Parking is non-existent at this location so plan to use the valet service (about $50 for 2 day stay) Saturday morning there were no seats available and the food was gone halfway through the breakfast time so we had to stand around waiting and never did get some of the basics. Other than that everything else was very good. Beds comfortable, bathroom/rooms clean and somewhat updated. Pool area clean as well as rooftop area. I would recommend and stay here again.

What an incredible hotel! Walking distance to literally everything, and a quick car ride to any destination in the city from the hotel. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Popcorn and coffee in the lobby, delicious complimentary breakfast and complimentary mini buffet in the evening. The rooftop lounge was amazing, and full pool and gym options. Will definitely come back! Kreb Up Frag Out.

great location if you are looking for a sun deck on the roof close to the poolnto hop back and forth in the summer in downtown pittsburgh. we stay here with kids free breakfast and “dinner”. the drinks are nice at the end of the day. not a bad walk to the stadiums.

Walkable to PNC Park and restaurants. Nice pool, hot tub, exercise room and rooftop patio. Very attentive and friendly staff.

Steeped in history- a converted Federal Reserve branch bank building with some of the original touches visible- vaults etc. Very friendly staff and centrally located downtown.

Very clean and well appointed. The free breakfast was really solid - eggs, sausage, home fries, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, cereal, fruit...the whole nine yards. The evening kickback was less impressive, the drink options were minimal (and the margaritas made from mix undrinkable), but still very cool of them to offer. We came into town for a baseball series and there were lots of others there for the same reason so it was a fun vibe. Area is very walkable to PNC and lots of restaurants. Our one negative was the rudeness of the bartender at the bar. They advertise heavily that its open late - flyers in every room, signs everywhere - and when we got there at 10pm last night (they closed at 11pm on Sundays) the bartender sighed heavily and pointedly looked at her watch when we ordered a drink and a pizza. She called last call shortly after and kept looking at us with "hurry up" evident in her eyes. It was a bummer in an otherwise great stay.

Everything was great. Literally everything... Lol...ok,except the parking situation. I'm just not a fan of being forced to utilize valet parking. I wouldn't stay anywhere else...but I would park elsewhere! And that's not a jab at the valet drivers.

Room was clean and breakfast was good. Only 1 functional elevator during my stay or it would be 5 stars.

Very clean property. Easy to get in and out of the city. Awesome perks like the free breakfast and popcorn. Only complaint was elevators were very slow even though there were 3 of them.

I love The Drury. It's a happy place. But DO NOT park here. It is a nightmare. It is valet, $40/day. You can request your car. You cannot request a time. Once you put in your request the clock starts ticking. When we arrived on Saturday, the parking attendant said it could take up to 30 minutes to get your car during peak times. This is a lie. He should have said that it will take a minimum of 30 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, we asked the woman behind the outside parking desk where our car was. She lied and said we were next. Then 4 more cars arrived for other people waiting and I went back to her and asked again. Again she said we were the next car coming. This time she was right. So you put in for your car and wait outside in a scrum for 35 minutes. I will never park here again. Truth is I was so angry Sunday morning, where I was late to visit a baby in the NICU because it took valets over 35 minutes to retrieve a car, that I vowed never to stay here again. It would have been faster to walk -- shame on you.

Hotel is nice, well located, and decently priced. Breakfast is good with many options. The 5:30pm kickback is great. 1 free drink and 2 vouchers for 1$ drink (not full bar though...). You can actually have dinner there too (for free). Rooms are clean and good size. Worth the stay.

Staff are all kind and friendly. My room in the 7th floor was great, but the hallways had a strong mold/ mildew smell. There is a large fan trying to dry out the area. I couldn’t smell or hear anything in my room, but I wish they would not have given me a room on that floor (or anyone) until they resolve the mold issue.

The hotel amenities were fantastic. Breakfast was very good, evening drinks and food was a nice touch which was from 530-7. We just made it in time at 6:55. It does end right at 7 with no exceptions. They also have a soda machine and coffee/tea available till 930pm. This was also a nice touch. The old bank vaults on the lower level was very cool. The room was spacious, however when we pulled out the couch bed, the bedding was filthy. Hair and dirt all over it. We were leaving for dinner and asked for it to be changed. The front desk staff was very polite and made a call right away. However, when we returned later, the staff had only pulled off the bedding and left new bedding in a bag on the floor. With the high cost of this hotel, my expectations are that they change the beddng so my kids can come back and sleep right away. For half the price I'd have no problem making the bed myself but that wasn't the case. Pretty disappointed about the cleaning staff. One final note, the woman running the waffle station was incredibly organized and efficient. I didn't get her name but with how great things were run, I imagine she runs that station often.

I checked in on Monday evening Tuesday I told them about a dirty wash cloth in my shower and to no response it was still there on Wednesday when I was checking out. Also claims pet friendly but no accommodations for your pet to go outside.

We came to Pittsburgh (first time) for a Bryan Adams concert at the PPG Arena. I chose Drury because it so close, knowing nothing about your hotel. The room was huge, and spotless! We loved it. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and responsive. The breakfast was perfect fluffy eggs, perfectly done sausage and perfectly roasted home fries ;) Oh, and my wife LOVED the popcorn. And on top of all that, you offered the first drink free for dinner, and the next two for a dollar each. We have never been to hotel with such amenities and bonuses. When we come back, we will always stay at the Drury.

The entire staff was incredibly nice! Each person we encountered was super friendly. The room was very clean and also very spacious. It gets extra points from me because there were no windows in the bedroom so it was extra dark, which meant a very good night sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Older property. A little noisy. You can hear everything coming from the hallway, conversations, door slamming, kids running around. Great location, staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and dinner offered as part of your room cost is an added bonus!

