Sheraton Bucks County Langhorne

Check in and check out were super friendly and helpful. The place could be updated but overall was ok. Was disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working and we had to ask for towels because there were none by the pool.

Parking limited in front of hotel. Parking in rear not good. Fitness room needs some TLC. Equipment broken or extreme need of maintenance. Desk in room to high to work comfortably. 4 day visit that all belongings had to stay in suitcase due to lack of dresser space. Would only stay again if in a pinch

No towels in pool area. Asked front desk and they said they had already told them they were out and called again. 30 mins later a guy showed up with HAND TOWELS. I showed him they were not towels and he said well that’s all we have. Drying off with 10 hand towels not fun. No ice machines. Was told to get ice from pantry. No scoop, just bags of ice. Tried to dump into container and of course it went everywhere. Cleaning ice off a dirty floor was also not fun. The next day went to get ice and the lady at front desk was super rude for no reason. Just overall not a good experience. It was loud, door didn’t shut right (had to mess with it every time we went in or out, breakfast was a terrible experience (an hour with kids trying to get to SP- was told a new line cook??), hot tub was broken (that was specifically why we picked this hotel - close to SP and had pool and hot tub), and when we checked in my son peed and toilet was clogged so not from him - called for a plunger and took 45 mins to send someone luckily I know how to shut off water but kids were trying to go to bed so that was ridiculous to wait that long. This is long and ramble but just so much happened to make it a bad stay.

Nice size fitness center. Needs a little upkeep. Wonderful staff. Would stay here again.

The location is great. Room was very good. The gym was very big with great equipment, but not well maintained. TV’s if working at all had only one channel. Many handles were badly worn. Several machines out of order.

Booked over another hotel bc of the hot tub, which was not working. Room phone was not plugged into anything and clock was 6 hours off. Breakfast service was terrible. Good location and definitely has more potential.

The only issue is parking. The parking garage in the back seemed shady with signs stating that the hotel isn’t responsible for theft.

This place is in need of a refresh. It is very dated. The staff was nice. Parking is a problem when the hotel is full.

Very nice clean room with fridge. Excellent gym and cute indoor pool that looked clean.

While in bed a cockroach was noticed running from my pillow to the side of the bed. I looked over to confirm it was a roach disgusting

I booked this hotel mainly because of its convenient location—Sesame Place is right across the street, which made getting to the park incredibly easy. There are also a decent number of food options nearby, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the positives stopped there. I ended up checking out a night early because I just couldn’t get comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was extremely disappointing. There were smudged fingerprints on the mirror, brown stains on the curtains, and the bathroom was downright unsanitary. The toilet had dried urine stains on both sides and visible fecal stains inside. It was absolutely disgusting and made the stay feel unhygienic and unpleasant.

When i stayed there back in March we really enjoyed it. This time I'm not sure if they are short staff but i dont think our room was actually clean. The bathroom was dirty there was stuff all over the floor the shower was definitely not clean so none of us wanted to shower becuase there was mud on the shower floor. When i pulled the sheets down to go to bed there was crumbs and what looked like more mud or dirt on the bed under the covers. When we asked dor for a pillow for the sofa bed becuase there wasnt any in the room. They told us they had no pillows. So i paid extra for the bigger room qnd my kids didnt even have any pillows for the sofa bed. We couldnt use the shower worse of all the bed was dirty so at 2AM i had to shake out all the blankets and laid my blanke6 from home on top of the bed because i wasnt comfortable sleeping under those covers. 😔

Place needs an update, very dated and not super clean. Bathrooms need a complete overhaul.

I rated cleanliness a 3 because after taking a shower, I took a supposedly clean towel from the shelf and it had been used with 2 big disgusting smears on it. I was really grossed out. Otherwise, the room was clean.

The location was good, room not very clean. Pool and hot tub both closed. Kids were not happy!

Place was not up to part, bathroom had mold , room chairs were dirty and window was dirty .. pool was dirty and hot tub was extremely dirty.

