We love staying here! Only small issue was the indoor heated pool this time was cold- think maintanance may have left heater off by mistake. We informed the front desk but not sure when/if that was addressed. Our weekend trip was done.

We like this hotel a lot. The carpeting looked very worn in our room but otherwise was good. The bar and restaurant were great and the food was excellent. There was a fire in the laundry room and the alarm got us up early and more than once. We weren’t given any information and when we asked a worker he was very short with us. Everyone else was so nice and we will be staying again.

Breakfast was NOT free, no buffet was offered so we ordered off the menu which took well over an hour to get to our table and cost us $50 for 3 of us. We were told buffet was not being offered due to low occupancy which was definitely not the case, the place was pretty busy in my opnion and the parking lot was very full. Would not recommend, sausage gravy and biscuits tasted like wet flour and I got a nice scoop of grease with my potatoes. We were seated and ordered within 10 minutes, after waitting about 50 minutes i asked the waitress what was taking so long, she apologized and went straight to the kitchen to see what was going on. It took at least another 25 minutes before we got our food. Other than our horrible experience with breakfast it was a nice stay. Staff was friendly, pool was nice although the water was very cold. Our room was clean and stocked with what was needed. We did not visit the bar because there was a large wedding party when we arrived.

The bathroom ceiling had a lot of water damage, to the point we were a bit scared to take a shower…. For the price of the room, expect a better maintenance of the rooms…. Neighbors did a party and it was impossible to sleep…. No sound isolation in the room, it was like if they were in OUR room…. In the futur, will stay in Marriots instead. Always had better experiences there.

The pool was not cleaned very well. We were the only people in the pool and gobs of someone else's hair was picked up by hands as i was swimming. The dog walking area was full of dog poop. They should have coffee or water in their check in area all during the day. After this stay I am checking closer at what amenities are offered free of charge at hotels.

Our housekeeping experience was disappointing. We requested room service, but our sheets and comforters were not changed—the housekeeper simply reused the same ones. We also asked for a second comforter, which was never provided. Aside from that, our overall stay was good. On the morning of checkout, the chef in the lobby did something amazing for my kids. They wanted hot chocolate, but there were only two Swiss Miss packets left and I have three children. He went out of his way to bring us hot water and find a third packet so all of them could enjoy it. I truly appreciated this, especially since the day before my kids had been told that there was no hot chocolate available. We’ve stayed at several Hilton locations, and unfortunately, our housekeeping experiences have been consistently below expectations. However, I want to highlight the kindness and thoughtfulness of the chef, which made a big difference to us.

We didn’t eat there but visited the bar. Angel did a great job as bartender/ host . The room was great but no view at all. We had a giant air handling system with a security light right outside our window. Having reserved rooms 2 months ahead I kinda expected a decent view room over last minute bookers.

Hard to figure what to press, especially when ground floor button didn’t light when pressed. Clock was set wrong in room with no obvious way to rest? Restaurant food delivery was a bit slow. Service was ok, but untrained staff keep delivering food and drinks to the wrong table. No channel guide to room TV. Had to call the front desk to get help

Everything about our stay was great EXCEPT there is a light outside the room we stayed in. I think this is because there is some sort of (most likely) electrical equipment right outside our room. The blinds did not go all the way so you couldn’t block the light out. It made it very difficult to sleep.

It was very quiet and the rooms were beautiful. Problem is the mattresses were BAD. Very hard and no give. And with the soft pillow that went flat and had no substance to them we all woke up stiff necks and back muscle aches until we got moving. Will not stay at another Hilton again for this reason. They are all like that. Everyone I have stayed in. Wanted to give this one a chance and shouldnt have.

Upon arrival, despite having rented a room with two queen beds and showing the hotel receptionist, she informed us that we no longer have that because the reservation was changed to a king bed. When I explained that that is not going to work because we have two children staying with us, she said That unfortunately, we would have to change. I showed her the confirmation email and she began getting defensive and very hostile as if I was being hostile toward her when I was merely advocating for my needs in our families needs. I eventually just put my eyes down and said I will not be arguing with her, but that we need this to be changed. She eventually did change it, but only after saying that it had been our problem even though I informed her that we had booked through a hotels.com. She said that sometimes bookings get changed and I said well that is really not good business and that would not be my problem, but a problem between the hotel in Hotels.com. She informed me that it was my problem. I picked up the general manager‘s card quietly and continue to look down until she said that she will be trying to make some changes in the computer. She then told me that she didn’t mean to say that it was my problem. She then did proceed to change the room and find a room for us. That did have to clean beds, which I thanked her for. She never apologized for her bad behavior.

I love this hotel and will only stay at the Hilton Garden Inn when I’m in Indiana - there’s no better choice. The entire team is professional and delightful to interact with. Danielle the Bar Manager is a superstar & hands down one of the top reasons I keep coming back. The food at the restaurant is consistent and delicious. The property and rooms are clean. 10 out of 10 stars!

Undoubtably the worst experience I have had. Staff was not very friendly did not want to answer questions and made assumptions. Claiming they notified me of the huge increased authorization fee and they did not. Tried to over charge me for our breakfast that was included in our room. Staff actively talking about me and my group right in front of us. Very unprofessional and rude. More than less just tried to take advantage.

very new and clean--loved the room. I tried to check in and there was NO ONE at the desk--I waited over five minutes!! looked in back, shouted. Finally gave up---luckily I had to run back to the airport or I would have been so mad to wait and not be able to check in. This was around 10PM.

My daughter had a cheerleading competition nextdoor at the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex. Very convenient for us to stay here and get her ready and walk over instead of getting her dressed at home and rushing to drive 1 ½ hours. Very quiet and comfortable.

The room was very clean and spacious. The restaurant was necessary because there were no other food options in a walkable distance. Although advertised as having electric vehicle chargers, there was actually only 1 Tesla charger and it was often in use or other cars (not electric) parked in the spot in front of it, blocking use. Also, the station was NOT free (however, there is a free car charging station 1/2 mile away in the Martin's grocery store parking lot). Overall, very nice accommodations.
