Super clean and quiet. The staff is top notch as far as addressing any problems that arise. The free breakfast is pretty high quality with a good amount of options. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are available 24 hours on the 1st floor. With quality options as far as the tea is concerned. ( Bigelow Earl Gray is my brand). They also have a small pool and I believe a fitness area. The pool is small and about kid deep 4 feet maximum I think which is fine. Room cleanliness is spot on and the ice machine is always operable. Never a problem in the multiple times I have stayed there and parking is good. Granted I go usually off holiday seasons and weekends.

Great location, near a strip mall with restaurants, shops and groceries. Pool was heated, just wish there was a hot tub. The elevators are a bit slow, easier to take the stairs, but we there on a busy evening too. Would stay here again.

The walls and doors here seem to be paper thin. You can hear absolutely everything and during my particular stay, more than a handful of the guests were very loud and inconsiderate. For what it is, the property was alright and for the price I’d say it’s fair just not somewhere I’d ever stay again.

Check-in was quick and staff were friendly. The room was huge and had a bonus living room area with a couch and an additional TV. The room was clean and beds super comfy. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well-stocked. A nice server even came around giving out lollipops to all the kids. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Upon arrival I was quickly greeted at the front desk, and everything went fine. Went up to my room, and the heat was on, and it being January that's acceptable. But I usually sleep better when it's cooler in my room, so I turned the AC on to try and cool it down a little. The unit on the wall wouldn't go below 76 when I turned the unit on, and the AC came on maybe once the entire time while I was there. I had to sleep on top of the blankets in my room. I usually don't leave reviews like this, but I was warm the entire night and didn't get much sleep. If I'm back in the area I more than likely won't return to that hotel.

Could not check in during check in time (3pm) , room was not ready in time we had to wait 2 hours from check in time for the room to be ready we left to get food and came back to find the front desk lady sleeping, we had to wake her up and asked if our room was ready . Room tidy but Both beds had broken frames so us and the kids slept in a slant all night we asked if we can be moved but were told all rooms were booked but seen hardly no cars in the parking lot. I honestly paid 240 for a crap of a room and yet have been great guest hopefully we can get compensated Amenities were up to par , gym and pool was great hopefully the breakfast

The property was well kept and very clean. You could see the staff wiping down everything almost all the time. The bathroom in the lobby was exceptionally clean too. Didn't care for the lack of availability of the front desk staff. Even when I tried a couple of times to call them from my room # I found it difficult to get someone to answer the phone. They appeared over-whelmed.

It took us 45 minutes to check in because the lady at the front desk had no idea what she was doing! The check in area got super packed with people. When it was finally my turn to check in, I saw this woman has a blue drink next to her (which looked like an alcoholic drink), and a vape pen. Not very professional. The bed is really hard, and the shower has pink bacteria all over. Would not recommend this place at all. Horrible experience.

I have been to so many hotels. The front desk ladies at are so so rude. Been first time at the holiday inn express and got the worst staffs to deal with. Didn’t expect this. Left my stuffs at the hotel and when I try to enquire they simply disconnect my call and don’t pick up when I call again. Careful guys

Near Sesame Place but unfortunately you really cannot walk there even though the advertisement said “steps away from the park.” I picked this hotel hoping to walk to the park so I don’t need to park in the Sesame Street parking lot but ended up not able to walk there.

Staff is super friendly, breakfast is perfect for families, and coffee available all hours is nice! Rooms are fine, could use new carpeting and some sprucing up. Affordably priced - we'd stay again!

When I arrived, the front desk clerk was hulled up in the corner on his phone and it took a few minutes before he realized I was there. He didn't tell me anything about any of the amenities, including the breakfast, or anything in the area and said "oh the number on there is an 8, your room is around the corner". Wasn't impressed with the "customer service". Room was clean and bed was comfortable, breakfast was a little lacking - no butter for toast/bagels, egg burritos instead of scrambled eggs, waffle machine wasn't working.

My daughter and I had a great time at this Holiday Inn Express. It was conveniently located close to Sesame Place, The mall and eateries. The front desk hosts were very hospitable and professional. This hotel was great! It’s close to many restaurants and stores. The area is calm and quiet. If you are planning on going to the sesame amusement park, it’s a 5 minute drive from this hotel. The breakfast is good and staff are really helpful. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Personal belongings removed from room and staff falsely assumed early check out mid reservation. Belongings were not returned. Middle of the night strangers entered the room believing it was their room. Unsure why they were given access to a room currently occupied. No apology for the violation and theft or any steps taken to correct the experience of the stay. Would not recommend and will not stay here again.
