Very clean hotel in excellent condition. Front desk service was very good. There’s a parking garage attached to the hotel, which is helpful. Good security (need a room key to use elevator). Only two negatives: room service is only every OTHER day (please go back to pre-Covid status and help us stay clean/safe) and there’s a charge for the breakfast (which we chose not to access). Other than that, hotel is close to many amenities and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

The woman who checked us in was very nice. She recommended we park in the free garage under the building because it might start raining. I picked this hotel because they allow pets and have an EV charger (its a ChargePoint charger in the garage). We got a room with a pull-out couch. The pull out couch was one of the worst I've even experienced - it was sloped at 30 degrees. There are 2 parking spaces in the garage for the EV charging; one space was occupied by a guest with a gas engine. I was lucky to get the other space. At first I was mad that someone who doesn't even have an EV would park there when there were many many other spaces available. But then I realized the hotel doesn't have any sign indicating that the space is reserved for EV charging, so perhaps the guest had no idea? Hotel - please put up a sign. Hotel location is good - lots of food options within walking distance.

We stayed overnight during a cross country road trip. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and friendly staff. Large room with comfortable bed. I loved the 24 hour fitness center. Even better, Whole Foods and several other food options right in the same location.

Everything was wonderful except the elevator situation. I had multiple items I needed to take to the 4th floor. Went down to the garage since I was doing this alone. But the multiple people that were ahead of me said they were waiting for 15 minutes since one elevator was not working. I had to load up and drive back up to the lobby. unload my stuff in a corner. then go and try to find parking which there wasn’t any and hoping nobody would take my luggage and favor supplies while I was parking which was a nightmare. Then to go into hotel to wait again for elevators that were full of people and wait again.

This is an excellent property in a very good location. I mean, they share a parking lot with a Whole Foods, so you know it's a good neighborhood. There are multiple restaurants well within walking distance. The property has it's own bar and they serve a great breakfast, if you get the breakfast package or pay as you go. Everything you want is conveniently located near by. This was a business trip and this property left nothing to be desired. The staff was excellent and attentive. I'd certainly stay here again.

Blood on toilet upon arrival. Asked housekeeper to come and clean it again. She used a dirty rag to recipe the toilet. Then I asked for a clean rag and spray saying I would be happy to clean it myself. At that she did clean it properly with a fresh rag and spray. Check in at 3:00 rooms weren’t ready until 3:45

No hot water and the heating/cooling unit was clearly broken and very loud. We mentioned to front desk in the morning before heading out for the day. When we got back we expected we’d be in a different room but instead they said they fixed the issues. We got to room, had hot water for 1 person to take a shower for about 5 minutes and then again there was no hot water. The heating unit also was no quieter. We were leaving the next morning and were exhausted from all we had done that day so didn’t bother complaining again.

Property was very noisy and difficult to sleep. The TV was terrible. There was no guide on the TV and the station identifications, did not match the channel. Thus it was too difficult to go through every channel to find what you wanted to watch. Rooms were also very difficult to regulate temperature. it would get very cold and then get very warm. No problems with service or cleanliness, just overall the stay was not real enjoyable.

The Hotel itself was very nice and the front desk clerks were very friendly and professional. We were disappointed upon our 4:15 pm arrival that our room wasn't ready yet (had to wait until 4:45 pm) which normally wouldn't be a big deal except we had a 5:00 pm engagement and we ended up being late. The other issue was the HVAC system in the room - no matter how it was adjusted the fan was noisy - to the point where it was difficult to sleep.

New hotel and room clean/fresh. Parking excellent and free. Very friendly staff. Rooms slightly loud from neighbors. Absolutely no hot water and no hot water pressure in sink or shower, which was annoying.

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received regarding our reservation. We booked two rooms for November 19, 2024, and I have attached the payment receipt for your reference. The worst part was that when my colleague arrived at the hotel, we discovered that the reservation had been canceled. Please note, we had fully paid for this booking, and when we made the reservation, we were aware that no refund would be issued in case of cancellation. However, the cancellation was not initiated by us. I contacted Expedia this morning regarding this issue, and they informed me that the cancellation occurred due to a lack of communication from Hilton. Since Expedia was not notified by Hilton that the reservation had been canceled, they processed the payment as usual. I formally request a full refund and they have gave me wrong email id to reach manager.

When we arrived in our room the guests in the room beside ours were unbearably noisy. We called the front desk about it twice, but the noise didn't let up, so we went down to the front desk to tell them in person that the noise level hadn't changed, and we were graciously offered another room. The rest of our night was quiet.

This was a trip with my Sun Conure for an emergency vet visit, I would also be remote working while there. The room was very clean and well set up for my purposes. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating. They also all made such a fuss over Miss Charlie, often asking to take pics. We loved it! There is lots of food and shopping options in the area, a lot are even walkable. You will not regret booking here!

I like everything about my stay. The woman who checked me in (an older black woman) was extremely helpful, bringing to my attention that I had two Hilton Rewards accounts, which I was not aware of. Her thoughtfulness allowed me to combine accounts to maximize my reward points, for which I am very appreciative. One matter that I brought to the attention of the front desk were the blinds in my room (201) needed servicing. Lastly the housekeeper ran out to my car to bring my laptop out to me. I inadvertently left it in my room upon checkout. Your staff is to be commended for their customer service!!!

This is a lovely place to stay; the breakfast was good but overpriced. Coffee was not refilled until they were notified and then it took 20 minutes; fruit was out; we were told there was water in our room and there wasn't Minor things but enough not to receive excellent.
