This Holiday Inn has several video gaming machines in its small lobby. I’ve never seen such a thing. It attracts a bad element. The lobby was full all night with loud dissolute youths in their pajama bottoms. It was a makeshift casino atmosphere. We never felt safe. We never left our room. Worst Holiday Inn experience ever! The front desk person said the manager doesn’t like the machines, so they are obviously the work of the owner.

The room was okay, bathrooms are VERY small. The shower did not drain, so i had to put all the towels down so i didnt flood the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was good. The pool area was a disappointment, the pool light and wire and sitting outside on the side and there are dead bugs all around by the walls. If they did better upkeep on the pool this would be a place i visit again.

The property was very dirty both inside and outside. All of the floors from the entrance to our room were coated in dirt, the elevator had funk all over it and even the breakfast area was gross. Our room smelled like sweat and the bathroom had mold in it. It’s almost like they don’t have a professional cleaning service for the hotel.

The hotel looked ok on the surface, but the room was dirty when we checked in. The bathroom had hair and debris on the floor as well as in the entry area. GROSS!! THe whole room also had a strong smell of mildew that was coming from the bathroom. The pool algea/mold and paint chips in it, and there was debris all over the hotel. The general manager refused to offer any discount. This hotel has a majority of construction workers that stay there weekdays and weekends. Lots of drunks in and out, noise all hours of the night. Stay at the Hampton Inn, or pay a little more and stay at the Hilton! Even the iron had crap melted all over it!!!

Service was slow at reception and breakfast. I think we waited over 20mins for sausage and then they refilled the one that wasn't empty (Turkey vice Pork). Also, the Parking lot is tight and built on a weird angle. Doesn't help an employee parked in the middle of the drive-way.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been too. The dumpster was overflowing into the parking lot, the floors hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped in what looked like weeks, the room smelled like mint chewing tobacco, and the pool had used bandaids.

Our room was not clean. There was hair all over the shower when we checked in. Front desk said there would be no cleaning services all weekend. Hotel was sold out along with everything in the area so we could not move rooms. Talked to two different front desk people and both just blew it off and said they would tell housekeeping about the complaint. Offered to do nothing else to make it right and never even apologized or acknowledged it as an issue. Had to stay in that room 2 nights. Will never use them again.

Top 5 worst experience staying at a hotel! When arriving, the property is surrounded by a junk yard. Upon entering the room at check in, it had never been vacuumed. There were toenail clippings on the floor throughout the room. When we called the front desk, they acted as if they didn’t believe us & said they would come check it out. When the worker came to the room, he asked if we needed help cleaning the room?… he stunk of b.o. so bad, my wife had to step out of the room. As he ran the sweeper, it sounded as if the room had not been vacuumed for weeks. It made so much noise from all the debris it was sucking up, it could be heard in the hallway with the door shut. Our room was so small, you could barely move around. It seemed as if it had originally been a Microtel Inn & they changed the name to Holiday Inn Express. Friends who stayed at the same hotel, had to change rooms b/c their room had never been cleaned as well. There was urine & hair all over their bathroom. Completely unacceptable for a Holiday Inn Express! Horrible experience!

Beds were super comfortable and the black out blinds kept all the light out. Bathroom in the room was very tight, pool did not have towels stocked and room key didn’t work. We had to switch rooms. Breakfast selection was your average hotel breakfast. Overall was fine for the price

I'm not generally a claustrophobic person, but the room was TINY - much smaller than the picture indicates. I also didn't feel it was very clean. The bed looked like it had been sat on, and the toilet seat was all the way up as though it had been used recently. Definitely not impressed.

I really DID NOT like having a room on the 1st Floor (basement level) near the pool and fitness center, as well as “storage area.” It was NOISY, STINKY, and GENERALLY UNPLEASANT. The blinds did not come down all the way and the light coming through, especially at night, was annoying! There was also a draft coming through the window area, which I tried to “block” with rolled up towels. All in all, having a room in the basement had the feel of being in a DUNGEON! My prior stay on the 3rd floor was more NORMAL! At least the complimentary breakfast and the location (not far from Philadelphia Street, where I visited “downtown”) was good.

Maybe the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom will make you feel claustrophobic. If it was a sub $100 room I wouldn’t complain, but for almost $200 it’s ridiculous. Definitely will not stay here again.