The front desk was adequately polite. Someone must have done maintenance in the bathroom as the ceiling tile wasn’t sitting flat and there was dust and dirt on the toilet below. The elevator carpet was very dirty too. There were also unfilled holes in the wall and four large wall anchors still there sitting empty around bubbling wallpaper.

I stayed there for 4 nights for a business trip that my work had booked for me, and this hotel was a shame to be part of the Sheraton family! It was beyond disturbing to check in and only find out your keys on the 15th floor after a long travel day, do not work. Then when I went back down they gave me a master key which made me feel uncomfortable that they can give any guest a master key to access all rooms instead of walking their lazy self to open the door for me. Once I got into my room, I discovered the charger and only plug didn’t work. The bathroom sick doesn’t drain and to top it all off, while having my dinner a nasty roach was crowding on my desk and all over my belongings!!!! This hotel is infested in bugs as some of my trip partners experienced the same thing . But when I reported it to management, all they can do is move me to another room like I was going to feel any better sleeping then! I asked to speak to the manager and they took my information claiming she was off sick. They then promised that she would call me as they took my information, yet NO ONE CALLED!!! The PA public health department really needs to go really check this location out as it’s hard to believe that these kind of things are happen in a 3.5 star hotel! This was worse than a motel experience. I couldn’t sleep all night as I continued to check the walls, counter and under my blanket for bugs!! Never again will I stay at a Sheraton hotel again!

Very dusty, the room furniture and light fixtures were not dusted properly. My kids started sneezing a lot as soon as they walked in to the room. I had dust the whole room.

The free wifi is a joke, it doesn't work. The TVs are not smart, so you can't login to any streaming services. If you have Verizon, you get ONE bar of cell service. You can hear every door that's nearby close. The "thermostat" doesn't do much, aside from make noise. No microwave. The room is quite dark, even with all of the lights on. Breakfast is not included, it's $18/person. There is one trash can, which they don't put bags in, which is super awkward. The staff are great. I do not recommend staying here.

I love that it’s across the street from sesame place and we’re surrounded by so many dining options. The hotel was clean, so was our room. The only problem I have is the layout of the bathroom. We stayed in room 704. The bathroom is so extremely small. When the doors open, it blocks half the shower. The other half is blocked by the toilet. Trying to wash my 15 month old with my husband was extremely difficult in this situation. Was not happy with the bathroom at all.

The hotel overall was good. The room was just a little noisy from cars driving fast on the highway outside & revving engines. The pool was heated but the room that the pool is in was very cold. The gym was nice, many machines.

Jacuzzi was out of service and we were never notified until we went into the pool area. Our mini fridge made a rattling noise for the entire stay which made sleeping almost impossible. The deadbolt lock on our door was broken so we couldn’t even properly lock our room.

When I got to my room on a very cold night the room was quite cold. The air conditioning was on instead of the heat. While they quickly sent someone to fix it, it took quite a while for it to become comfortable. Otherwise the room is fine, spacious comfortable and clean

Rhis is a nuce place but it could use some renovation. Walls are thin and you can hear whats going on in the room next door. Overall staff was very friendly and i wouldnt hesitate to stay there again. I usually do.

Curtains in our room were torn. Television operation was terrible. Weak signal and no channel guide, so viewing was virtually impossible.

Great spot close to amenities. Stayed here 2 nights and overall it was good. Air conditioner was not blowing cold was my only complaint.

Lock was broken on door

They were experiencing a "towel shortage" and it was a pain to actually get enough but other than that a good stay as usual.

