My stay was amazing. The staff were so warm and welcoming throughout each area and role they were working. The breakfast was yummy! It was peaceful and a great weekend of rest. Thank you.

Stayed 1 night

Unfortunately, having stayed in many hotels (and I’m by no means snooty), we came into one room (210), only have to book a second. The first room smelled musty as soon as we walked in. It had stains from a former water leak under the window, on top of the air unit. Serious mold developed on the drawer covers in between the two beds. It was an uninhabitable hazard. They could only offer housekeeping to come and clean it away. However, I said I don’t recommend anyone stay in there since that’s a symptom of a bigger problem. Mold is a microorganism, largely unseen at first. Anyhow, I had to book another room at the same hotel (because we had a second room booked as we were splitting rooms for an event in the city with two other people). I booked the other room through a 3rd party app. So the other room (273), had a busted and rusted tub spicket. The smoke alarm was missing. The fridge door had rust. The clock was not plugged in. The remote and TV did not work. The light next to my bed was rusted. And last, but not least, we found fleas jumping around in our bed in the morning. I do not recommend this hotel by any means. It’s a gamble not worth taking to find a decent room.

The staff, the room, breakfast, and the amenities were great. However, the bathroom in the room was absolutely subpar. 😕 The bathroom door did not close properly, the tub was absolutely filthy; there were stains and dead gnats on the walls, and the pictures were hanging on with duct tape.

The 2 woman that serve breakfast in the morning were so kind and helpful. I really appreciated them helping us even though we got in so late.
