn’t see 6 inches in front of you. The staff was very friendly. The building and parking set up were nice. The breakfast had a nice variety.

$180 a night and charged me $12 for parking. Pretty ridiculous add on for an already very overpriced room.

I booked this hotel because it has a pool, a hot tub, and a basketball court. Once we got there we found out the pool water is murky and you cannot even see the bottom of the pool, there is a layer of unknown liquid floating in the hot tub. I strongly believed that the pool filter was either off or broken. We went to the basketball court, the board of the hoop is broken and there are garbage scattered in the court. Trains run all night and honk by the hotel, that’s why they offered earplugs in the room. It’s disappointing because we used to stay the same franchise by Marriott and this is the first time we were a little surprised by its conditions. I will definitely check the reviews before booking and not just relying on the hotel pictures.

The only thing I have a problem with is when I come there and I have frequent this hotel a few times, the food times - bar is NEVER OPEN !!! I cannot go and sit down at the bar and get any food or drinks !! I would like to have a cocktail once I check in and enjoy my evening

Hot tub not hot enough, pool water was cold. Room wasn't whatcI expected but it was a nice room I just thought I was getting a separate room I believe I had a studio.

Internet connection was poor. Self service laundry required downloading and using an ineffective app. Thus, we had to abandon inhouse laundry and used a closeby laundromat.

The hotel has become less user friendly since my last stay. The gym did not have sanitizers for the equipment. There was no water in the lobby.

Train right outside our window was loud. Pool was also closed. Otherwise, very good experience. Great breakfast.

Room was visibly dirty. Dead bugs on desk. Sheets had brown stains throughout them. Door to AC unit off sitting on wall. Room was humid. Shame because I had stayed at this hotel before and had no problems.

The room was great in size. I wish I had paid more attention as being on the railroad track side was awful. I appreciated the ear plugs though. What really bothered me was that we got a room with a pull out couch - my daughter pulled it out to sleep on and there were dead bugs on it. I let the front desk know and he asked if he wanted me to send someone up - but never offered a new room. I told him never mind. We would just crowd together on the bed. I assume because the bugs were dead that the room had been treated in the past. While I love the Marriott brand, this isn't a property we will revisit for our next visit to Conshohocken.

We were disappointed in the lack of hospitality and the cleanliness. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest cafe and at exactly at 10 am, they shut down the breakfast, which is fair, but then there’s no coffee except the 1 pod in your room… which wasn’t replaced for 7 days!! We had 4 members of family and had 1 bath towel! We had to go on the hunt for towels!! Shower was plugged and didn’t drain, only to find out it wasn’t cleaned for quite some time and had wads of hair in it!! When room was cleaned, every third day, they didn’t replace all the towels or take the dirty ones! Very disappointing.

When i first got there, I genuinely thought it was abandoned. They can't help the industrial area they're in, but the sign was damaged and it just looked bleak. The check-in desk was upstairs with little signage which added to the abandoned feel. The staff I interacted with were very nice, but while the layout of the room was nice, that's where the positivity ends. The bed was rock hard on one side and caved in on the other. There were dead flies all over the table, and ants in the pool room. The pool/hot tub had bits in it (though to be fair that comes with the territory of public pools) but the dirt and food bits all over the floors made me feel so gross. It also feels really cheap that they charge for parking, i did eventually find it on the website but its not easily seen, and $12 per night seems really steep. If its that serious just raise the price of the room a little. The gym was small but usable so thats a plus I guess. They also gave you control of the thermostat, but it didn't feel like cold air, just a fan. I also didn't get food poisoning from the breakfast so I call that a win. It was bearable for a single night stay, but I would not book here again. (The only picture I thought to take was of the dead flies, and its kind of hard to see since they were small, but every black speck is a bug)

Not only was the room moldy and dilapidated with rotten walls around the air unit… You then had to pay an additional fee to park after you already paid an unacceptable amount for the hotel in the condition it’s in. Not to mention the horrid smell in the hallways.

Front desk staff was beyond hospitable and was the bright spot of the stay. Breakfast is also a nice addition. Room was ok. Lots of space, but needs some upkeep and deep cleaning. Dirty dishware and broken bathroom fixtures. The heating is also wonky, it was blowing cold air at times. But public areas are kept up well. Still, Ive stayed in most of the Conshy hotels and because of the front desk service this is one of the better ones.

This hotel had been completely renovated since our last stay. It is nicely appointed, very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast is a real plus, well stocked and kept very clean and neat. Excellent staff and service.

Convenient location.30 minutes to Philadelphia. Wehad issues with the air cconditioning in the rooms.

Staff was helpful and very friendly. Check in was easy. Convenient location and ample parking. Bed clean and comfortable. Our room overlooked to the trains which used horn as they went by in this area which I guess the photo on expedia does show! We also had a very bright spotlight shining directly under the window and had to try to block it with pillows etc. The A/C was also noisy going on and off frequently, in addition to the train noise, so if we ever stayed again, as it is a decent value for a suite, would only stay on the other side of the building.

Computer system was down at check in, 11 pm. Desk clerk called manager to et us into a room, she was very sweet. I said we did not want to be by the elvator, she brought us down the hall, her key wouldn't work. Put us in the room next to elevator. Kitchen sink clogged, disposal non functional, missing a closet door [??], lighting was awful. A/C cycled constantly. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and professional all around and the bed quite comfortable. I was surprised at the conditions in the suite, perhaps this room was only used for late check ins or something.

I had no air conditioning. I turned it down when we went to bed but it never cooled. I struggled to sleep. My son had to keep getting a cold towel for his head. Just very uncomfortable.

The hotel is nice, BUT there are train tracks in front of the hotel and the train goes by since 5:56am sounding the horn very loudly and for almost half a minute. It is all day long like this for the Amtrak and the SEPTA.

