Signs everywhere leading to Ice Machine that didn't exist. Room ice bucket was used as garbage can and had garbage in it.

Parking lot and rooms filthy. Room smelled bad. Had to change room 3 times due to toilet not working, dirty bedding, a/c not working. No ice, very run down. Very bad experience. Had to pay $20 in cash only to add dog onto room. No credit card. Would have left w/o a refund but no other hotels nearby that take dogs.

This is an older hotel, with older fixtures and the once-common "rooms open to the outside," but don't be put off by that. It's very well-kept and clean, with a helpful and friendly staff. It does not have an elevator, however, so if you require one, that would be a drawback.

The room was very dusty, handprints and toothpaste spray all over mirror, handprints on the headboard, and a dirty refrigerator.The trash on the grounds was over flowing, 3 of 4 laundry machines out of order, no ice machine. A do not disturb sign was posted outside of the room, and one of the staff stood there knocking until my husband opened the door. Staff visited the wrong room. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.

She said they are going to tear it down in march. She refunded our money.

Many things in our room were in need of repair. There was dust on the TV stand and microwave. If all the rooms are in similar condition (which was indicated when I mentioned the problems to the desk staff) I'm surprised any one wold stay here. It was, unfortnately, my only option since hotels in Pittsburg were all booked that weekend. Candidate for a complete update.

I’ll preface this by saying the front desk staff was nice and helpful. The property is in shambles. Very run down. The first room they gave me had a door that would not lock. They moved me to another room which was fine but the tv remote didn’t work and the tv “ signal” was horrible Screen was distorted and pixilated. The guy in the room next door had similar issues and had to be moved 3 times.

Despite being listed,there was no business center. Main lobby and breaksfast area has no ac, it is July!! Place was a bit run down and had seen better days!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It was so filthy. Holes in walls. Paint peeling off doors and walls. TV didn’t work. Bathtub was brown. Tissue box hanging off wall. Bed linens had dried blood on them. I can go on and on and on!!!

The inside where the front desk was clean, however my room was horrible. The bed was ok. The vents were dirty, the fridge had so much ice and mold in it not to mention that the bottom of it had so much water that I had to put a towel in it to soak up the water. The floors were not vacuumed/swept or mopped. It was terrible. I also had to have someone bring a remote for the tv. I would have walked out if o could have gotten my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. I have pictures to prove what a disgusting place this is.

Room was very dirty. Didn't look like it's been vacuumed in months. Bathroom floor was disgusting, empty water bottle and vape left on the floor next to the bed. We requested a non-smoking room and as soon as we opened the door you can smell cigarettes. You can smell it in the sheets/pillow, which makes me wonder if they even wash sheets in between guests. We complained at the front desk and they said they'd have someone come and spray the room to get rid of the smell and clean the room. When we got back later that night, it still smelled like smoke and they wiped the mirror, and changed the sheets that had an unrecognizable stain on it, but never vacuumed. I would never stay there again. Not sure if I would ever even go to a Days Inn anywhere else now because of this experience. I wasn't expecting a fancy hotel but just needed a clean bed to sleep in so we could visit our son at college. I should have just paid the extra $150/night and stayed somewhere else

There was a huge glob of hair on the tub wall. The tray the plastic cups were on was filthy and hair and dirt was on the wrapper of the bottom cup. There were stains on the walls, cigarette holes in the blankets and the ceiling was damaged. There was thick dust piled on the surfaces. My sisters and I did not feel safe staying there

This place was SO dirty! The walkway leading to our room was littered with bags of trash, old pizza slices, and a dead bird in the gutter. The bathroom had mildew, dust covering the fan vents, and brown-stained washcloths.

This place was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The floors were not vacuumed, there were stains on the bed, stuff all over the mirror and everything was covered in a layer of dust. I went to the Target down the road to get clorox wipes to wipe everything down and the clorox wipes were black by the time I was done. The air conditioner was so dust filled I didn’t even want to use it, and you could literally see dust on the walls and ceiling. I do not recommend staying here.

Okay let's start with the heater which was on full blast even though it was warm outside and couldn't be changed to anything else so I had to unplug it and sleep with my door open. The comforter had many brown stains on it. There was an ashtray and the room and the place reeked of cigarettes...like is that even legal these days? The shower was covered in stains on the wall though admittedly the pressure was good and the water was hot. The television was super blurry with lines running through each channel. The sink was cracked and the cracks had grime I could clean out of them. The ironing board was falling apart as well as the refrigerator shelves. And when I tried to forget all this by making myself a cocktail there was no ice bucket to be found. All this made me nervous to even try the free breakfast so I left hungry.

