The bed was comfortable for a good nights rest. The bathroom was cramped because of the door swinging in just up to the toilet requiring you to stand on the side of the toilet to open and close the door. although I’m not sure if it was because I was in a corner room or if that is the case for all the rooms. The phone in the room didn’t allow me to call the front desk and the alarm clock with plugs and usb ports did not work either. These things were just outdated and need to be updated/replaced. All that aside the biggest and most important issue is out of 2 elevators one wasn’t working during the entire stay. It would remain on the first floor and then would continue to open to let people in, close its doors and never move. This prevented a huge delay in getting the working elevator to trigger to come down to bring guests to their floor. At one point I waited so long and had to give up and take the stairs all the way to the 7th floor because the working elevator just wouldn’t come to the lobby.

The rooms are small and very old. The door would not lock. We had to put a chair behind the door. No EV charger. No amenities such as pool, hot tub or sauna. Toilet was leaking when we checked in. There was no bacon, sausage or potato with their breakfast. Price was way too high for what we received.

While visiting Philadelphia and the area, we stayed at this hotel in suburban King of Prussia. We chose it for the free on-site parking and its location right off the interstate, knowing that we would be driving to the city as well as to Chadd's Ford and nearby Wilmington before heading further north on our trip. Our check-in was easy. The front desk staff were helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shower was easy to use, and extra towels provided. The complimentary breakfast was another draw, and once we had our first breakfast there (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, and more), we chose to take advantage the next two mornings, saving time and money looking for nice places to have breakfast. Note that the interstate and highway traffic is congested in that area, but it dissipates in just a few minutes, allowing us to drive into the city or to the suburbs pretty easily.

Overall, this hotel served my needs. They were able to switch room type at late check in, which I appreciated. Average hot breakfast-love to get my protein in. Room size was a bit on the small side. Desk area was cramped. Shower ceiling had mold spots on it but rest of room was clean. A bit surprised that there were not more power outlets available between the beds and around the room-making charging all our devices a challenge. This hotel is literally 2 minutes from the mall, 5 from the casino/convention center, topgolf etc. Very convenient.

I checked in and my toilet had stains on it. I reported it and someone came up to clean it. Hadn’t looked in the tub at that time to later find that it was also dirty with hair and scum in the tub. Reported that and No one came up to clean it. After trying to shower the tub water backed up and I was there for 2 days before anyone else came up to fix it.

Clean room. TV issue was responded to very quickly but due to”waiting on parts” no resolution to the problem of limited stations we could watch. Door lets in light and all sounds in the hallway. People talking and heavy doors slamming. All in all-ok stay for a night.

First and foremost, the bathroom had no lock, which made me extremely uncomfortable, especially when traveling with someone. The balcony also lacked a lock, which left me feeling unsafe at night. For a hotel that claims to prioritize guest comfort and security, this is unacceptable. Additionally, the room only had two outlet ports, which made it incredibly inconvenient to charge multiple devices. The room had a strange and unpleasant odor, and worst of all, there was a disgusting smell coming from the bedsheets, pillows, and blankets. It made it very hard to relax or sleep peacefully. Only one elevator was working, so moving between floors was a hassle, especially during busy hours. Lastly, I found it absurd that the hotel charges $4 for a bottle of Dasani water—an unreasonable price for such a basic amenity. Overall, I did not feel clean, comfortable, or secure during my stay. I won’t be coming back, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

We got to to the hotel at 4 to check in. The hotel staff said they’re running behind and need 15 more mins which was no big deal. More than an hour passed and they didn’t check us in and kept telling us they are overbooked and running behind. We ended up going to dinner then came back to check in. They need to do a better job with their check in process and room cleaning.

Front desk staff rude. Needs better customer service skills. Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded for the incidentals that was never displayed on hotels.com website at the time of booking. Had to ask for a printed receipt and this required the clerk to get up from her chair to print and she was not happy about that and made it known.

We got a call at 11pm saying they don’t have our room (we were checking in late, room paid in advance). They have “no idea what happened”. The guy on the phone tried helping and I know it isn’t his fault but we were left without a place to stay. Staff said they handled it by booking us a room at their nearby hotel but did not tell us that room would be $300 for one night. I had assumed it was either comped or the same amount as what we paid initially. I don’t have nearly $500 total to spend on a room for one night so we are having to drive 5+ hours back home instead of having a place to stay.

I was turned away because of my service dog (which is a little 10 pound King Charles Cavilier). I lost my wallet shortly before arriving after traveling for three days straight, which had my paperwork. Front desk and management demanded to see my paperwork (which is illegal) and refused to let me stay there. Also, I have not received any sort of refund even though they turned me away. If you have a disability or a service animal, stay far away from this place as they will certainly make you feel uncomfortable and force you to go somewhere else. I ended up staying at the Double Tree Alloy nearby which accommodated me and my pup perfectly.

Took an hour to check in Literally given the keys to an already occupied room not once but twice and was confronted by the one occupant after being given the wrong key! Exhausted by the time i got to room. Good food options close by but come back to room and get in bed...hair on mattress under blankets. Didnt sleep too well

Clean rooms and lobby. Comfy clean bed [which is sooooo important to me] , no weird smells. In room fridge makes a humming but didnt bother me. Included breakfast was good .. we liked the scrambled eggs, sausage , muffins and cinnamon rolls. Coffee went quick.. but was replaced timely. Great stay! I heard other hotels in area lost power but we didnt ! Haha .

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn in KOP. I had room 502, a corner room, although it faced the highway, but I could minimally hear traffic noise. I previously stayed here about 6 years ago and the hotel has since been renovated and I liked the new furnishings. Check in was quick, staff was friendly, and explained everything. The room was down the hallway, but was quiet, and I had a good amount of space in the room, although the bathroom is cramped. Some issues included paint on the light fixture in bathroom and some highway noise. I often specifically choose a Holiday Inn Express due to their breakfast although this one disappointed greatly. The area was revamped since my last stay, and there was sufficient seating, but offerings were limited. I arrived about 45 minutes before breakfast ended and there were no cinnamon rolls, they weren't replenished, the pancake machine was broken, and I didn't care for the eggs or sausage. Was hoping for bacon. There were two breakfast employees and both males would just sit around, stare down guests as they walked into the serving area, were unfriendly, and it was a rather unpleasant vibe. I would likely stay again if passing through the area, as I like hotels with balconies, and sat out there for some time for fresh air. Parking was plentiful and there is a lot to do nearby. Just hope they improve on breakfast...

I chose this hotel over others because of the advertised breakfast offerings. I didn't want a plastic wrapped danish. We stayed two days and the breakfast offerings on Monday were better than Tuesday. Both days the pancake maker was broken. The first day there was bacon and cinnamon buns. The second had biscuits and gravy, not such a hit in the North East. There were even less yogurt flavors on Tuesday. There are also bagels, scrambled eggs and cereal available. The room was clean. The tub was very slippery when showering-my husband went to Walmart across the street to buy a bathmat after I fell. The beds were firm, but I wasn't comfortable. We would stay there again, packing the bathmat.

The room was okay, the beds were very firm & there were a couple of stains on the coverlets. The bathroom was tiny, the tub didn’t completely drain during showering & some of the towels had holes. The elevators needed repair multiple times during our 3 night stay, the ice machine on our floor didn’t work & the Keurig in the room didn’t work. The hotel offered a breakfast buffet but the juice machine stopped working (bottles of juice were ultimately put out), the pancake machine wasn’t working, several of the breakfast offerings ran out & staff was slow to refill. Ultimately, we will not book this hotel again in the future-even if it had a fabulous price per night!
