Executive Residency by Best Western Philadelphia-Willow Grove

The time we were there, the room was never cleaned! when we arrived there was a can of a vodka drink still in the bathroom (apparently just left behind). It was unfortunate that they never cleaned our room as we needed also more towels. The general property was okay in terms of cleanliness. The gym was nice but the number of pieces of equipment was pretty sparse (one treadmill, one bike and one precor). The staff seemed very nice. the room overall was nice and spacious with a nice kitchen but there was not table in the living room. overall i would have rated it as good, except i cannot because of the room cleaning issue (never having them clean the room) was really poor.

The lobby and hallways were well kept. It’s obvious that when the rooms were first renovated a lot of thought went into them, but the cleanliness and lack to care caused the room to look unkept and dirty.

Yes the kitchen was fully equipped and clean. Parking was plentiful and the parking lot was clean. However, I will never stay here again. Was not aware that people actually live here! There were people always standing around talking in the hallway. Children were running around unattended. My bathroom floor felt like it was going to cave in due to very weak floor tiles, and my smoke detector kept going off even after replacing the battery. Finally the maintenance person just took it down and said he had to order a new one. This didn't make me feel safe! Netflix and other apps are not able to be used on the TV's either. And while I am happy that immigrants are provided with work opportunities in this country, it was very frustrating trying to communicate with some of the staff who did not understand me and I could not understand what they were saying either! Again, I will not stay here again!

The bathroom floor was a bit sticky possibly because the bathroom fan was broken. Otherwise the room was clean. I appreciate the full size fridge
