Property was fine. Desk guy, Ford, was great. Parking at $12 a day felt like a naked cash grab, insulting for a hotel in a small-town concrete jungle. These guys are not the Ritz, and it left a sour taste, especially since there’s no warning outside of a small-font notice on the hotel web site. Just tell me what the effing rate is and don’t tack on nickel-and-dime extras. It cheapens the Marriott brand.

Overall, this hotel is fine. Room was quiet, beds comfortable. Location convenient to the event we were attending. That said, shower floor was scratched up in a way that looked sort of gross, couch was stained & had food but stuck on the ottoman. They charged extra for parking without any conversation about that. Overall decent but could use some more attention to details to make it truly nice.

Hotel was very nice. The parking lot was rough and there were suspect people there. There was a group of HS kids there that were loud but it was a weekend so we didn’t say anything. Elevator didn’t work right, the door kept sticking. But it was a nice place.

Overall the stay was enjoyable. My only concern was there is a large window that faces the rear of the property. There is a very bright light to illuminate the parking lot. During the night one of the staff members was partying with two guys from the hotel all night. The men were drunk and loud, yelling and laughing all hours of the night that you could hear throughout the hall ways of the 1st floor. The walls were paper thin in my room so you could hear the neighbors doing everything from using the bathroom to other things if you catch my drift. I paid 30$ extra for breakfast in the A.M. only for the staff to tell me that it was closed at 10:00 apart from the coffee. But the fruit platters and food were STILL up and running in the Starbucks displayed. Although the staff upon check in and check out were so friendly and helpful the overall experience was ridiculous and I left feeling more tired and anxious than when I arrived. I love the Marriott and I am not sure if this was just the location or what but it was a chaotic experience.

Horrible Experience. They refused to check me in with my PayPal debit card which is what I used to reserve. This delayed my check in by three hours. They also did not honor the extra fee I paid you for two breakfast meals. Overall the manager was rude and not helpful in resolving issues. He seemed to not even care.

Conveniently located, hardworking staff, decent and clean hotel and rooms. Very understaffed so their employees have to work three times harder than if they were properly staffed up. The Bistro is overpriced but convenient. Rooms are nice but they can be stuffy. It would be nice to be able to open a window (if they had window guards and screens). Would be good to have regular housekeeping, especially around holidays. Overall a solid choice, but could be better.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The rooms are clean, with cozy beds and a ton of pillows to choose from to rest your weary head on. The shower water gets so hot you can boil a lobster. However, I was pretty disappointed that the balcony did not have chairs on it and there were no chairs in the room to bring out so we could sit outside; that was the whole reason I chose a room with a balcony. It’s very odd to offer rooms with a balcony but not have them furnished at all for enjoyment / use during warmer months. Had I known, I might’ve chosen a different place to stay. Overall this is a wonderful hotel, I just wish we had been able to actually utilize the balcony.

Check in took forever. After waiting for about 20 minutes for someone to come to reception, the customer in front of me held up the counter girl trying to solicit a visit to his room would she did not immediately dismiss while I stood there waiting. I got checked in I went up to my room it was one of those days where it was over 100 degrees the air conditioning was broken. I saw the girl from the counter in the hallway she was doing something with people in one of the rooms on the third floor. Told her the AC was broken I went back downstairs waited another 25 minutes to get a new room. Expensive hotel all I wanted to do was sleep and I lost an hour this nonsense.

This property does not match its reputation or name. The driveway is full of deep potholes. The room lacked basic amenities. Most frustratingly, the room was clean on the surface but there was actual garbages under the bed. Housekeeping and management needs to step up.
