Poor signage to find location from roadway. Signage facing wrong direction. Breakfast prepared food was poor quality and taste. Waste of eggs, sausage, etc due to poor taste, etc. Cereals, coffee, yogurt milk were good. Checked in late and they were still cleaning surrounding areas.

This hotel got the job done. The area is meh. It is five minutes from the biggest mall. The parking lot is shined to two other hotels. The lot is a bit dark and not fantastic. I wouldn’t have felt comfortable as a woman alone. But certainly not dangerous. The hotel is clean and efficient. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. The attendant was great. Had the place to our selves. The room was decent and beds were comfortable. It was clean. They were doing maintenance work on our floor. Woke up to drills and saws at 7:30 in the morning. This was a trip to move my daughter in to school. Also the windows on one side abut a roadway that goes around the mall. It was noisy and highway lights were on all night. If you have young kids this would have not been good. All in all for the price and location it was a good value.

Guest elevator down, had to use the staff/service elevator. Room 292 has the KoP parking garage lights shining in and no blackout curtain. Several kids stayed during our stay and were very noisy from 8-10:30pm in the hallway, tried calling front desk and there was no answer. Complimentary breakfast was good though.

Meet the most friendly staff ever. I travel a lot and mostly meet people are doing their jobs well, but in this hotel everyone seems to go above abnd beyond. The hotel needs to refurbishment the hallways. But apart from that its nice and well located, just next to the massive mall.

We had a very spacious clean room. The breakfast was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was the check-in process. It took over 25 minutes to check-in. The lady at the front desk was new so she had notes and made sure she did everything right so I won’t take point away for that. It was an inconvenience to myself but understandable.

We arrived at 3pm to check in but our room was not ready. We had to wait over a half hour until it was and the front desk staff were not friendly at all. The room looked outdated and was not up to our expectations for the amount we were paying to stay. There was no bathroom vent and the towels were stained and looked unsanitary. Our stay was for two nights and housekeeping did not service our rooms after the first night so we had to go down to front desk to ask for new towels that were stained anyway. We were very upset while checking out to find that the front desk staff was video chatting a friend in the office instead of doing her job. Overall we were extremely disappointed with our stay and we are never going back to a Marriott.

Upon noticing that our shampoo and conditioner wasn’t filled, requested it for that night. Front desk stated there was no way to do that and would have them do first thing in morning. It was never filled. The sheets had rips/holes in them, and an acrylic nail was on our floor.

We had three rooms. Upon check-in, all rooms were less than the desired level of cleanliness. One of my daughter refused to stay and checked out immediately and went to a different hotel. My room had a broken toilet seat held my one knob so when you sit, the seat slides off the base. The AC works only with High Fan; if Low fan is chosen in turns off. The breakfast was also sub-standard. Scrambled egg was like a pie, except thicker on the servicing dish (4 inches). The staff was incompetent. Although we checked out from one room immediately after check in, they sent us email receipt showing that we checked out as per original itinerary. Even after several request to front desk they did not correct and told me that they have informed the Manager and that she would take care of it. When we mentioned to the Manager she said she knows anything about it and she promised to call Expedia. However, she never asked for my name, room no, etc. I knew than she was not going to do anything and she did not.

The lobby area was clean and well maintained throughout breakfast service. Room was visually presentable although there was a roach crawling on the walls ( while the lights were still on) it was late and i did not want to scare my children, so i quickly killed and flushed it rather than attempt to speak with staff about Tom change. Bathroom pipes were NOt slow draining , however there was a continuous gurgling sound for about a minute after ising the sink. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

The woman who checked us in was lovely. Very personable and attentive. The room itself wasn’t as clean at it should be. Cobwebs along the ceiling and walls - a lot of them. There was a big hole in the blanket. The shower flooded the bathroom floor. Little things that you don’t expect from a Marriott hotel. When I mentioned the shower to the gentleman I checked out with he sort of laughed and said, “yeah, it’s the seals in the doors!” - if you know it’s an issue, fix it. Finding someone to checkout with was impossible. I had to go around the desk to the office/vending area and found him scrolling through his phone. Overall, I wouldn’t stay at the property again as there are too many other options in the area with similar pricing.

My wife and i Did not sleep a wink. They have these new Verdant A/C systems which automatic shut off and then turn on the fan on the A/C over and over. It suddenly goes dead quiet (and warm in the room) and boom it comes to life. You repeat that over and over 50 times over the whole night and you cant sleep. Have a Constant Fan option available to the guests.!

there was no Internet service for the entire stay until the last night. We had to walk over to the other hotel get an access code so that we could get online to do work. This has been the second time that we stayed at this hotel and the Internet has been out. There was no Internet service on streaming TV on Netflix at all.

We arrived at 3pm to check in but our room was not ready. We had to wait over a half hour until it was and the front desk staff were not friendly at all. The room looked outdated and was not up to our expectations for the amount we were paying to stay. There was no bathroom vent and the towels were stained and looked unsanitary. Clean, convenient, staff and room were unprepared. Was unable to get my key, then walked up and the sofa bed had no sheets, reservation was made for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), sofa bed had to be prepared or at least have the sheets by its side at arrival.
