Hilton Garden Inn Hershey

Shower water pressure was weak.

The hotel was clean and the room was large. The cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning and replacing anything that needed replacement. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a spacious King room for one night. The room was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They offer a 'pay' dinner and breakfast. We did not eat there, but it seems the breakfast is more than your standard continental breakfast provided by many hotels. The lobby has free coffee, cookies, and popcorn, and the hotel has a small fitness center, indoor pool, and hot tub. It is very close to all that Hershey has to offer. We would stay here again.

Dirty smelly carpet…floor of our room was dirty and sticky…sneakers feel sticky…would not walk barefoot in room…bathroom, towels, bed in good order…front desk staff man Sat/Sun…not welcoming or friendly at all…HH membership not recognized…felt like a cheap motel instead of HGI that I would have expected…just got back from Los Angeles…seriously considering IHG or other options

room was clean, staff were excellent, housekeeping a little noisy, didn't like having to pay for breakfast, but had popcorn and cookies. Will stay here again.
