Our room was dirty. Tons of food / trash leftover from previous people. When packing up noticed a huge brown stain on the second bed sheets. Pool room was filled with ants crawling all over the floor/ wall. Will say the front desk staff were kind.

We stayed for a baseball tournament. The boys loved the pool area. The parents loved the adjoining patio space. A volleyball net and cornhole were set up outside. It made for a great time after a long day on the fields.

Extremely Clean. It’s in a tech park. Decent enough selection of restaurants. Facility has lots of meetup space in several lobbies. Outdoor area with a metal fire pit and seating. They don’t take cash. That’s too bad. I'd rather not pay currency exchange on credit cards. Breakfast okay. Heavy on the carbs. Only gluten-free option was yoghurt and eggs. Had hoped for bacon but just 2 types of sausage which often has gluten. Coffee was hot and abundant all day but flavourless. Only nondairy oil product cream available. Touted cinnamon buns were dense and heavy. Travel partner disappointed. Bananas and apples available all day. Bathroom was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, roomy. If you were there for a while, perhaps on business, it would be most suitable. Room to unpack, a desk, almost enough ports.

We were in town for a Pittsburgh Pirates game. We were only about a 15-20 min. drive from the stadium. The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel clean and comfy. We enjoyed the indoor pool.

This is my sceond stay at this property. The hotel is updated, well maintained and central to the places i need to be. The front desk staff were all polite and quick. And the area is really nice with a few restaurants close by. My only issue is the lack of attention to our bathroom. Could have really used a good disenfecting wipe down and mopping. Sad to say the product my wife dropped to see if it would be swept up was unfortunately still there when we returned for the evening. Because it was so late we recleaned our own shower rather than hunt down housekeeping. I think we will stay again even with the bathroom situation because it meets our needs.

They should really make sure to clean the rooms a little better. There was some crumbs of some sort when i pulled back the blanket. The sheets were clean. But there was also cookie crumbs on the carpet. I would also recommend putting a bar of soap in the bathroom. The kids couldn't reach the pump on the wall. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was ok. The kids loved the pool.

Room 222 needed a bit of upgrade. One Shower door was off track and must have been for a while because we fixed it and there was mold. The rest of the bathroom was extremely clean. Desk chair arm looked like a dog had chewed on it, or it was continually bumped on the desk. It may have been unnoticed if chair was always pulled in. All staff were lovely.

Very clean and quiet hotel. It was a wonderful stay. Impressive staff and lobby is really nice. Great areas to relax. I might only suggest that they somehow try to keep people from smoking/hanging out by the front entry as it made it awkward each time I entered after being out, especially at night.

The room we booked was supposed to sleep 4.we booked a studio that had a king bed and pullout out bed that would sleep 2 . But instead it was a twin and when I asked about it at the front desk, I was told all room all rooms were booked and they would not give us a separate room. It was a very uncomfortable night for our family . I will not book this hotel again

The hotel was decorated nicely for the holiday and clean. The staff was very friendly. The one issue is the room claims to sleep 5. The pull out bed on the couch is completely useless. It is basically springs covered in a little fabric. The front desk said all the pull outs were like that. We had to go to Walmart and buy an air mattress. Other than that the stay was great.

Thile lobby of this building was really nice. The rooms were pretty par for the course. The only complaint was the sleeper sofa mattress was terrible. I’m not sure if anyone could get any sleep on it. It was completely worn out and springs stuck in you no matter what way you turned.

The clerk who greeted us at entry was a friendly pro. Kudos to her boss for hiring her. Breakfast was set up perfectly, despite a wide array of choices. Juice and coffee machines worked properly and made delicious drinks. I rarely tip the breakfast maker, but I did this time. Room was clean and everything in the bathroom worked including the sink drain. Soap bottles (Dove) in the shower were sparkling clean and full, and the dispensers worked great. Nice place to stay!

Our room has no heat. Front desk states there is no maintenance worker on. Offered to switch our room but no double beds available and due to back issues can not use the pull out for guest. So we opted to stay in our room with absolutely no working heat. I think it is absurd that there are no maintenance staff at a hotel that serves guests 24/7. We asked for money off our bill and the desk clerk rudely told us there’s nothing she could do because we are choosing to stay in the room and not switch. Horrible.

