Facility was clean. Check in was easy. They took my credit card when I checked in, hoping they did not charge anything as I paid on expedia. The photos on expedia were better than the actual experience, the "gym" was not a gym, tiny room with a treadmill that didn't turn on. Two of the 4 lamps in my room I could not get to work. There was supposed to be a complimentary breakfast starting at 7am, which was a main reason I booked, since I had a conference at 8am. At 710, there was no one there even setting up breakfast. Fortunately, I was able to walk to Eat n Park and pay for breakfast, which cost $25 with tip

Parking lot was not plowed or salted making it difficult to pull into the Parking lot and very unsafe leaving as you had to go down the hill and would slide into traffic. Property Still advertising full breakfast , but still using the excuse of "Covid" and only offering a grab and go breakfast, Rooms were clean however they were so cold upon check in that it took hours to heat up , if you know a room is rented for the night the heat should be on especially when it I s 5 degrees out.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Stains on the sheets, found several stink bugs. A stray bug on the bed. Didnt know what kind that one was..... Stray hairs all over the hot tub. Had to clean the tub throughly before we could enjoy it. Seriously in need of updating. Vending machine was a joke. Was not worth $177 for a night.... And have pictures to prove it.

The ice machine was out of service, there was no bathtub stopper, and the “buffet breakfast” was just cold pastry items. No hot options other than instant oatmeal so we had to eat offsite.

The property did not look like the pictures on web. Room had unsafe sockets and some didnt wirk. My so called hot tub did not have any steps to get into it and it was high off the floor. Large ants in the room. People banging on my shower wall cause the fan came on anytime you put the light on. People parking their truck in front of my windiw taking up 2 spaces and management telling me it was ok. I asked him to ask them to move their truck but he would not. Asked for extra towels at check in and he said you dont need extra towels there are plenty in the room. There were 3. This whole experience has left me so disappointed. Went to go to breakfast and they had 1 chair for the tables and just sweets. Nothing hot or inviting. I paid a premium price for this room and got nothing what I wanted in a stress free night.

Stained pillow cases and sheets, stained towels, dirty floor, feet and socks turned black with dirt, not enough soap available. I will never stay there again. Embarrassing to have made this reservation and put my family in this gotel. Pictures online donot match actual facility.

Seems we got the smallest dirtiest room, the bed was not at all comfortable the sheets and bedding were stained and with cigar burns. .we requested another room and they weren't able to accommodate. They provided " clean sheets " but it was stained . Shower and bathroom were old and broken down .buffet breakfast consist of pop tart and packaged donuts. Toast and cereal with no milk. Unfortunately it was my first time in Pittsburgh and it turned out to be a bad stay..

Initial room had stained sheets that I can't believe were placed on a bed. The desk clerk changed my room. The new room had a weird plug in air freshener that wasn't pleasant to me, and the next morning when I turned on the vanity/sink light I found a silverfish and then saw more movement and it was a baby roach. I notified the desk and no apology, nothing. Only "oh, ok, I'll make sure the manager is aware". Bed was uncomfortable - able to feel the springs and they made noise when rolling over. The pillows were good and the floor was vinyl so at least it wasn't nasty carpet. Mold on shower ceiling; breakfast was slices of bread to make toast; oatmeal packets, hostess snacks, granola bar, 2 cereals, and the pitcher of milk was empty not refilled. I do not recommend.

This is a motel that needs to be torn down or redone completely. First - i was overcharged because every hotel in town was sold out. (they were all over charging this weekend). It is a motel - door from room goes directly outside. There was mold in the room and especially in the bathroom. I did not feel comfortable getting in the bed - thank good ness i always bring my own blanket. I did not really feel safe at night on the property (I am a female). And- to top it off, I saw a bag of pot laying on the ground near my room. (someone must have dropped it.) I spoke to the staff at a nearby restaurant and they confirmed that this property is known for being pretty bad.

Small room for the price. Very OUTDATED. Had to step WAY up into the tub, shorter/elderly people would have a hard time getting into the tub/shower. The refrigerator did NOT get cold. The staff were NOT friendly or courteous at all. Will definitely NOT BE staying there EVER again. They would have to pay us to do that!

Misleading a bit. The lights for the hot tub, I had to call the front desk to ask, then they blinked. Also no steps to assist with getting in or out of the tub which steps are clear in the photo. No handrails to hang onto either. I bruised my arm hitting the wall when I slipped climbing out.

This place false advertising on the room. The actual room was not great looked dirty and dingy. There was another customer also wanted refund and to not stay there. Then was there 15 min tried to get a refund because of this and was not staying there and the front desk associate heard us on phone with Expedia and then calling and did not answer we told them phone isn't ringing and acted like he had no common sense and didn't know why and couldn't check. Then we said call the manager and he claimed he didn't have number. Never again will book there or use 3 Rd party

This is an old property that need some updates. Great staff. Very friendly, we have stayed here multiple times because it is close to our son’s home. It is surface clean but needs some deep cleaning. Rooms need to be updated and the breakfast is not worth even going to. Overall it is doing the best it can.

The room was filthy. Breakfast was pop tarts and packaged muffins. Was charged $125 damages that were not brought to my attention until almost 48 hours later because the phone apparently also did not work since it never rang. Trash scattered through the parking lot and Phil O - the front desk manager was very rude with handling my concerns. I DO NOT reccommend.

Honestly The room was nice! First day here was good until it came to servicing the room usually if your a stay at the hotel you get new towels and soaps as long as theres no dnd sign on the door which i did not have up. And mind you ive worked at quality inn hotels i know the regimen and these guys were not up to par. No towels or soaps were put in the room and when i called the second day for them to service my room i was told i come down to front desk to get my clean towels and soaps i told the front desk manager i shouldnt have to come get the stuff when im not at the hotel and that they should be able to do it themselves like i would of when i would work! And mind you i had a king jacuzzi room which has 4 big towels a bathmat 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths when i got the "clean" towels i only received 2 towels 2 hand and wash. Knowing we needed the bathmat for after the tub. All an all i wasnt very happy with how we were taken care of! As a former housekeeper i wasnt impressed at all. Especially when the housekeeper threw bleach water over the edge of our balcony where we stood outside to smoke.

Room was clean. Gentleman at check in was friendly. At breakfast most everything was empty and it was only 7:50 when breakfast started at 7. Had to ring the bell for water and juice. Lady behind counter was unresponsive and on her phone. She could have refilled the items.

We were disappointed Sunday morning.We wanted to get an early start on Sunday and thought breakfast was starting at 7:00 am. but the person only showed up at around 7:05 and said breakfast would be in about 30 minutes so we went next door to the eat and park restaurant.No free breakfast.
