The parking was easy and free which I loved. My favorite thing there was the pool. It was amazing!! Front desk staff were all friendly and helpful with suggestions for the area. Only things we didn’t like…our room floor was sticky so we had to kept our shoes on. Workers propped various external doors open for smoking even when they weren’t out there. I didn’t like that…seemed like a security issue. Breakfast lady did a great job and was friendly and awesome but then took her break with the back door open so we had to smell cigarette smoke while we ate breakfast. All in all a nice stay. Good ppl make all the difference.

The staff was very friendly! The hotel itself was very run down and in need of upgrading. The elevator was very slow and a little scary and the continental breakfast had very limited options. Overall this place is overpriced for what you get.

Overpriced. Room smelled of mold, mold on ceiling in bathroom, pink bacteria on shower head, hairs on floor, room was really dusty. Also it looked like someone had been sitting on the bed before I arrived. The whole hotel was humid, and the included breakfast was lackluster. For the price I paid I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels. Will not stay here again.

No greeting from staff when walking in to check in. Actually she didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there until I spoke. Never told us our room number just said it was on the inside of the card holder. Never told us how to get to the room. The bathroom was not clean. Toilet seat was not installed properly and there were rubber things sticking out from under the seat where it attaches to the toilet. The vent was full of dust and needed to be vacuumed. The sink looked like it was eroding with hard water issues. Not impressed with the cleanliness for the amount of money the room cost. The best was comfortable.

Nice accomodations in a convenient location for me. Made reservation w/ a note that I would be checking in late- close to midnight. Arrived at midnight- no one at desk. called phone# on reservation, got a foreign call center who could not match my name, phone or reservation# to a reservation. Gave me another # to call. Called second # which had a local area code- again, got foreign call center. Found a different local # for the location and called and got no answer. In short- checkin was problematic.

Amy at the front desk was awesome - very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate us. My son and fiance were in another room that was dirty and had black mold in the bathroom - Amy assisted with their move to another room. Amy made the trip tolerable.

Stayed 3 days in a King Suite. There was no daily room service, but we walked down to the desk and we're helped there by nice staff. We took our own trash out when it got full. Not a huge deal but thought they'd at least come once during our stay.
