At check in was very good, Brianna was excellent,some Housekeeper was nice,parking it was ok. Room need updated.need to have more amenities. In resume My husband and I was very disappointed. Doesn't looks nothing like they show in the photo.

The rooms are very worn and need upkeep. Room was not very clean. TV did not work. Ice machine was broken. Free coffee in the lobby was not evident. Impossible to use the room safe because of broken numbers on the keypad. The area was concerning when we checked in very late and had to go to a separate entrance to the office where the desk clerk was completely enclosed behind plexiglass.

Although rooms were clean. The areas around hotel were not. It is badly in need of paint and upgrades. Everyone was smoking outside, although it is a non smoking motel. It looked like some people lived there and police did come around once.

The lobby was closed. The website said newly renovated....it is not. There are no amenities and while they say over and over that it is a no smoking facility my room smelled strongly of smoke. Very neglected and outdated I would not recommend. Stay across the street at holiday inn express!

The bathroom tub needed to be scrubbed. There was hair on the strainer and the towel rack fell off as soon as I touched it. The microwave was also super dirty and sticky full of crumbs. Definitely lacks cleanliness.

Well when we went to the back of the hotel to go into our room. There was a man spray painting pictures . Then we go up the stairs to our room. Go in and check the bedding. It was absolutely disgustingly filthy with yellow urine stains . Then we pulled the sheets off to check the mattress to find bedbugs. We immediately left and went down to report it and get a refund.

The room we got was actually run-down. A lot of things were hanging off the walls, the baseboards were off, the doorknob to the bathroom was loose, the bath was disgusting, there were scratches on the walls, marks on the floor... The room wasn't really clean either, the hair dryer was full (so full it actually overflowed) of hair, the shower curtain pole was in dire need of a cleaning (as did the bedroom lamps and the heating units), there was even an old used washcloth on the pole, one of the towels provided to us had a suspicious brown spot on it and we actually discovered an old pair of underwear not too far under the bed. The only good thing I can say is that the air conditioner, though noisy, worked well (though I suspect the room could do well with a dehumidifier), the beds themselves were clean and the hotel is in a very good spot, very close to many restaurants and stores while still being quite isolated.

Check in was fast . Room was ready. Room smells like smoke. Floor dirty. Room was big bed was comfortable coffee maker microwave and mini fridge tv worked. Overall nice room good price. Great location.

My expectations were not high to begin with, but I found a new standard. Roaches in the room, 2 cleaning days for a7 night stay, virtually No available staff, no phone in the room, sub par wifi, a promise of Veteran rate, but didn't receive. No soap. It was not good.

Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. I didn't sleep much at all and got up so sore I could barely walk. Pillows limp and flat. Room smelled terrible. Probably the smell of the cleaning solution but it was potent and awful. Check in took forever. Clerk locked behind glass shield which made me feel like I wasn't safe staying there. Required $100 deposit which I didn't read in the fine print. Booking was non refundable so I had to pay it or loose the $100 I already paid. Room was clean. Bathroom tiny. Shower hot with ok pressure.

My original room was on the back part of hotel,maybe 10 to 12 kids were drinking and smoking skunk weed. 3 people were smoking outside their room even though hotel request smoking 50 foot from building. Our room had a badly worn mattress, worn out on both sides from someone sitting on mattress,the air conditioner worked fine for an hour or so and would shut itself off.the shower was a hose and shower head just hanging from the wall,which had to be held to shower. Was able to change room after the first night but felt as if the hotel felt they were doing me a big favor. Staff was only available every 10 minute's or so as they were no where to be found in office which was locked and a sign which read staff would return shortly.the second room was better but unfortunately the room smelled bad and even with stick ups and spray deodorizers it did not help much. Was told towels would be changed daily,which only happened twice as I had called to complain twice,I wasted $600 in this dump and was told no money back

I stay here because it is close to everything I need when I come. Towels had hair all over them, I could not get room service, HVAC was leaking, no wifi (apparently the router needed rebooted) limited towels provided after room service, pillows were as thin as a sock. I could not identify who worked there and who was just hanging out, employees smoking and living there with dogs. Who knows.

The check in lobby appeared dingy and the staff (check in) was unprofessional and hostile because we knocked on the window two times while she was away. The only reason we knocked was because the appearance of the lobby almost looked abandoned. Would never recommend to a friend.

I had to call the hotel HQ for someone to try and contact reception after waiting outside for 25 mins. They were as surprised as I was that the hotel had NO staff. Eventually some drugged up absent kid showed up in a daze. Worked like a zombie and got the key card wrong as well so I had to walk down with all my luggage to get a new key. Worst hotel worker I have ever met. In contrast the lady this morning was fun, pleasant and customer service minded. I will never book a Red Roof Inn again.

Customer service was terrible. Front door never open only window. Employees were wearing their pjs and had kids inside office. We could not even get them to come to the window. Can in the morning to give them back the keys. Office dark no one there? Room never cleaned only if u ask for it?

I got stuck in PA and needed a 1 night stay. Upon arrival little children (under 10) were running around parking lot, through cars in the dark (8pm) no parent in sight. After visiting the unfriendly desk clerk that was wearing fuzzy slippers, l exited with a man in a silver car following me almost hanging out his window and mumbling something. I walked slow as to not let him see where I was going - more afraid for the children in the parking lot, I made sure he exited the lot. I was terrified to take the elevator at this point. There was an older woman in a nightgown smoking in the 2nd staircase, each of the landings was filthy! When I reached my room the smell of stale cigarettes was just horrible! Good thing the double lock worked. The first thing I did was check for bed bugs, thank God THAT wasn't a thing! I checked around for other critters, the room was old, musty and not very clean, I told myself...just 8 hours and a shower. I looked up and the fire detector had been pulled off the ceiling and the wires were just hanging out and painted over, so this was not new. I turned off the AC because it got very cold, then dogs in an adjacent room started barking and this kids still running around until about 11pm, I had to turn the AC back on just to drown out the noise and the cigarette smell got way worse. Leaving the TV on and the bathroom light I was finally able to have a terrible few hours of sleep. I wonder if the next screen will let me post photos? Buyer beware.

The place is sketchy at best. The “residents” well, were sketchy too. It’s an old place and not well maintained. The smells were a mixed bag of cigarettes/weed and something else. The room appeared clean and as of 3 days out not bug bites, etc. All amenities were functioning; lights, fridge etc. I gave it 3 stars bc my vehicle was still where I parked it and undamaged. There’s a holiday Inn across the street, book there.

The clock didn’t work, no regular coffee just decaf and they take $100 from you for a smoking fee that’s refundable. Upon check up, I go to lobby to get my $100 and nobody was in lobby. It took 5 min for someone to come down to give me my money bc he had to see if there was remnants of cig smoking? No don’t make me wait more… I don’t smoke
