Property is well maintained

It was quiet, had a courtyard, parking was a breeze, and we felt very safe on the premises.

In our first room, the bathroom had not been cleaned. They gave us a different room which was better. We never got house keeping over the weekend. The whole facility was in bad repair. Paint was peeling from doors and walls. Floors in elevators were a tripping hazard. Carpet was torn pulled up in a number of places. Elevator malfunctioned while we used it. Sad that the facility was in disrepair because the staff was nice. Disappointed.

I have stayed at this property a gazillion times over the years. Parking is now $10 A night which is BS. Carpets could use some updates and the breakfast needs an extreme makeover. My daughter was in a different room and don't wait for her review though. It's not good. Do better Marriott!!!

good hotel for or needs… but alot of the halls smelled like marijuana often… and kids running up and down halls playing outside our room on multiple occasions.. very disruptive. front desk super pleasant… breakfast decent enough… got charged an extra pet fee but i checked the invoice so I caught it before i was billed! didnt use housekeeping… laundry was good!

We saw mouse in the room. Building entrance door lock was broken. Basketball play area was dirty all the time with trash.

I’ve stayed here a few time and it’s always a pleasant stay. Outside area is popular for kids but noise inside is very quiet. A few big booty hotel staff would only make the property better

We checked in on a Friday night and there was no coffee maker in the room. There were towels but no washcloths. The chairs by the table were vinyl and looked to be chewed on, there was a burn mark on the counter in the sink and a stain on the drapes. We let the front desk know all this when we went back out to eat. I never did get a coffee maker but they always had it in the breakfast room. The entire time we were there it was like pulling teeth to get washcloths they were always “being washed “. There was no pool as indicated on the travel site website. They put a $20 a day hold on my CC for expenditures. Then a few days later there was a $30 charge for parking!! I should’ve charged them something for my time in tracking down the washcloths!! I sent a message to the mgr of the hotel when asked how we liked it and asked for the parking to be refunded before I posted this. No response from him in a week. Can’t recommend this place. I’ll be more careful about seeing if a place charges you to park. The last thing is they didn’t even ask for the vehicle info like make, model and plate.

The room was generally OK but could have been cleaner especially the bathroom floor & around the baseboards. It needs refurbishing. The coffee pot had old dirty filters left in it. There just has to be more attention to detail. The breakfast was not on par with other hotels we've stayed at. It took awhile to get food & utensils replenished. And there were no pastries available if that's all you wanted with a cup of coffee. Coffee could be stronger too. The outside areas were well kept and pretty.

Comfortable beds. Excellent staff. New policy was just enacted to pay for parking. $10/day which is high. Otherwise, very nice hotel. Would book again.

Place was nice when arriving . The lady who checked me in was so sweet and nice. Once i entered my 2 bedroom place tub was black and blood on carpet in multi areas, Carpet warn and held down with tape. No soaps in bathroom and toilet was also dirty. Won't return

Found a long hair in shower and on bathroom floor which was not ours. Also no offer to change towels or linens after each day. For a marriot hotel , run down and property had trash in every bush and butt can layed spilled by front door for days

This Inn is excellent overall. When we visit the area this is where we stay. It is so nice to have a full kitchen instead of a standard room. The room was very clean and the staff were great. The room we stayed in this time needs a little updating... Larger trash can in the kitchen would be nice, carpet edge at the kitchen is frayed, and small shelf in shower stall needs to be repaired or replaced. These are minor issues. We love staying here.

Very nice clean place and friendly staff

I drove 9 hours arrived at 11:30 pm after a long trip. I was very dissatisfied with my stay. I paid extra money for a sofa bed for me to not be able to utilize, the bed was filthy. The room was not cleaned at all. The floor was dirty there was someone undergarments on the restroom floor and the toilet did not flush. I would not recommend for anyone or a family I was so uncomfortable.

Great place to stay....clean facility..clean room and helpful staff....will definitely stay here again and look for same on our travels.

This hotel is in rough condition. The room had dust everywhere, water damage, tiles peeling off the wall in the bathroom, shower tub was stained and dirty, and we even had some leftover hair and debris in our bed under the covers upon check-in. The hotel overall had a musty smell as well. Management really needs to push for a bit of a makeover in general. Do not stay here unless you don’t mind feeling dirty.

I liked that the property was next to a plaza and a movie theater. What I did not like was the cleanliness of the room. There were many long strands of hair throughout the room. Also some popcorn under the sofa. And unfortunately the toilet ran all night. Sometimes even after jiggling the handle.

The big refrigerator and the layout of the room are perfect. They ran out of food at breakfast before 9:30 AM!

The rooms and hotel need a remodel.

The good: Room was nice size and reasonably well equipped. Location, for our purposes was great. The bad: The base of the tub was peeling, about a 2 ft by 1.5 ft section had peeled off. The stove top burner was in poor condition, it looked like someone had burned a pot and the hotel could never get it cleaned off. We had booked a room well in advance. The desk said they were booked up and other rooms were not available. The fourth night we were there, the ceiling fixture in the bathroom came crashing down at 2:30 in the morning. We thought someone was trying to break the window. A leak from a unit above us was flooding our bathroom. The front desk found us another room and we moved our stuff at 3:00 am. We decided that we had enough and checked out at the end of our 5 night stay. Maintenance at this hotel does not seem to be a priority. You may want to believe the other negative reviews. Recommend that Marriott remove their name from this hotel.

