Three lights were burned out in our room. And there was no bathroom ventilation so it was humid for a long time after 2 showers. The "hot" food at breakfast was luke warm at best. Either the food was never heated before breakfast or the warming units were never turned on. A very simple fix.

We stayed in a wheelchair-accessible room. The room was laid out perfectly. The only concern was the bed was a bit low for transferring my husband from his wheelchair to the bed. Our favorite thing was the oval table that was on wheels so it could be rolled to wherever my husband wanted to sit to eat. Great experience overall!

The staff here are amazing. Very welcoming ladies at the front desk during check in and the staff at breakfast were friendly and polite. The room is very nice. Spacious area with a large bed and a pull out couch if you need it. It has a full size refrigerator, a microwave and a dish washer as well as utensils and dishes. There was also a toaster, but no stovetop in my room. The room could have been cleaned better. I do understand that there is a shortage of housekeepers. However, there was something sticky on my carpet and my sock kept sticking to it. Good thing that it was my sock and not my foot. Also, there was a piece of trash from the previous guest still under the couch. Breakfast had some good options but no non-pork breakfast meats. A lot of hotels who offer breakfast will have turkey or chicken sausage. Parking is free and it seemed to be a safe area. I arrived to the hotel late and was fine. The biggest con for me was the noise from traffic. I am a light sleeper and the side of the hotel that my room was on had a busy highway behind it. So I did not get good sleep. There does seem to also be some area close by where truck drivers are able to park because I could hear trucks start their engines throughout the night. Overall it is a well kept hotel. Very nice rooms. Great staff. I like this brand but this location is too noisy for me.
