I stayed for 4 days. Overall it was ok for the price. Nobody really at the counter ever. No signs to tell the hotel that your room needs to be cleaned. They only checked my room once the entire stay. The fitness center was ok. Only a bike, 2 treadmills, and dumbbells. Breakfast was waffles, fruit, cereal, coffee, and juice. Overall it was ok.

Rooms are brightly lit. Breakfast is modest but filling (waffles, cereal, yogurt, juices and coffee). Bathroom was clean and functional but the wallpaper and door paint is peeling a little. Good mattress. Parking lot had many cut-down branches from landscaping that had not been picked up in some areas but it was easy to navigate around them.

In short, my stay at Quality Inn was okay. The facilities are average and the amenities are light as was expected. The curb appeal is lacking with some worn and damaged shutters and the shower was in need of a major upgrade; the whirlpool tub isn't easy to get out of so avoid it if you're not going to use it and don't want the hassle. One other needed update is an automatic front door; getting in and out with a luggage cart isn't easy when you have to pull/push open a door. The bed was decent and the rooms are okay, although the carpet was also stained. The TVs should be cleared from previous guests as we were woken up at 6:00am with it blasting. It's not horrible for a one night stay, but expect an average night at an average hotel.

Our room was clean and updated. Joe at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Jimbo was friendly and helped us when we got locked out of our room! Breakfast had healthy food options ( yogurt, fruit) as well as make yourself waffles and cereal. Just enough for breakfast that if you went away hungry that was your own fault. The parking lot was well lit.

My room was so dirty. I took over 30 pictures of the filth. The bathroom had had hair all over. The walls had dried liquid running down them. Every surface was dusty. The dust was so bad, that I was able write a word in it and you could clearly see what it said. I took a picture of that and all the other things.

What a dump and I was over charged for an extra night. The staff I dealt with were rude and nasty. Filthy rooms and the bed sheet had an apparent menstrual blood stain. There are so many better choices of hotels in this area.

Our room had a mildew smell, mold on the walls, peeling wall paper and stains on the ceiling/wall. The refrigerator did not get cold. The bathroom was small and outdated and the fan sounded like a lawnmower when running. The remote to the TV did not work. Poor selection of food choices for breakfast. The front desk gentleman who checked us in was very kind and courteous.

We were woken up at 730am to "room service" banging on adjacent rooms across the hallway, not once, but twice. That was very inconsiderate to the guests that were sleeping. The front desk check-in and check-out employees were wonderful. The room itself was clean, however the bathroom had mokd on the floors and wallpaper.

The overall facility is a bit dated. The wifi is nearly non-existent. The TV which is supported by DISH TV is spotty at best. Better hope your phone has a strong signal in the area. The free breakfast is basically yogurt, cereal and waffles. However, the staff is very accommodating, professional and friendly. They made the stay much better than what is perceived by the appearance.

Hotel staff were very nice and friendly when checking in. We called ahead to ask about getting access to our friends room ahead of time to decorate for her birthday. When we arrived the general manager stated that there were to be no beer parties in the room. We never asked about having a party, we simply asked to decorate to make our friend feel special. We then tried to hang out in the lobby and also the parking lot with our travel teammates and the manager told us we were to drink and a tavern or our house but not at his hotel. We asked where it was posted to which the GM could not tell us. We left for dinner and when we returned there was a TV scrolling hotel “news” that stated alcohol was prohibited. We also got yelled at for eating breakfast before 7 am but the food was out and ready to eat. These girls play softball and we are paying customers they should be able to eat breakfast. Since the length of this review is restricted - long story short, if the general manager can’t treat people with dignity and respect then he should be able to work with the general public or manage the hotel! We frequently stay in hotels for travel sports and this is by far the very worst experience we have had to date. I would never give this hotel another dime. The way our team was treated was disgraceful at best!

We had booked 2 rooms with family members. Our family member advised us that their room had a broken air conditioner, was dirty and there was a dead cockroach. Management gave them a different room and refunded the second night of their stay. We canceled our rooms based on her report but mgtmt refused to refund our room charge. Mgmt. had also told family member they were overbooked. Management was defensive and hostile in our phone conversation with them.

The front desk staff and maintenance workers were wonderful. The general manager was unprofessional, rude, condescending, and should not have a job dealing with the public. The hotel itself smell like body odor in the hallway, the furniture smelled like cat pee, and there were bugs in the hallway.

Friendly staff, priced right, and very quiet. Everything worked as expected and the room and linens were clean. There was coffee throughout the day and a simple breakfast provided in the mornings. Bed was comfortable and provided a good night's rest. The staff let my husband borrow a Sharpie marker when he needed it. We would recommend the Quality Inn and stay again when in the area.

Staff welcoming and friendly. We were staying there for my daughter’s college graduation and when the date got changed due to rain, the hotel was very accommodating to change our reservation without penalty. We did however have to pay the difference in price from Friday night to Saturday night. Beds not very comfortable. Bathroom floor was dirty as in not swept clean as we saw hair and dirt. Breakfast choices were limited compared to other hotels that offer free breakfast but it was satisfactory for our needs. It was in a great location close to restaurants and shopping.