The grounds are beautiful. The lobby is very nice as well. Then we got to our room. We were very surprised to see a Marriott in this shape. The refrigerator had a lot of dents. The kitchen faucet runs unless you move it into a specific place, which is not in the off position. The ice cube maker was REALLY loud, we shut it off at night. The black out curtains were too small for the window. The bed had a fitted sheet for a bed skirt, but it didn't fit around the boxspring corner. Speaking of the bed, it was horrible. Lumpy, and if one person rolled over the other person certainly felt it. Then there was the bathroom. Wallpaper peeling, cracked tile, paint chipping off the bathtub. Definitely not what I expected at a Marriott. The air conditioner worked well, I always like actual central air instead of the wall unit types. Unfortunately the vent up near the ceiling blew right onto the bed. Fortunately the grate was loose so my husband hung a t-shirt in front of it, tucking it in behind the grate. The breakfast was great, actual eggs, meat options that changed daily, waffle maker, oatmeal station, fruit, the works. The coffee was very tasty, but sometimes not hot.

No vending machines, pantry was essentially empty. Worst part was the HVAC system in room 118. So loud!! Couldn't sleep, ending up leaving in the middle of the night. Awful.

Great location, close to area restaurants, friendly staff and spacious rooms.

We had a room in the back with a business operating all night, loading and unloading trucks. Also had a constant humming noise coming from it. Flashing light outside windows all night. Asked if they would replace bulb but it never happened. Outside looks nice with flowers but inside is old and dated.

We had two bedrooms off a nice living room and full kitchen. It was perfect for a stay with my 26 year old son. The price was very reasonable. The few glitches were not important.

This was the best Residence Inn I've been in. Full kitchen, sofa and sofa bed, sitting area, soft bed, walk in shower. This is my new place to go everytime I visit this area.

The property and the room were okay besides the furniture being really old. One of the chair cushion was ripped off. It was a long stay (2 weeks) and understanding the rule was for them to do a light cleaning every 2 to 3 days, it was not consistently done unless I complained about it. They would not do the bed or change the towels.

Upon checkin my Wife and I has to want until reservation person complete her personal conversation on her cellphone to check me into my room and upon checkin she was rude and inattentive.At approximately 8pm we went to beverage area to purchase sodas and yet again,the same team member was on her cellphone and ignored our presence and made us wait at least 10 mins to pay for our sodas. At that point,the disrespect was to blatant and we checked out at 8:26pm.

Service was excellent starting from the front desk all throughout

My client got to the hotel and was told that even though he had a reservation made under his name, there were NO ROOMS. I had to last minute book him a room somewhere else. I still have not gotten a response from the hotel for a reimbursement.

Check in was suppose to be at 3pm. After driving for 6 hours in a snow storm, Arrived at 4:45 exhausted and was told the room was not ready yet and it would be another 20 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later and was told it still wasn’t ready yet. Left to go eat dinner and got called at 7:45 our room was finally ready.

The staff at this hotel were top-notch! Friendly, welcoming and helpful. They made the stay! If you need a 'residence inn' - you are in town for a while. It's nice to have welcoming faces greet you each morning and evening. Hotels are the same everywhere (rooms....) but it's the people that made this one awesome.

I reserved a room for people with physical disabilities well in advance, and the room assigned to me (hours after my arrival) didn't match the reservation. There was no room to move around with the wheelchair. We were crammed into the room for six days and very uncomfortable.

Coffee time extremely limited. Service lacking. Or guest was charged $60 for incidentals for three people after the staff was instructed not to charge her and to use my wife’s card. Then I presented my card and the hold on our guests card was to be released upon checkout but it has still been charged. The hotel has been unable/unwilling to correct this matter.

Noone at the desk, arrives at hotel around 1145pm nd wasnt able to check in till after 3am. Got to my room and it was dirty. Overall bad experience

We really liked the setup of 2 bedrooms and the walkable distance to restaurants nearby along with grocery shopping convenience. We did not like the fact that the TV in one of the bedroom did not work. was not a big deal but when i called they just told me to unplug and plug back in and it did not work. Also, it would have been great if we had extra towels to use everyday.

Hotel is getting old but in a convenient location

Did not like one thing. Location sucks. Staff is indifferent and pays no attention to front desk counter, instead sitting and playing on their phones. Filthy - kitchen sink in room smelled like sewer - noticeable as soon as in room. Bathroom tile broken and stained. Breakfast - hostess spraying Fabreeze EVERYWHERE during service. Outside is overgrown with weeds taking over old landscape ground covers.

We stayed here for a business trip, I liked the rooms, it was more like living in an apartment than staying in a hotel. Some of the finishes in the building need updating, a bathroom fan whined in my room constantly, and there were obvious signs of decay outside the building where the air conditioners were installed. The breakfast offered was fine-nice selection of cold items, but the warm breakfast needs some work. The location was great for us, close to work with lots of food options nearby, as well as gas and shopping.

It was a very nice place to stay. The only thing that I did not care for was that the food for breakfast often ran out before the breakfast time was scheduled to end.

The staff and convenience are great. If I had any suggestions, it would be with the breakfast set up as the cereal nook and toaster area were easily congested and difficult to maneuver with full hands.

Everything was awesome! We will be back! Clean room convenient good breakfast, although when we went for breakfast on Sunday Day 2 there was nothing left of the hot breakfast!

Very comfortable with professional, courteous staff. The breakfast was delicious.

We had an amazing stay during a road trip. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath that suited our needs perfectly! Everything was clean, comfortable well stocked, good coffee and hot breakfast!

Our rooms weren't made up and coffee wasn't resupplied in our room. Also breakfast was lacking. Turkey bacon was cold and not good and same with the eggs and we went right at 7am. we would have liked more fresh fruit and some different yogurt flavors.
