We flew in from California. Our flight arrived at midnight. One of the reasons why we chose this hotel was because it was close to the airport and it said there was 24 hours shuttle service. When we arrived, very tired, we called for shuttle service, only to be told that they don’t do that anymore. The person was friendly, but didn’t seem to care and just said that they would tell management our concerns. If you were not going to provide 24 hour shuttle service, you should not have it on this website advertise so. We were tired and we are sad because we are going to funeral of a loved one we lost , this is unacceptable

The room was clean and spacious, comfortable beds. The property is clean and staff very friendly but based on the shuttle service I won't book again, after a long day of traveling the last thing you want to do is wait well over an hour for a shuttle only to have it fill up and you have to wait again.

Airport shuttle was great, reception staff was amazing, but the set up of the hotel was just weird. The elevators are not in the lobby area, instead they are at the end of a very long hall full of rooms and there are NO signs pointing you towards them. Just odd.

This Courtyard was fine. I appreciated the early check-in. But the front desk associate did not seem very knowledgable. Nearly every question I asked her required some sort of clarification or follow up (For example, not telling me about amenities or their hours, not explaining how the cafe / bar / restaurant works, or the hours of breakfast, etc). The room didn't have a safe, and the tv was really small. And they charge $10 / day for parking. I am not familiar with hotels charging for parking. What's the alternative to this? But all in all, the room was comfortable.

Room was not the caliber that I accustomed to in Courtyard Marriott. Hotel was average and no amenities in the room. Average for a 1 night stay and was late due to flight delay after midnight but the shuttle was not operating after midnight.

We had our flight cancelled and booked this quickly They provided shuttle service and the staff was so incredible!!!! Just great people. So kind and accommodating They even shuttled us to dinner near by and picked us up Front desk was so helpful ….definitely would recommend

The overall hotel was fine. The down side was we had blood on our fitted sheet as well.as top sheet. We were offered to move rooms but as it was almost 9pm and part of our group was in shower it was no practical. Decided to have new linens delivered and we remade the bed.

We had an overnight layover at Pittsburgh International and needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours. This works for that. We didn’t necessarily feel safe, and the hotel wasn’t in the best condition, but the staff was nice and it’s close to the airport. The layout is absurd— only one small elevator in one corner of the building when the shape is a large square (as with most Courtyard Marriotts.) A bonus is there’s a restaurant that stays open pretty late and Uber Eats has plenty of options.

The suite I upgraded to it was a bedroom and pullout couch. Pullout couch only like a twin. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Room was nice should be a full pullout.

Expedia falsely advertises this hotel as having rooms with 2 Queen beds. The beds are not Queen beds. They are double beds. We actually measured them to be sure. We never would have booked this hotel for a week for three adults if we had known the beds would be double beds. Further, we needed to work remotely during our week stay, but the wifi did not work for 2 of the days. Our tv remote also did not work and when provided with another remote, it also did not work. Staff were not helpful. On a positive note, the property is in a safe location and has plenty of free parking.

Did not get the king bed I booked. A/C did not work. Flashing bright light all night from smoke detector. Desk clerk didn't care. My husband is a lifetime Platinum member of Marriott.

When I arrived, I waited in a line with 2 other people to check in. After about 10 mins and no movement, as the clerk was running around, the person informed me “their internet is down, they can’t check anyone in. I would have appreciated an announcement and apologies from the desk clerk. Upon asking, she said it should be back up In “10-15” mins. I had already waited close to 30. Finally after waiting an hour, and asking multiple times if they could just check anyone in who has proof they paid in full for a room, they agreed. This is horrible customer service. There should always be a contingency plan for when things such as no internet occur. No one should have to wait over an hour for a room they already paid for and can prove via receipt. I had an early flight with a 4am shuttle and was planning on being able to relax and get to bed early in my room. This delay was aggravating and unnecessary. My understanding is that when I left for my flight at 4am this morning, the internet was still down. Do Better Marriott.

Booked and paid with Expedia, showed up to the hotel and the check in process was long. The worker was flustered and ranting about how she was exhausted from school and work. She forgot to give us our key cards, charged us for the room through the hotel (on top of what Expedia charged), then forgot to book us on the shuttle to the airport so it left without us causing us to nearly miss our flight. We told her we needed shuttled to the airport at 4am for an international flight the moment we checked in. Calling about the refund for the room 2 days after the fact as I saw the double charge on my bank statement, the employee I talked to wasn’t sure how to help be but assured me his manager would call me back. Never received a call back but then 3 days after the phone call I see a pending refund on my bank statement. Not happy at all with the staff, but the hotel itself was nice, quiet, and clean.

The staff was very nice and helpful. It was a little difficult to initially find this Courtyard with a low signage located beside office buildings. Then after finding it, it was tricky locating the entrance on the side in the back. The price was good.

Nice looking hotel with great lobby and comfortable room. But not perfect as there was no complimentary coffee. Even 1 star hotels have complimentary coffee. Come on. Also there were few food choices and what they did have was outrageously expensive. There was absolutely nothing nearby to get food. So this is a poor choice if you do not have a car. Finally, the shower is old fashioned with just a curtain so water gets everywhere and there was a lack of soap too.

Not typical of the Courtyards we've stayed in. No complimentary coffee & tea in the lobby. The food area shut down at 10, so we couldn't even buy any. Looks rundown. Bed was comfortable.Very expensive food area - my son & dnl had 2 coffees, 1 breakfast taco/quesadilla, and 2 small yogurts with fruit for $50!

Nice property. Close to the airport. It’s a little weird, and roundabout to get into and out of the lot though. Staff were friendly. Seemed understaffed though. We asked about dinner in the “bistro”, but it seemed under stocked with a lot of the menu being unavailable. Front desk staff staffed the kitchen, too. Almost understandable - it was obviously a slow night at the hotel, but still.

No breakfast on Sunday-paid for reservations WITH breakfast left to go buy OUR (4) own breakfasts down the road at Starbucks-Ridiculous!! No pool-and u half to go whole way around building dragging all ur items around to get to elevator and get to 2nd floor same way to your room -Nightmare-slept lowsy and drove home two hours(Glad to be home)