The hotel and the room had everything we needed. My chief complaint is that the lighting in the room (king bed studio) is inadequate. The kitchen area needs much better lighting and the desk needs at least a lamp. Also, the sofabed is not comfortable to sit on. An armchair would enhance the room's comfort greatly. With those improvements, the room would be perfect.

The train tracks next to the property mean loud train passings every hour or so, I was near the elevator too which was really loud. The AC unit in my room was super loud as well. On the up side the breakfasts were good.

Staff around 2pm for check in was horrible. Then again on that Friday around noon absolutely rude, when asking for toilet paper they was mad before asking. I'm not sure what that was about but made me feel uncomfortable. I never received my 4000 points from spinning the wheel that was at front desk either. Like whoever that young lady was , had no professionalism and need to stay off the phone when people trying to check in. Especially when there's no one in line. Just one person and her. Not customer service friendly At all. I never had a horrible stay anywhere until I went to this hotel. Highly dissappointed.

Waited 35 minutes for someone to show up at the desk to check me in. Not even an apology.

The refrigerator kept the kids up all night. I told the front desk maintenance was supposed to come and no one ever showed. 429 the door was extremely hard to get into

Called staff to come help us with the janky ass fold out bed, put me on hold twice, told me they'd be there in ten minutes, called 45 mins later. Very bed service. Front desk very inefficient. Never told us wifi password, never told us about breakfast or check out time. Seriously?

Enjoyed our stay. Staff were warm & friendly. Location was easily accessible to many restaurants and neighborhood was easily walkable. We would stay here again.

Shout out to Sharday at that front counter, she was nice! Always comfortable and quiet when we come. We stay here annually for a music festival and it's conveniently located

Absolutely would not recommend this hotel. when we arrived at the property, the entire common area, checkpoint and front desk area, was ridiculously hot as their air conditioning broke. We totally understand when things happen, but their attitude about it was horrible. When I asked them about it, the woman said how would you feel if you had to work here? When we went to bed last night we asked for extra pillows for the pullout sofa and a woman came to the door 45 minutes later with a sheet. We told her it was supposed to be pillows. She said she’d come back but never did so. Our kids slept without pillows. When I woke up in the morning and went down and said something to the front desk, she said oh what do you want me to bring your pillows now and I said we’re leaving today and she goes oh you’re just telling me about it. Is that it? When I called Marriott corporate to let them know what was going on they said that I had to take the matter up with Expedia that they had no way of controlling it since I booked her for third-party, which makes me not want to book through Expedia anymore either. It is as if we have no Recourse if something happens We asked for a room on the opposite side of the train track because when we got to our room, we found out their earplugs next to the bed. They refused to move our room. So unless you’re desperate, don’t book this property because you’ll hear the train all night long as well.

They refused to change my sheets even when I went to the desk and ask for my sheets to bed changed after being there for two days when asked they just made my bed with the pajamas and night scarf for my head still in the sheets then I called the front desk when I got back to my room and noticed what they did I asked again for my sheets to be changed, and housekeeping brought the sheets and stuff to my door and gave them to me and I had to change my sheets myself and breakfast was good. Everything else was good but if you’re staying for a long time don’t think you’re going to change your sheets they’re just gonna give you a freshen up which is making the bed with all your night clothes and stuff in it, the sheets still

We came from out of town. Great rooms. Great breakfast. Very clean. Easy to Uber or walk.

Hotel is well taken care of, staff were friendly and helpful and my husband and I loved the Schuykill Valley walking/biking trail right across the street. Brreakfast was great! Would use this hotel again

Good stay but the hotel is right on the commuter rail line. Fortunately, it was the weekend and there were few trains. During the work week, I suspect it’s another story

Nice accommodation for the price and location, staff helpful and friendly. Be aware that SEPTA trains pass frequently (15-30 min) and sound their horns loudly from about 6:30am to 8:30 or so at night.

1) There are train tracks right next to the hotel! And the trains’ whistle goes off for every train passing. Very disturbing and the ear plugs left in your room won’t help. 2) The property is in desperate need of a face-lift. Worn furniture and stained carpet. 3) The kitchen ‘s plumbing was not functioning so breakfast was pastries, bagels and coffee from Panera. All in all, a disappointing stay.

Clean, very friendly staff, nice amenities. Pool and hot breakfast were great, family friendly environment, would stay here again if visiting the Philly area!

Large suite was very reasonably priced, very clean and well appointed. The hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and was excellent!!

Breakfast is not that good

Toilet paper holder was broken when we checked in. After four days and two complaints to front desk about the issue, nothing was done to correct the problem. Also, room was never refreshed for four days. Had to ask for fresh towels and additional tissue and toilet paper replacements. For two days, the normal breakfast of eggs, sausage and waffles was not served because of “plumbing problems.” Panera Bread pastries and bagels were substituted.

There was no breakfast one morning. Also there was no water at front. Those two items would have mad my stay more pleasurable.

Only 1 out of 3 TVs worked and the 1 that did work had volume issues. We asked the front desk several times (more than 3) to fix it. 1 of the times they gave us a custer service number forbthe internet and when we called we needed info about the hotel that we would have to ask the front desk for. Breakfast could have been better if a 3 yr old cooked it. Apple juice has floating stuff in it. Hair was on the 2 plates. Most of the Sausage was burnt in half. Not like 1 side was burnt but still edible. No, think of a ying yang symbol and thats what it looked liked. Flys all around and on food. Had to pay for parking and it was notba secure lot or shaded. Just a normal parking lot for i think $16 a day. Bed was soft and pillows need to be replaced. Walmart has better pillows for $5. Normally, I love going to hotels but this stay was horrible.
