The room and hotel were clean overall, and the staff was pleasant. The only issues during our stay were that another guest’s door kept slamming shut throughout the night, which was pretty disruptive, and the bathroom caulking looked a bit grimy and could use better cleaning or maintenance. Other than that, the stay was decent.

Lobby and hallways were dirty/muddy. Long wait to check-in, easily 25-30 minutes, multiple stations on the TV did work, wide open bathroom sink drain, HVAC did not seem to work, no matter the mode, tuned off and on. Poorly maintained property.

For almost $200 a night, it was pretty low quality. Room lock was busted on the door. Mattress was on high noisy boxspring. Bathroom was very small.
