Safe, clean, friendly staff and the convenience of free parking. Made it a good value stay. Would stay there again. Please repair the second elevator soon. It took a long time to get up and down from our floor and it was often a tight squeeze.

It was great! Everything was fantastic! The food, the staff, the fitness center, the cleanliness was top notch. The pillows on the bed were awesome and the controlled room temperature was perfect. I didn’t have to play around to find what felt like the temp we wanted. It was accurate. The hot tub was perfect. The pool was adequate. They have a complimentary breakfast and dinner. It is the top hotel I have stayed in to date. Much appreciated!

Had a great experience at Drury. Comfortable beds, nice and quiet rooms, and great shuttle for the airport (even in the early morning hours). Will stay here again for sure the next time I am in town and need a place to stay before an early flight!

It was disappointing given how well reviewed and how high a guest rating it gets. They were very nice people but my room had visible residue of some sort on the night stand and the bathroom didn’t seem too clean. I was too exhausted from work to complain and have a room change although i did consider just staying at another hotel without even checking out.

The location couldn't be more convenient, it is literally in front of you when you exit the freeway. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The convenience of breakfast was nice. There is a shopping plaza minutes away with an excellent grocery store, which was super convenient. I didn't give a full 5 stars because the shower didn't appear to have been cleaned, there was still hair on the wall of the shower from a previous guest. Also our room had a connector door to the room next to us and we could hear absolutely everything they were saying - until 2 am! Otherwise, we had a great stay and would stay again.

Overall, I thought that the hotel was pretty good. They do offer a lot of amenities which we didn’t take advantage of because we had a few other things going on. The rooms are pretty comfortable. We were on the eighth floor. Now I will say that there were two things I wasn’t happy about, which is why I didn’t give the hotel five stars. The first one is that I’m pretty sure my sheets were not changed. One of the pillows had foundation the size of a face so clearly you can tell that someone was sleeping there with foundation on their face and it had rubbed off the pillow so. It was a bit uncomfortable knowing that the sheets weren’t changed. I’m not one to complain and ask for new sheets so that’s on me. Two, the water pressure was not good at all. I can’t picture a bigger person showering under the showerhead that we had in that room which was a small stream. In the video I recorded, it was a little stronger, but the two days before it was very low. With that being said, we felt that the location was perfect. There were many shopping areas around and it was a pretty quick drive to the Pittsburgh area where we went to watch a baseball game. I would however stay again.

There were an issue with ants and spiders in the room. They were all over the one bed my kid was sleeping in. They were on the floor and the night stand. Management tried to downplay it and say it wasn’t an infestation but due to an old cookie found behind the night stand. I told them we didn’t have any in the room and it was acknowledged that it must have been missed by the cleaning staff. They gave us trash bags to put our things in so they were contained in case any additional ants came in. They moved us to a room that was also not clean. Management first offered to comp an additional night to stay but I declined. Then she said they would refund one night. When I went home I had to unpack our luggage from the trash bags and inspect and clean everything due to the ants in the room. I will never stay here again, it was such a terrible experience and I was disappointed with how it was handled.

This isn't a super high-end luxury hotel, but you would be forgiven for thinking that it was. For the price, the amenities are great: reliable wi-fi, clean pool and hot tub, complimentary hot breakfast AND dinner AND three drink tickets per adult per night at the cocktail bar. The ground are kept extremely clean, literally to a shine. The common area in the lobby is a great place to sit and relax, and I even saw groups of people having large conversations together. This hotel really is a gem, and I am looking forward to staying here again.

Everything was great...new. But sleep is so important and its not a quiet facility. The building is paper thin between rooms and if anyone in your wing is awake...you're awake.

The room was specious and clean, staff were very friendly. Positive vibes. Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was very nice and clean. It is 15 minutes drive from Downtown, Pittsburgh. Within less than 2 miles there is an awesome shopping plaza where they have Tesla Supercharger. It is an awesome hotel in an awesome location. Totally worth the price I paid.

The room was very clean, I was unable to find a pillow that I was able to sleep on that didn't hurt my neck. My fault for not bringing my own. Loved how easy it was to regulate the temperature in the shower, and how easy it was to get in and out of the tub.

This hotel was at Ridge Rd Pittsburgh Pa. Staff was very nice. Room was remarkably clean. Rooms were sound where I didnt hear about anyone elses bussiness. Phone charging stations within reach for both beds. If I needed a hotel Ill be definitely checking into the closest one!

When booking it asked for special requests. I requested a couple of things. On arriving, lady at desk admitted she was “just reading my requests now”…….rly? By then it was too late. Not only that, she didn’t even acknowledge my actual requests. Oh? Was that her way of telling me no, to my requests. Just plain rude. I did see it as plain old laziness on the Staffs part. Not impressed. On a happier note. Loved the kickback. The Gentleman on the bar, extremely polite. Hotel room King Suite was very nice and comfortable.

I wish every hotel was as comfortable as this one. I don't have a need for opulence. I need quiet, security, and comfort. Drury met those needs easily. Exceptional breakfast buffet. I think they are pet friendly also.

Amanda and Tracy at the front desk were awesome. They made us feel like family. They remembered our names when we came in after a long day. It was very refreshing. Luc was very professional yet personal. All of these people made a tough visit (we were there to visit a family member in the hospital) become actually enjoyable. We can't wait to visit 'our friends' again.

We checked in and right away staff was helpful. We were going to the Bengals Steelers game and they gave us directions to the lot to park in and how to take the T tram to get there. We got there at happy hour and were given tickets for free drinks and discounted drinks and even offered food before the game. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I would definitely stay again.

I was concerned about getting to the airport in time because of long lines at security and having to return a rental car. The staff were so kind and went above and beyond to help me. The front desk attendant quickly connected me with the shuttle driver who offered to take me right then to drop off my car so I didn't have to worry about it early in the morning. I ended up taking him up on this. He also personally directed me to the closest gas station so I could fill up on the way. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was also pretty quiet and welcoming. The next time I'm in Pittsburgh, I will always choose this hotel. It was really a wonderful stay in all respects, and I'd be glad to give them my business again. This was one of the best stays overall I've had in a while, and I've been traveling a lot lately.

Incredibly INCREDIBLY noisy. Many groups with kids (robotics, cheerleading) staying at the hotel and more or less taking it over, especially the communal spaces. The first night of our stay kids were testing my doorknob all night making it impossible to sleep. The second evening my daughter was chased out of the pool by groups of cheerleaders practicing stunts. When I told the front desk my comments were met with a “sorry that happened, but kids will be kids”-type response. Totally unacceptable. I stay at this hotel frequently and will not be back.

The hotel was very clean although the furniture in the room was a little worn and, personally, I don't like carpeting in hotel rooms. The breakfast was pretty good for a buffet breakfast. I did not have the dinner. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Never been to Pittsburgh & needed a consistent place to stay having staying at Drury hotels all over the country we knew what to expect. Only complaint I would have is it seems like the food quality went down a little. Not complaining since it’s 100% free but it’s not what we are used to. That being said we won’t hesitate to stay at this or any other Drury location.

Rooms were large, updated, attractive and clean / very nice bathroom with large tiled shower. Happy, cooperative staff!