We started staing here because the cheaper hotels are going down hill fast . Overall this was a great place to stay but I feel its starting to fo sown hill as well .1 handicap parking area and construction trucks are parkes there . No housekeeping unless you ask for it . Breakfast is basic nothing to write home about . It is close to everything eat and park next door you can walk . Walmart is a 5 minute drive .

Terrible front desk staff. Charged wrong credit card, then mislead me about it, then refused to do anything about it. Told me I should call the manager on Monday, like that was my job. I said I would dispute the charges and the front desk person could not care any less. No "Holiday" at this Inn. Started my weekend on a sour note. Avoid this hotel.
Terrible front desk staff. Charged wrong credit card, then mislead me about it, then refused to do anything about it. Told me I should call the manager on Monday, like that was my job. I said I would dispute the charges and the front desk person could not care any less. No "Holiday" at this Inn. Started my weekend on a sour note. Avoid this hotel.

Our room was not clean. There was hair all over the shower when we checked in. Front desk said there would be no cleaning services all weekend. Hotel was sold out along with everything in the area so we could not move rooms. Talked to two different front desk people and both just blew it off and said they would tell housekeeping about the complaint. Offered to do nothing else to make it right and never even apologized or acknowledged it as an issue. Had to stay in that room 2 nights. Will never use them again.

Check in was a bit difficult, front desk clerk was new and by himself didnt know procedures and how to do things, especially when dealing with cash and being paid with cash, also had to stop him from giving the wrong amount in change which would have left his drawer short. Had issues with getting key card 3 times to work for the room, and had to be switched to another room that a new key card worked . Other wise experience was good.

Check in took forever. I was second in a line of three people. The clerk was waiting for the first person to fill out the paperwork and then asked the person behind me what their last name was so she could start checking them in. We started staing here because the cheaper hotels are going down hill fast . Overall this was a great place to stay but I feel its starting to fo sown hill as well .1 handicap parking area and construction trucks are parkes there . No housekeeping unless you ask for it . Breakfast is basic nothing to write home about . It is close to everything eat and park next door you can walk . Walmart is a 5 minute drive .

I really DID NOT like having a room on the 1st Floor (basement level) near the pool and fitness center, as well as “storage area.” It was NOISY, STINKY, and GENERALLY UNPLEASANT. The blinds did not come down all the way and the light coming through, especially at night, was annoying! There was also a draft coming through the window area, which I tried to “block” with rolled up towels. All in all, having a room in the basement had the feel of being in a DUNGEON! My prior stay on the 3rd floor was more NORMAL! At least the complimentary breakfast and the location (not far from Philadelphia Street, where I visited “downtown”) was good.

Top 5 worst experience staying at a hotel! When arriving, the property is surrounded by a junk yard. Upon entering the room at check in, it had never been vacuumed. There were toenail clippings on the floor throughout the room. When we called the front desk, they acted as if they didn’t believe us & said they would come check it out. When the worker came to the room, he asked if we needed help cleaning the room?… he stunk of b.o. so bad, my wife had to step out of the room. As he ran the sweeper, it sounded as if the room had not been vacuumed for weeks. It made so much noise from all the debris it was sucking up, it could be heard in the hallway with the door shut. Our room was so small, you could barely move around. It seemed as if it had originally been a Microtel Inn & they changed the name to Holiday Inn Express. Friends who stayed at the same hotel, had to change rooms b/c their room had never been cleaned as well. There was urine & hair all over their bathroom. Completely unacceptable for a Holiday Inn Express! Horrible experience!

The bed was very high and difficult to get in and out of it. Went to breakfast at 8:30a and the containers for eggs, egg white omelettes, and bacon empty and no pancakes available from machine. Nothing but bacon was replenished while we were in the dining room. Options were only bread/bagel/muffin products, cold cereal and yogurt.

Service was slow at reception and breakfast. I think we waited over 20mins for sausage and then they refilled the one that wasn't empty (Turkey vice Pork). Also, the Parking lot is tight and built on a weird angle. Doesn't help an employee parked in the middle of the drive-way.

This hotel is SO SMALL! The rooms are small, the breakfast area is small, the lobby is small. The bathrooms are so small you can barely close the door to use the toilet. Our room had plaster falling off the wall by the window and the shower knob was broken, The sink is outside of the bathroom. The pancake maker was out of order, there wasn't any bacon at breakfast, and the cinnamon rolls were cold.
