Motel 6-Levittown, PA - Bensalem

I enjoyed my stay.. There was no mold, no bugs and no rodents.. lol.. But seriously I think its extremely good value and relatively clean and quiet..

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The first room we were given had a door that was literally falling apart and kept getting stuck, which was both frustrating and concerning from a safety standpoint. On top of that, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and one of the chairs was broken. We requested a different room, hoping for an improvement, but unfortunately the second room was no better. It also had a bad smell, and to make matters worse, none of the light switches worked except for the one in the bathroom. At that point, we went back to the front desk, only to be told those were the only two rooms available. Out of the two, we had no choice but to go back to the first room since it was slightly less problematic. The front desk staff member did come up with us, but instead of offering a real solution, she sprayed the walls with an unlabeled liquid from a bottle, which I could only assume was some kind of air freshener. That did little to address the underlying issues. Switching hotels wasn’t an option due to time constraints, as we had an event to attend, so we were stuck making the best of a bad situation. Thankfully, I usually travel with my own cleaning supplies, which helped somewhat, though I had forgotten my plug-in freshener. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable experience, and I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made. Tried to upload picks site won't let me click on the option.

This place is an absolute nightmare! The furniture is all scratched, with no knobs, floor lamp had no shade and when plugged in a short in the outlet, a big hole in the wall, filthy everywhere, no blankets on the beds, 2 bath towels only, the tissue dispenser on the bathroom wall was all rusty. We had booked for 3 days and left ASAP first thing in the morning.

The tv froze and the toilet didn’t flush properly.

Room smelled musty, hot tub didn't properly work, staff wasn't helpful in resolving issues.