It all depends on what room you get. We've stayed here before and those rooms were not perfect but perfectly ok. The room we had this visit had a hole punched into the bathroom door, ripped up carpet, peeling paint, cigarette burns on the toilet seat, moldy grout in the tub & missing and flickering lightbulbs. The room faced a trucking company and we were woke up by the "back up beeps" at 6 am & again at 7:30 am on Saturday morning. Not recommended.

First nonsmoking room we were assigned reeked of cigarette smoke. The second nonsmoking room still smelled of cigarette smoke but much less so than the first room. Room was not very clean and there was paint peeling off the bedroom and bathroom walls, and the ceiling material was coming off in places. There were spots of mold on the ceiling above the shower and on the grout between the shower tiles. Carpet was stained, looked dirty, and it was decades old The only positive was the beds we’re comfortable.

we had to change rooms 3 times because of problems in rooms that could not be fixed. the first room had a tv that did not work, they changed us to another room and the toilet leaked all over the bathroom. them changed us to the third room and the heat did not work. They wanted to switch us to a fourth room but by this time it was 9:30 pm and we didn't want to pack and unpack for a fourth time. all in all it was a very bad situation.

Besides ours, there were only 5 cars in the parking lot (Friday Night, just off the turnpike) Room, was very small, no local channels on the TV (was trying to find a weather forecast), had trouble regulating the room temperature, had to step up into tub for shower and it was slightly slanted...we chose a c hain as we assume it would be good for just a quick overnight stay

The lock on the door didn’t work, it was completely nonexistent. Didn’t even stay. Looked at the room and walked right back out found a nicer place to stay.

The late night manager ( Vincent) was extremely helpful and made the experience worth staying another night versus moving 10 miles away close to a second venue on my itinerary.

The absolute worst accommodations I have ever experienced. The room was never cleaned. When I switched rooms it wasn't any cleaner. The property manager was unprofessional and rude. When I tried to explain my experience she never apologized or acknowledged my concerns. Instead she accused me of yelling (which I did not) and attempted to make me the problem.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to be evaluated by the health department. This was one of the worst hotel experiences in my life. The staff there was terrible....front desk worker who supposedly was the manager appeared to be high and not a care in the world. After checking in went to our room and the door was shut but did not shut completely and the cold draft was coming through.The heat did not work and the rooms look liked it had not been clean fro mthe prior guest. This was probably the worst quality hotel ever! Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time

Did not end up staying, 2 minutes in the room was enough to leave. Front desk staff, Vince, was incredible and pointed us to a cleaner hotel nearby. The room was filthy, smelled, hole in the bathroom wall, broken toilet seat, bugs, the whole thing. There were cut marks on the desk, from obvious drug activity.. Do not stay here

The room was so terrible we didn't stay longer the a few minutes. When we went into the room we noticed the bedding had cigarette burns throughout them, the toilet seat was hanging off the toilet. There was a sticky substance all over the sink counter. The two biggest things that made it bad was there was an odor of marijuana coming from one of the rooms. As a member of law enforcement didn't think that was something I needed to be a part of. On top of that I went to the other room to check it out and there was a half naked man standing on the balcony. Now mind you there would have been two 18 year olds staying in the second room. Definitely not appropriate. An now that no one can get in touch with the property manager it's my fault and not going to get a refund. I will never use this website again!!!

I liked: proximity to turnpike, shopping & dining. the bathtub, good hot water, excellent heat I did not like: reception at check-in (seemed to be disinterested and was not welcoming); cleanliness of the rooms (bad job of vacuuming with a lot lot on the floor, the sheets were stained)

There was a huge glob of hair on the tub wall. The tray the plastic cups were on was filthy and hair and dirt was on the wrapper of the bottom cup. There were stains on the walls, cigarette holes in the blankets and the ceiling was damaged. There was thick dust piled on the surfaces. My sisters and I did not feel safe staying there

It met the bare minimum standards for a decent stay: friendly staff, clean sheets and towels, plenty of hot water, functional HVAC, a waffle maker at breakfast. The location is very convenient. It's an old and shabby property so if you want to feel like you're staying in a nice place, avoid this. It should be priced as a bottom of the barrel property but other than that it was acceptable.

Besides ours, there were only 5 cars in the parking lot (Friday Night, just off the turnpike) Room, was very small, no local channels on the TV (was trying to find a weather forecast), had trouble regulating the room temperature, had to step up into tub for shower and it was slightly slanted...we chose a c hain as we assume it would be good for just a quick overnight stay

We took one step into the "lobby" and walked right out to find a new hotel. It was in a dirty, unlit part of the parking lot, and the manager at the desk was actively swearing at one of the guests. We felt unsafe the minute we arrived. I don't even want my money back. Use it to make that place safer so no one gets hurt.