Front desk guys were friendly and helpful. Doris is a lovely lady who strives to make your morning breakfast homey! She is a beautiful person who is warm and friendly. My wife and I so enjoyed chatting with her again this year. This is our favorite place to stay 1-2 times a year on our Pittsburgh trips! The maid staff were also friendly and welcoming!

The initial host we had was great, but his coworker that was sitting next to him was having a loud and combative conversation with another customer over the phone. It did not create a welcoming atmosphere and was very unprofessional. While we understand terse conversations can occur, these should be done privately. When we got to our room, we expected a double sofa bed; it was a twin bed without any bedding. I called room service to request bedding, and was told they would put it on the front desk. They didn’t offer delivery. The bedding was for a double bed, and did not have a fitted sheet. We still made it work. The pillow had a blood stain, and our comforter for the king bed also had blood streaks and stains on them. One of the lamps was broken. The mattress is in desperate need of replacement and was not comfortable at all. We encountered someone from housekeeping near the elevators; she was exiting as we were entering. We said hello and made a light-hearted comment on how cumbersome the cleaning cart was, and she didn’t even smile or respond in kind. This was the first time we’ve stayed at a Holiday Inn and it was less-than-hospitable.

They told me it was a secret even when I told him I was serious I really would like to know they told me it was their secret. I asked them to find out what it was if they didn’t know so that they could let me know, and they laughed in my face.

Not a good hotel for traveling families. Bad evening check and Bad morning check out. We checked in between 11pm and 12am. Essentially no evening check-in service. A very kind, polite and well intentioned nighttime auditor is put in the uncomfortable position of not having been trained for anything other than a handoff of room keys. In other words, not prepared for 3rd party(Expedia) check in process. Also, given the timing of our arrival, we asked for a later check out and were instructed to check in with Front Desk in the morning. We were then refused late check out in morning because all of those requests were “full”. Turns out you had to call promptly at 7am … but that defeats the purpose of getting to sleep in a bit after a late check in. We didn’t need a lot, maybe an extra hour. The morning desk clerk had difficulty in kindly delivering the news of no late check out for our travel weary family. The owner of this site has made business decisions (no trained evening desk staff) that puts travelers and staff in compromised situations. Summary: travelers are better off avoiding this hotel at the same or greater cost compared to others and there’s no telling what other corners are being cut.

Really great property: new, modern, clean, in great shape. Farther off the interstate and away from town than I would have liked, but really nice. Plus, the hotel called us after checkout to let us know that a wallet was left behind. They kept it at the front desk and we picked it up at our convenience.

Place was very clean and quiet. In a safe area but just office buildings around it. Nothing you can walk to or go get food at or shop at. Which was may be fine for your needs, it was for mine. If you're looking for a clean safe place to stay then this is the place for you. Just don't expect to be able to walk to anything.

This hotel is in a nice neighborhood. The area seems to be a combination of a golf club, office buildings, hotels, a newly built "main street" though still quite empty. The hotel itself seems quite new and clean. Most amenities are in good shape except the office chair in my room is really shabby. The staff are super friendly. I would be happy to stay in the future.

Honestly one of my best hotel stays. Breakfast was awesome so much food and so many choices for a hotel!!!!! I did go a bit late so the sausage was pretty dried out lol. The only complaint I had was I was unaware I had to give a security deposit when I got there. ($50). I’m lucky I had it in my account or I wouldn’t have been able to get my already paid for room through Expedia. It’s now been a week and they haven’t gave me my ($50) hold back yet.

The room was fine, but the breakfast was totally unacceptable. The hot trays were filled with unused breakfast items, (omelettes, sausage patties etc.) These were completely dried out, luke warm, and tasted like cardboard. The kitchen person had obviously cooked all of it fresh hours before and it had sat in the warming trays for hours. Also the cinnamon rolls were uncovered and dried out. The free breakfast is part of the value for choosing to stay at the hotel and the food must be cooked in small batches over the course of the breakfast hours. Very disappointing.

Nice property, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast this visit was a disappointment. There were no breakfast meats offered with the hot breakfast. It didn't appear that they ran out, rather, none were offered or available. OTOH, I rarely indulge in the biscuits and gravy, but due to the absence of a breakfast meat, I had a biscuit and it was excellent, for having been presented on a hotel buffet.