The property itself was adequate but I was not able to find parking in the front and I did not know about the parking in the back until I had already parked at the strip mall at the bottom of the hill. The room was not super clean as I found someone else’s dirty socks behind the end table. The worst was that the sink dripped all night. It was a waste of water and not pleasant (we did not say anything about this and I regret it). The dinner/bar area was packed with people and they were all waiting for drinks or appetizers. The poor waitress was by herself and seemed overwhelmed. The good news is that the servers were super nice and helpful. The lady at the buffet was very attentive and the buffet itself was delicious. The pool/hot tub area was also very well kept and enjoyable. The best aspect of the experience was the proximity to Sesame place. There is also a good amount of shopping in the area. Nothing quaint or cute about the area, a lot of big box stores like Target and Michaels. You can do a lot worse than this hotel but you also probably do a lot better too.

I messaged the hotel through the Hotels.com app to let them know I’d be arriving around 3 AM. My flight was canceled, and I had to drive from Georgia overnight because I’m here to photograph a wedding — it was already an exhausting and stressful day. When I arrived, the front desk agent told me I was marked as a “no-show” and that the hotel doesn’t receive the messages guests send through Hotels.com. The app never says guests must call, so I had no way of knowing. After a long overnight drive, the lack of empathy was disappointing. Even after I showed her the message, she made me wait to see if I could still get the room I paid for. She then charged an unexpected $250 deposit simply because I arrived after 3 AM — a policy I’ve never encountered at any Marriott property and one that was not listed anywhere on Hotels.com. For a three-night stay costing $584 at a run-down property, the entire check-in experience made an already difficult travel situation even harder. Clear communication and basic kindness would have gone a long way.

When we returned after being out all day on the first day, we realized no one cleaned our room. All of the used towels were in the tub where we left them. The trash was not taken out, the beds were not made. I called down to at least get some towels. The desk said they would send some up. We had to call back 40 minutes later because no one had come up. It was 10:00 pm before anyone came. Also, the shower gel ran out. We were only there one day. Not a good experience.

My family stayed here while on a trip to Sesame Place. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. The ladies at the front desk were so nice, welcoming and accommodating to us. The bartender at the hotel restaurant was awesome. The hotel is clean and right across the street from the park. I will definitely return the next time we are in the area.

Only problem was that no towels or facecloths were left in the room after it was cleaned on the second day of our visit. It took over 6 hours and two requests to get the towels and we never did get the facecloths.

Front desk was very uninviting. Room ac stopped working and they would not move me to another room until the maintenance came out and looked at the ac. It took maintenance 12 hrs to come look at it. Still did not work. Front desk gave me attitude about switching rooms but finally did. Second room had the bathroom door coming apart and would not shut. The hotel restaurant and bar was understaffed severely. Although the bartenders and staff that was working, we’re very pleasant so it made up for the long wait for my food.

Hotel was booked and fully paid for through Expedia, at arrival they took my credit card to put a hold on - usual stuff. The next day, coming back to the hotel we discovered that our keys didn't work anymore. My toddler was starving and I had not way get in. When I called down from the 10th floor lobby, Skye at the front desk said that they purposely "locked [us] out" because they didn't have a card on file. When I told her that it didn't make any sense, she kept repeating that it's just policy. At this point, I just complied and went back downstairs and waited in line. Skye at the front desk just kept repeating it is their policy to lock people out when they don't have a credit card on file. I asked about alternatives, like leaving a note or a phone call about and her response was like cassette on replay, “that's just our policy that's just our policy”. She admitted it was a mistake by the check in clerk the night before. I handed her my credit card and then she pulled up our room and found that my credit card was already on file and that they shouldn't have locked us out in the first place! She then handed me 2 business cards of 2 different managers to complain to. No one accepting any responsibility for this whatsoever.

