Motel 6-Levittown, PA - Bensalem

Whole hotel smells of cigarette, alcohol and pot. Room was dirty. Floors were sticky. We were in a "dog friendly" room. Thebdoor tobthe room w a distroyed from previous pets from scratching up the door. The bathroom tiles along the wall were falling off. Shower rod was habging off the wall. Couldnt close the shower curtain. The door in the bathroom was also damaged from previous dog stays. We were on the ground floor. The window wouldnt lock. Beds were not comfortable. You could feel the springs. After our first night we had the front desk guy come to our room to show him how gross it was. He didnt speak english very well. He said they would cpme in and fox the shower curtain. They never did! They gave us 3 towels and one wash cloth. When asking if we could get one more towel and wash cloth, they said no. We would need to turn in the used ones first ( which we hadnt used yet) they do have a pool but it was closed! During our stay we noticed that someones motorcycle was knocked over (a harley style) we mentioned it tonthe front desk. He just said " i saw that already at 1 am" it was 9am! He didnt care. Save yourself some money and AVOID this hotel unless you want to stay in a s@# hole!

1st smelt like wet dog, old musty smell. The only other room the had available was for handicap. This didn’t smell to bad but the walls had dirt spots on them, water stains on the ceiling, paint peeling. Bathroom door had damage to it. Out dated cabinet for clothes. The place has a pool but is never available for use

The room was clean and comfortable but the only problem was the bed was sinking in the middle and the hot tub was not turning on. Besides that everything was good.

This hotel was a complete disappointment. From the moment we walked in, the entire place reeked of smoke and weed. The bed sheets and blankets had multiple holes in them—totally unacceptable. While the staff was at least accommodating enough to issue a refund without hassle, that’s about the only positive thing I can say. This is not a kid-friendly place, and the pool was closed—though even if it were open, I wouldn’t let my kids near it. If you have absolutely no standards and just need a questionable place to crash, maybe this is for you. Otherwise, save your money and stay far away.

I liked that there was hot water and the roof didn’t leak. This property needs plenty of TLC and any additional blessings one can muster-up. Giving the overall value of this property, the price point should be $49 and that’s on the high side.

There was black mold near the hot tub and the hot tub jets timer did not work so we could not use the jets in the hot tub

Staff service are good need upgrade like EV charging

Spent 2 minutes in the room before checking out. Mold everywhere. Fridge was rusted, molded and with a broke door.

Needs to be remodeled, very unsanitary blood on sheets, pillowcases, holes in the walls, bathroom ceiling has holes in it. Doors look like someone kicked them in several times, refrigerator does not work, walls very dirty!!!!! I want a full refund!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡

Tv didn’t work, air conditioner did work but couldn’t read numbers, chair was dirty and stained, floor was sticky all around.

The room was run down. Rust in bath tub. Cracks in the bathroom door. Saw a cockroach within 10 minutes of entering the room.

Even though it was a motel, the room was very outdated. The sheets were dirty. The floors were filthy. And there was a bad odor in the room also. My sisters room, a few rooms down the hall was more renovated and didn’t smell as bad but was more updated. Definitely wouldn’t stay again.

The roll was nonsmoking but smelled like smoke. The hallways smelled of a light scent of urine. I thought it would be a decent stay because of the area, but it might as well have been in the hood. I would never stay there again.

The hotel room door had been recently kicked in, which was interesting to say the least. Tons of fun getting in and out but no surprise visitors overnight at least. Also they required a deposit which came through as a regular charge and never got returned.

The room was not like the picture on the website. Room was dark and very basix

This is fine for an overnight. Room was cleanish, accept for the burn marks in the bed cover. Smoke detector was torn off the wall and hidden in the closet. There was no door safety lock and the bathroom sink would not drain.

What I like about it, it was the location for me. What I didn't like it was pretty beat up. The toilet lid was cracked. He was pinching my thighs. The door had damaged the window.Didn't have a screen? The bed cover had a hose of a cigarette

This place was literally the worst place I’ve ever laid my head. I feel so dirty. Bc I brought a pet I needed a different room even though my pet was clearly Listed at booking no door security lock, scuffs all over the walls, no tv remote, bedding had holes all over it. One outlet worked, no light bulbs in lamps. Dirty towels, and the kicker was the door itself. My goodness horrible horrible. Trashy

Run down and dirty spot, rooms wifi was very spotty, sheets were thin and pillows dusty, woken up twice by people fighting in the hallway outside the door. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows, not a good experience.

The room had the bare necessities in it. Bed was very used. 1 side was lower than the other side. The freezer in the fridge was iced over so unable to use. The tv was old enough that it had a black line down the screen. No toilet paper holder.. Had a friend stop by who brought us dog in, which is pet friendly motel but my room was upstairs & was not staying. The 2 men were extremely rude & nasty. Demanding he leave right away. I was half naked told them he was leaving in 10 min. They said he had 5 minutes. They have no signs posted saying no animals upstairs. Yet the whole upstairs smelled like weed.. I really wish I could get a refund or credit back. If you can go elsewhere please do

I have stayed here many times and what people fail to consider when rating places is the price. Depending on the room the furniture may not be in the best condition but the beds are always comfortable the pillows are decent and I never seen any bed bugs. Like anywhere when your out will change your view. In the middle of the night there might be some shady people and during the day some nice regular people. Overall for the price. Best in that direct area.

The dtaff is very friendly. The general areas are nice and clean. Quiet safe 0lace for an overnight.

Front desk was rude , asked for an extra towl, room for 2 adults. Our room came with 1 big towl a smaller one , and 4 way cloths. I was told no, then my husband asked and he was given one. I had an issue with my DoorDash, he was told something in another language and had messaged me he would be outside with my food. Busy location, nice building, just the staff could be better

Rude staff who accused my dog of peeing on the floor when it was water from the shower just so they could steal my security deposit.

Booked a stay here around 12AM, drove 2 hours here & when I arrived the hotel employee on shift told me there was no record of my booking. I showed him my reservation and still told me there were no room’s available and that there was nothing he can do. I spent almost an hour looking for somewhere to stay & when I did I spent $350 on a room I was only sleeping in for 8 hours since checkout was at 11. Tried getting my money back through the third party I booked through and this hotel lied and said I arrived after 3 which was False and made the process of refund even harder. I’d sleep in my car before I ever book with this hotel again stay away!

Good value for the money. Conveniently located if one has business along the Philly/Princeton stretch.

It was convenient to my Family and close to shopping and food choices.

This hotel is terrible! The location is not good. The check in gives the feeling of being a criminal. The smell is bad. The room is rundown. The bedding has cigarette holes. This place is way over priced!! I forgot the broken down cars in the parking lot.

They allow you to bring your pet. It is close up turnpike, 95 and route 1. Wawa convenience store is nearby as a Walmart

Very quiet nice bed and great breakfast.
