Property is going through renovation maintenance, be mindful of that. We did get an email from the property a day before arrival. But would have likely affect our decision to stay there if we know in advance. TV was not working, an engineer was sent over, but could not fix the issue. Told us he would be back during our absence so we were not bothered, but when we got back at night, TV was still not working. Person in the front desk was very helpful and gave us a new room. Traveling with a child so having a TV in the room was kind of important. Also, bed sheets need an upgrade. They look old and heavily used.

Check in was easy! Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Only complaint is the pillows are horrible, small (for king size bed) and extremely soft. Food at the restaurant was great and having an in-house Starbucks was an added bonus.

About 20 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh but has everything you’d expect from any hotel Downtown. Plenty of parking and about 20 minutes from anything downtown Pittsburgh. The mattress was super cozy and the blankets and pillows were too!! Tons of parking and great amenities. Wish we could have tried the pool but we didn’t have time. Would totally recommend and will probably make this my first Pittsburgh option. The front desk and restaurant staff were excellent as well.

This property was decorated beautifully for the holidays. I immediately was satisfied with my purchase as I walked through the door. My daughter and I stayed alone on this trip and I felt very safe also. The staff was prompt and helpful. The room was very clean.

Rgo there again.oom was not ready 2 hours after check in time with no apology. Bathroom floor had old contact lens stuck to it. Shower faucet fell off the wall twice; had simply been glued on. Housekeeping did not vacuum or collect trash. Very spartan furnishings. No shower gel in container, nor any filled for second night. We decided to leave rather than stay that second night and will not

We had a really good experience at this hotel. They were out of a standard 2 queen room, so we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite with a sofa bed. The room was very nice, as was the staff.

Recently updated, this was a lovely hotel to stay at. The front desk personnel was delightful. The room was comfortable and quiet. Excellent water pressure in the shower, I was actually able to wash my curly hair (iykyk). I would definitely stay here again. My daughter had a dance workshop at this hotel the next day so staying overnight made it very convenient.

I enjoyed my stay at the Marriott. The room was amazing, it put me in mind of an upscale modern bedroom with a master bath. The TV was huge, and the bed was comfortable.

The check-in staff member was unfriendly & appeared to be doing us a big favor by serving us. No smile what so ever, The breakfast staff member, Lorraine, I believe was fantastic & did an excellent job serving our family. Omelette bar was great as well as the fresh fruit!

I spoke to front desk at 9 pm to let them know we would be arriving late. Nothing was shared at that time about us being bumped from our room. Front desk when we showed up said there was a rez mixup and we would be redirected to either comfort in or Sheraton (6 miles away). Meanwhile 4 flight attendants were allowed to check in. It was due to a steel workers convention bumping us. Said they would refund all my money & pay for the new room. We picked the comfort inn because we were right there and needed to sleep. We had driven for over 3 hours to get to Marriott and it was late. We had an early flight next day. I asked if they would know we were coming and the gal at the desk said yes they would. We showed up at comfort inn which is not the same quality of hotel or room ( 2 double beds, not 2 queen beds). Not good beds either (all three of us have back issues) She had received a phone call but had asked me to pay for my room $116 and I told her to call the Marriott since they were paying for it. She did and then processed us. The Marriott could have told me when I called so we could have gone straight to the Sheraton instead and signed paperwork there. I’m livid that a rez I had booked and paid for almost a year in advance was dropped last minute for a convention that was obviously set up after I had paid in full. The shuffling us as we were arriving and exhausted is not ok. A refund and paying for a sub-par room is not enough.

We prepaid for the room and called ahead to make sure they knew we had a late flight. They assured us it was not a problem and the room would be waiting. The taxi dropped us off at the hotel around midnight. They had given our room away and had nothing available. They did get us a room next door but we had to pay again and after a long day of travel it was totally unacceptable. Now we have to deal with securing the refund from Expedia.

The hotel is nice but the 2 ladies checking us in were rude and had very poor custimer service skills. I pre booked a room with the need of a walk in shower due to my husbands disability. They did not have one and had to find one? They obviously have not been taught simple things like Thank you and your welcome or hownto make eye contact or how to simply apologize for THEIR mistake. Room was suppose to have a microwave it did not. Would I stay there again, no I am tired of giving my money to companies that cannot hire and train people with basic custimer service skills. And either teach them how to dress and act professional or give them a uniform!

The hotel is beautiful, but unlike other hotels that are just as beautiful, this hotel does not have a free breakfast. They have a breakfast buffet that cost $23 per person. My partner and I have stayed at many other hotels that are just as beautiful, and they have a very nice free breakfast.

We stay at this property frequently. We enjoy it for short stays. Shower is very nice. Bed just depends I have had nice ones & hard ones. There s no morning coffee, so we go right across the way to Dunkin & get ours. The only real negative is there room service hours are very short, never fit into our schedule

The hotel and property are both very beautiful. The one thing that this hotel does not have, that other hotels that are just as beautiful have, is a free breakfast. This hotel has a breakfast buffet that charges $23 a person. They also have a la carte items that you can purchase.
