The room itself was excellent. The people were friendly and welcoming. The building was under renovation so the pool, gym, and laundry were closed. The hallways smelled of wet paint. None of these things would really bother me but there was no warning so I was very surprised when I arrived. It may have affected my motel choice.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. My husband and I especially loved the breakfast—delicious food with the perfect vibe. Our kids had such a great time too, in the pool and with the arcade area. Internet not too good, need to let customers know about the 50 dollars hold for room damage if any ahead of time or when they are booking not by surprise at the check in, parking is too limited, and make sure cleaners live some new toilet paper instead of half rolls 🙄

We booked this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub. This property does not have a hot tub and the indoor pool was so cold you can’t use the pool. The listing needs to be updated to reflect current property amenities!

For the price paid the hotel room was not that clean. I had to purchase cleaning products to wipes down the hard surfaces and bathroom. The bathroom had a lot of loose hairs and there roaches we sighted in the room. Overall it was an okay experience. The staff members were kind and pleasant. The lobby area was clean and smelled nicely. The hotel location is near a lot of restaurants and very close to the Hershey Park which was a major plus. My only major concern was the bugs and cleanliness of the room.

Uncomfortable hotel, I couldn't sleep due loudly fan and whatever equipment they have on the roof, I complained to the hotel, the only option they offered is to change the room, after changing the room, the annoying loud noise from the roof got worst. Also, the hotel is next to train track.

Really enjoyed our stay! Beds and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and looked to have been recently refurbished, and the room had several outlets that were easy to reach. Pro-tip: if you get a room by the ice machines and are sound-sensitive, you may want to ask for another room. The machine are not in a space of their own; they are stationed in the hallways and are very very loud. I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me but if you sleep light or are bothered by noise, I would recommend asking for a different room if possible. Breakfast was disappointing, not many meat options and no kosher friendly meats. They offered cheese omelets and the usual continental breakfast: fruits, pastries, pancake maker, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, orange & apple juice, coffee, milk, etc. Overall, nice stay with friendly staff and great service!

The room was good size but there is little room for a cot. Be aware the cot is $15 extra and filled with springs. The room was nicely decorated. The ac worked fine at night but during the day it was quite humid. The breakfast was good and there was plenty. The new coffee machines worked well. The pool was clean. The towels are tiny, so consider bringing your own. Our shower was under what appeared to be a leak. There were mounds sticking out of the ceiling and the ceiling was molded and coming down. I reported it at check out. The clerk apologized and made a note. Accessibility to restaurants and gas stations as well as Hershey Park is fantastic.

This was by far one of the better customer service Holiday Inn hotel for me. The breakfast lady was very keen on keeping the food well stocked and made sure the tables were cleaned between use. The cleaning staff were nice when I asked for anything extra. Front desk service were a mix depending on who was there but it was fine. I do like they rent out board games to give my kids sometime extra to do. Breakfast options were fairly good though the pancake machine was broken on the first morning. The hotel was updated but you can tell that they didn't upgrade everything. The doors had cuts where they changed the locks and it creaked. Beds were a little too soft for me. But overall it was clean and family friendly and would stay again.

Michelle at the front desk was not helpful and put us in a dirty, smell room. She was totally rude and made me not want to ever stay in a holiday inn again. Jo Ann at the property switched my room to something cleaner and more acceptable. Jo Ann was great and accommodating. She is the reason that I may stay at another Holiday inn.

The room was clean and neat, and well furnished. The bed was a bit stiff and springy. The staff was great and very welcoming. The free breakfast buffet was good, but not the best. The egg-white with vegetable omlettes were not the best and tasted funny. The rest of the selection was decent and enough for breakfast.

Everything was fine except the rude woman at the front desk when we checked in at 6pm. I said a friendly hello and her response was "ID with an address". Then she completely ignored me when I told her the sign on the desk saying "Tips Accetped" misspelled accepted. Then she have the instructions on the elevator,etc at 100mph monotone. NOT impressed.

The front desk lady was rude to a customer. She didn't like what he was saying so she threw the pen down and stormed off like a toddler. The breakfast lady had an attitude because someone used all the milk. Stayed only due to the proximity to Hershey Park and the HIE brand.

Love that coffee machine and coffee area. The breakfast was wonderful. Quick and easy to get to Hershey Park. All kinds of fast food, resturants, groceries etc near by. We paid extra for the top floor and it was the quietest hotel room I have EVER stayed at. This is getting saved as our go to when we go to Hershey Park.
