We were visiting for our child’s sporting event. Some of the water machines and ice machines were broken. But I think the most aggravating part of the visit was not clearly knowing ahead of time that the breakfast buffet was going to cost $14. Not worth it by the way. We have no problem paying but everyone was surprised with a bill as we were finishing our meal. Just not good business. The cost could easily be added to the info sheet we’re handed at check-in.

We booked this hotel because they advertise a hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub is really a kiddie pool with jets. It was only slightly warmer than the swimming pool, nothing close to hot. When we asked about it at the front desk, the clerk said that he couldn't adjust the temperature. Had we known this we wouldn't have stayed here. Other than that, the property was fine. What you'd expect for this class of hotel. My only other comment is that the beds were quite soft. Too soft for my husband and me, but if you're into soft beds, you'll be happy.

The hotel was nice except for a few things. The elevators would kind of jolt bang and knock which made me a bit uneasy. The bottom of the pool have a brownish stain to it. The assigned room smelled like old urine. The front desk staff was helpful and sorted out our room issue.

We were disappointed since choosing Hilton was based on their reputation. Lobby was welcoming enough but the room was average and dated. Third floor hallway had some odd smell to it that was noticed by everyone we met who had a room on that floor. Bed was soft, no tissues in the restroom (no exhaust fan either), no caffeinated coffee pods for the Keurig. And although I don't remember if their webpage says so, there is no continental breakfast. There is a charge for the buffet. But coffee in the lobby is complimentary and they have a nice little kiosk and even a small bar. 2nd night there was something going on in the room above us, noise, stomping, and we had to call down to the front desk to 'complain.' That situation continued on intermittently through the night. I would not recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The front desk staff was amazing. Tim was extremely friendly and helpful when we had to back because my daughter left something behind. The restaurant was small but amazing! My only complaint is that our room was right behind the elevator so that’s all we could hear if the tv was off. Otherwise, I would definitely choose this property again.

This property is sub par as far as other Hilton Garden Inn’s that I’ve stayed at. The amenities are sub par the air conditioning in the rooms reset up to 75 when you leave which is horrible when it’s blazing hot out. I was disappointed at best.

Great experience. However, phone number for front desk and even calling from cell didn't work so we couldn't contact the front desk to ask about the TV. If you don't have a Netflix or Disney account, you cannot watch TV. Very minor issue but still a great experience. Also, we forgot to look to see if the hotel offered a continental breakfast. They do not. It's $13.90 for adults and $10.90 for children. You will also get charged $3 for a room temperature bottle of water if you are not a platinum member. Extra costs seemed excessive but a nice. clean place to stay.

I’ve stayed in over 60 hotels in the past year and this was the first where they wanted to charge me an additional $25 for requesting to check in 87 minutes early. There was no one in the parking lot or the lobby, and she confirmed my room was in fact ready. Pathetic customer service. I was just getting off my motorcycle and had to change in the men’s bathroom instead of my waiting room. I don’t care about the $25, but I do care about the greed. I won’t be back.

When entering the hotel, the atrium and surrounding area looked spacious and wonderful. Our room was large enough to move around in and clean. There was a comfortable chair in the corner as well as a nice work chair and desk. The employees were super friendly and helpful.

They need to have better signage at the entrance of US Route 30 (Lincoln Highway) to show you need to turn at the traffic night, not before that where the sign is at a Credit Union. Also, once you turn, there needs to be more signage before you go into the Grocery Store and shopping area instead.

Good Location just outside of Gettysburg. Short drive into downtown with a very cool culture and some really good places to eat. Hotel itself was in good shape, we had joined rooms for the 6 of us to stay in, hotel was in good shape overall and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The property was extremely clean, guiet and located only a few miles from all the action. Definitely recommend using the digital key and Hilton app to check in and out. The only trouble that we had during our stay was finding a good breakfast spot and getting an Uber/Lyft ride back from town after having a few beers in town. We’ve decided next time to buy muffins or bagels from the Giant behind the hotel for breakfast, we tried the hotel breakfast and it was so so, the other restaurants in town were overpriced and always crowded. Best place to eat during our stay was right down the road from the hotel- La Bella Italia was awesome ( I never recommend Italian food).
