Clean room, large rooms, the pillows the sheets the comforter are so comfortable I slept like a baby. Very nice staff, no problems at all. Also the pool area is very clean as well as the pool, and they make sure it’s nice and warm in there for you. Also breakfast is really good and for people that like to sleep in a little bit they do have it later than a lot of other hotels it ends at 10 o’clock. I also love the lighting that they have in their rooms, they have little lamp lights on both sides of the bed and behind the bed there’s a light that shines up at the ceiling there’s also one of those behind the TV I just love the lighting in the rooms.

handicap chair was not accessible for the pool/was broke. Room was dusty. Paint was chipped/holes filled in with plaster than not repainted on the walls. Very small continental breakfast .

The hotel was fine/clean, typical airport area hotel. I had an issue with the airport shuttle being very late (then telling me there was no room—I squeezed in). Luckily TSA was moving along quickly enough that I caught my flight (barely).

Outdated but looks like they might be starting renovations. Parking for for airport is not included, $10/night which is misleading. Many more convenient hotels have free parking offered.

Stayed here for a pinball tournament at the Rezzanine. It was convenient to the expressway and very quiet at night, which is very important to me as a light sleeper. The staff did get quite noisy in the hallways first thing in the morning and that would have been a problem if I had been trying to sleep in any. The room was good. The bed was a little on the hard side but not that bad. The biggest disappointment is that the fitness room had two pieces of powered equipment and both were broken, which was especially disappointing because I take a walk every day and find it convenient to use a treadmill for that when I'm at a hotel.

The bathroom and room was dirty upon check in. Check in staff was nice. The remaining staff encountered were unpleasant, except on check out day. Lack of communication between staff. Hotel clenliness was so-so, construction was happening so I feel like I can’t really comment on that.

We were initially given a room on the top floor as requested, however, upon entering the room, it had clearly not been cleaned. The bed was slept in and disheveled, the bathroom was uncleaned, and the room smelled. Went to the desk and was given another room, which was no longer on the top floor. Upon entering the new room, it appeared clean so we left our belongings and went on with the rest of our day. After a long evening, we returned late and planned to take a quick shower. But upon attempting to do so, noticed the shower was not properly cleaned as there was hair in the tub, hair on the walls, and some of the towels appeared used but just folded and placed back on the shelf. At this point, it was too late in day to change rooms again and we went to bed. We were only staying one night. At check out, these things were mentioned to the desk clerk, who did not even apologize for the negative experience and simply stated they would forward my complaint to the manager. No credits offered or any other resolutions to our poor stay. We were also so uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the place that we did not stay for the free breakfast and ate elsewhere instead. Will not be staying in another Comfort Suites again.

From the hairs on the blanket, to the dust on the lamp & bathroom vent, to the metal trim around the door that stuck out 3 inches, as well as the pee around the toilet. The only staff that even had an identifying uniform & name badge was when we checked in. Maintenance had to come to our room & he was wearing a Nike jumpsuit, nothing to identify him. The next morning when we checked out the lady at the desk had on Lilo & Stitch pajama pants. For as much as the room cost, I was highly disgusted & disappointed.

This property - the facility itself - really needs some work. Our first room had a door to an adjoining room that wouldn’t lock or even stay shut so our things weren’t secure. We moved rooms (thank goodness, because we noticed a gross-looking stain on the carpet on our way out) and the bathroom door in THAT room wouldn’t latch. There were also a lot of other shoddy things in disrepair. Near the nightstand there was a hole in the wall with some kind of extension cord coming through (where it went we have no idea). One of the lights next to the bed (mounted on the wall) looked like it was going to fall down if anyone touched it too hard. And, finally, the room just smelled bad. Especially when we first went in and turned the heater on. It was so bad I bought a diffuser to put on the dresser during our stay! Do not recommend. There’s tons of other hotels in the area.

