Mice - had a cookie on the side table - a mouse nibbled at it while I was away. Towels are paper thin - no maid service - rugs looked they were not vacumed in months. No soda/drink vending maching

Our room was filthy. Floors were covered in prior guest debris and hair. No towels, soap, pillows when we first arrived, but a call downstairs got those items quickly. It looked like our room wasn't ready for occupancy, no clock, hangers, extra lock on door. No blackout curtains, so at night, room was too lit up from outside lights.

Very dated and sanitation was below par.

It was clean enough but the place was not maintained. TV and coffee maker didn’t work.

I visit the Philly area every few months and this hotel is always competitively priced. So this time I took the plunge and stayed. I won't be doing it again. The hotel is pretty threadbare, and it looks like the owners are running the asset down with minimal investment. Curtains did not block the outside light, bathroom was worn. I guess you get what you pay for.