We had high hopes for this place, it had a pool and was across from sesame place which was where we were going the next day. First we get there was a prom so it was super busy! checked in at around 3:30pm and room wasn’t ready they said someone took our room. The woman at FD was very nice. Then they had no keys card so they said that they would leave the room open for us and call us to get cards never happened. Parking was a nightmare we had to park all the way in the back side and because they were no key cards we couldn’t access the back entrance so we lugged our stuff and our baby to the front. Couldn’t use the pool as well cause we had no keycard. Waited about two hours for card called the FD and they said it was ready. Went down got cards and went to pool which was PACKED. About five minutes after we got in the pool and a feminine hygiene product that had blood on it floated to the surface right by my husbands face. We jumped out of the pool along with another couple families and left immediately. We told staff members who said they would take care of it. About an hour later we went down to the gym, which is connected to the pool and people were still swimming like nothing ever happens just gross!!! I wouldn’t stay again just for that reason it’s not like it was a question of a used feminine product being in the pool floating it was floating. the pool should’ve at least been clean and chlorinated. Staff if very nice but wouldn’t stay again not worth over 200 ngt

Booked three nights here with Hotels.com. Flight delayed, showed up about 16 hours later than planned. Hotel would not honor reservation, told us to pay them directly and get refund from hotels.com. After the stay, hotels.com would not refund us because it wasn't approved by the hotel. Spoke to hotel manager, who refused to approve it. Ultimately paid ~$900 for two nights stay. Dreadful service.

Just thought the parking at night was kind of shady. We parked in the back and had to walk very far w a baby.

Close to our location that we were visiting was a positive. Negative… th ere weren’t sidewalks to walk safely to shopping.

Nice hotel. Don’t enjoy the parking situation. Once the front of the house spots are full you need to go through a shady back lot and walk through the employee area and the stairs make it challenging for heavy luggage. But overall a nice stay

We stay over to go to Sesame Place with our young son. Friendly staff. Proximity to Sesame Place is ideal. Ton of options for food in the area. Our room was comfortable.

This hotel boasts that it's walkable to Sesame Place. Do not be fooled! You must cross several lanes of traffic (without crosswalks) and it's still quite a hike to get there. There was no safe way to walk from this property to Sesame Place. The indoor swimming pool is great for rainy days, but it was very dangerous. The entire pool & hot tub room was soaking wet tile that is super slippery because it's covered in over-chlorinated water. I wouldn't get in the hot tub if you paid me. The water was brown! The rooms were very average. The A/C units did not keep up with the 90 degree weather. We had the thermostat on 68 for two days and could never get the room temp below 74. The beds were comfortable but very hot. The carpet felt clean of debris, but appeared to be very stained, dirty, and old.The staff were very friendly and the bar was nice. I only tried the breakfast buffet which for $18 left a lot to be desired. There are a lot of restaurant options near this hotel. For the price point of this hotel I was pretty disappointed.

Convenient location when in town visiting family.

Wasn't thrilled with this visit, we booked 2 queen beds but they weren't bigger than a full sized. Parking in the back is a little confusing, the signs are small and hard to see at night. One of the reasons why we decided to book this hotel was bc the listing said it was a 5 min walk to sesame place but it was more like 25 mins. The park itself is right across the street but the entrance isn't! Wasn't happy and probably won't be booking this hotel again.

Everything was very nice, clean, staff was nice! There was no continental breakfast, if you want breakfast it was $18 a person for buffet. Also, I booked through a 3rd party because I was placed on hold, twice, for an extended amount of time, when trying to book through the hotel itself.

the hoteles location is great súper near of sesame place , but the service on the AM at the restaurant both days was horrible , the food was awful as well.

Friendly bar staff, tina was great. I could see through the frame of my door, so noisy. $20 continental breakfast is a joke. I maybe had an equivelant to a $7 breakfast at a diner. Which wouldbe been fresh made to order.

The hotel was great; rooms and property in general was very clean. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. However, the restaurant had subpar food choices and the on site "convenience store" was very poorly stocked. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again and would stay at any Sheraton based on my experience here.

Our son enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. Friendly staff. Room had some glitches but overall good. Restaurant staff very nice but no draft beer, mediocre food.

It was well accommodating for our needs.The beds were soft and wonderful and the pillows like sleeping on clouds on the real and the breakfast buffet well worth the $18 person.