Stayed just one night after an evening arrival at Pittsburgh Airport. It was a few miles from the airport but straightforward to find. Easy parking & great check in. Room was very clean, spacious & comfortable. Hotel was very quiet. There is no restaurant or bar but they are available nearby. There is a self serve complementary breakfast. Exceeded our expectations for a convenient one night stopover & good value too.

We use to use this hotel a few years back anytime we were in the area. It has since become a little older and things are not kept up. The curtains in the room were not that clean. Rust spot on the top of curtain where the pull rod is attached. Curtain did not close all the way. Door had a lot of light coming through the hallway so room was not dark. If the light comes through sound will also travel more. Safety would be another concern with door.

Had to wait 15 minutes to check out no one at the front desk. Checking in there was $3.00 and some cents charge i paid with credit card online. Asked for a receipt and just shows zero balance not how much i paid.

The facility was very accommodating. They allowed us to register and check in a little early. Everything was very clean and available. Plenty of towels. Fresh coffee and fresh lemon water available 24 hours a day. The continental breakfast was very nice. I truly have nothing bad to say!

Our stay was fine, the rooms were clean, and the staff was mostly friendly. Our issues were with one staff member who we asked for assistance from three times and got ignored. We asked for a towel to wipe down the high chair as it was nasty. He never assisted us despite asking several times. We then went to get ice and the ice that came out of the machine had mold in it and the catch tray was covered in black mold.

The lady checking us in was wonderful. She gave us recommendations for restaurants near by and recommended by far one of the best restaurants in the area. She was very polite and conversational.

we arrived late and the person on the desk went above on checking us in to hotel, got us a snack and juice since we didn't get to eat between flights. Also, when I called for transportation from the airport the same desk person was courteous, and we didn't have to wait long for tranport to hotel.

Took 20 minutes to check in because there was nobody at the desk, just a sign reading 'I'm assisting another customer, be right back.' Meanwhile I can hear a woman talking on her phone in the room behind the desk, eventually I dropped my keys onto the desk to alert her of my presence, she poked her head out and said be right with you. Never saw her again. A different woman passed by and saw me standing there, told me "be there in a sec" and showed up a couple minutes later, checked me in, put the sign back up and disappeared. Dirty, outdated, one tiny elevator for the entire building, pool area was decent, but unkempt and clearly not a priority, housekeeping never showed up. I ALWAYS tip housekeeping, not this time. My family will never book this hotel again. 2/10. Don't bother.

This Comfort Suites isn't located within easy walking distance of any dining. They have vending machines and lots of restaurant choices within 2 miles. Property is old and dated but mostly clean. Front desk wasn't particularly helpful at check in. Beds comfortable and clean. Old style HVAC in Ron, team fan all night. Overall, very average for the money, but okay.

The property is located very close to the airport. The facility is very clean with a nice indoor pool. They did run out of protein at 7am for the breakfast. Nobody seemed concerned with the multiple guests that only had cereal waffles and or muffins to eat.

Stayed just one night after an evening arrival at Pittsburgh Airport. It was a few miles from the airport but straightforward to find. Easy parking & great check in. Room was very clean, spacious & comfortable. Hotel was very quiet. There is no restaurant or bar but they are available nearby. There is a self serve complementary breakfast. Exceeded our expectations for a convenient one night stopover & good value too.

Clean room, large rooms, the pillows the sheets the comforter are so comfortable I slept like a baby. Very nice staff, no problems at all. Also the pool area is very clean as well as the pool, and they make sure it’s nice and warm in there for you. Also breakfast is really good and for people that like to sleep in a little bit they do have it later than a lot of other hotels it ends at 10 o’clock. I also love the lighting that they have in their rooms, they have little lamp lights on both sides of the bed and behind the bed there’s a light that shines up at the ceiling there’s also one of those behind the TV I just love the lighting in the rooms.

Fri t desk staff very unfriendly, when we Che in employee service couldn’t be bothered to even lift her head and make eye contact. Room very musty smelling, a/c was noisy. Description of breakfast didn’t match what was actually served, very little variety, not enough seating and no one around to replenish empty food bins. Lots of children left unattended very loud in hallways as well.