The view from 309 is so bad it shouldn't even have a window. The valet is slow. Otherwise *shrug*

Comfortable big room

Hotel was very nice as was the staff. There’s parking about a block away if you don’t want to pay the valet. Room was nice but we didn’t have an outside window.

Front desk service was good. The included breakfast looked good, but in fact there was not some to eat. However, the poor facilities are as follows: The navigation led us to the other side of the property, very narrow driveway, remember, no luggage service was required because it was less than 10 feet from getting off the car to the front desk. It was very noisy at night, waking me and my family up several times. Things dropped on the floor upstairs, flushing the toilet, being busy, and talking in the aisle could all be heard and woken up. There was no view because the distance from the other building was so small that we could shake hands separately through our windows. Will not book again.

The hotel double charged my card for a one night stay. initially they took just over $300, saying they charge for the room itself, the incidental, and the cost of valet parking. The day after we checked out, they charged my card again for the cost of the room without the valet or the incidental. So in total they took over $500 from my account. I have stayed at several hotels, and this is the only one that I have ever had any sort of experience of a double charge to this extent. When we called the hotel to try and resolve this issue, their customer service representatives were not willing to help and hung up on us when we asked to connect with the bank. I am pregnant and have doctors appointments coming up this week and I can’t afford to have over $500 just missing from my account.

Outstanding service throughout the staff. Wonderful breakfast. Great location. We’ve been to the Drury in StLouis Amit is great. That’s what convinced us to stay at the Drury in Pittsburgh! Facility is very well maintained!

The iron had something on the bottom that ruined my shirt ($90). I told the front desk and they blew it off and shrugged their shoulders with a weak “sorry that happened”. Absolutely a terrible experience. I will never stay at a Drury hotel again…their customer service is laughable. Avoid!!!

I have to say the property was very nice . The indoor pool and jacuzzi were very clean and my son and I enjoyed it a lot . Overall I liked the place until my final day. There was a lady by the name of Jayme who works at the restaurant area for breakfast. She decided to start cleaning up while people were still coming in . I got there 8:30 and she was already shutting down the waffle maker. It was getting around 9 and there was no sign that stated the hours and she also decided to shut down the juice machine right in front of me and said we are closed . Another lady wanted to fill up her soda also told her it’s closed . Another girl wanted a waffle and it was warm so she poured her waffle batter and Jayme instead of turning it on and let the “ guest” eat and be happy she decided to take it and throw it away!! This person is selfish and doesn’t care about their guests and should cater to them . I don’t care if you are closing at least let the last person get their drinks or food and then close . You can make exceptions, we are the guests where I paid $600 for 2 nights so at least treat me with some importance . Jayme ruined my experience because when I addressed she would argue and not bend . This kind of person does not represent the hotel in the best way. Even when I was checking out her manager defended her by saying we have our hours but still if it wasn’t for your guests you would not have a job! Management need to emphasize this and hire the best nicest people not rude

AMAZZZZZING staff!!! They go out of there way to make sure all is right. During dinner (dinner/drinks are complementary) the front desk staff goes around the eating area checking on every person to make sure all is going well. Stayed in many hotels, US/Europe, never seen that kindness and professionalism. What an amazing gesture!!!

We were there for one night for a volleyball tournament so our time in the room was really short. We got there late and left early. Breakfast was good-valet service was fast but Rita was AMAZING! So helpful and patient and kind. Thank you!

Excellent all round - front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was on point. From the valet service, to the the front desk check-in, as well as the service workers in the dining areas. We were checked in by Heather (General Manager) She was outstanding, not only during the check-in, but every other time i needed assistance. We were able to upgrade to a suite for a very minimal fee, and also given free drink coupons, along with free breakfast and dinner buffets. Ive never had a hotel offer so much. We picked this hotel due to the close proximity to the PPG arena, and the other good reviews. If you're going to PPG, this place is perfect to stay, its only a few minutes walk, very convenient. My only issue was that the suite room appeared very dated, hopefully they upgrade it in the near future. Overall, id highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a good one if you are catching the 7:30 AM train to Philadelphia. It’s two blocks from the train station.

Lovely Hotel. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful. Room was quite large and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good and the dinner and free drink was a wonderful bonus! Centrally locate to what we were doing. Took subway to PNC and walked to Strip District. Took Uber to incline. Would most certainly stay there again.

The Drury was located in a great part of the city. It was clean, welcoming, and the employees were amazing. Very attentive, polite, eager to please, and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay here again when in Pittsburgh.

Before flying in, I talked to Brie, who made sure it was noted that we had a late arrival and ensure we could stay in same room bc of separate bookings. She also said Gina would take care of us upon arrival, and she did. (Thx Brie and Gina!) upon our arrival, we were starved and the valet told us about Parma Pizza, which was open late and it was really good. Thanks Mr. Valet - you were spot on regarding the food!! So far so good. But then again, we stay in a lot of Drury’s… and we’ve yet to be disappointed. Staff are always pleasant, good attitude, and helpful. Won’t lie tho, the hotel is a bit worn out and probably needs a refresh (but it’s clean!). our bed was comfortable, it’s quiet, and it’s super convenient to all things in town. The staff really do put this hotel on top.

Spacious room and facilities beyond our expectations, comparable to a 3.5–4 star standard. The highlight was not only the tasty complimentary breakfast but also the free buffet dinner.

This is a great family friendly property. Breakfast and dinner are included plus they offer valet parking. My only complaint is that they do not offer non-pork food options. breakfasts it’s always pork sausage. For example, their dinner, which they call happy hour, they served hot dogs (pork) and pulled pork sandwiches.

The breakfast and evening dinner was included and was amazing. Heather T and her team were so accommodating and genuine and friendly and clearly took pride in their jobs. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay there again
