Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pittsburgh Airport

The front desk staff, Ricardo, was awesome. He helped me out with some extra pillows again. Great job and very friendly. The over night front desk gentleman was outstanding also. Made me a fresh pot of coffee in the early morning. Thanks guys Now the rooms are to be desired for. 1 the room air conditioner is controlled automatically through the thermostat, you are not able to just turn the fan on manually and the room either gets really cold and then shuts off then the room gets really hot. Guests need to be able to control the air conditioner as they see fit. 2. The rooms walls are way to thin and we were up all night for our second stay here in less than a month. Both stays were sleepless nights.

Awesome

The walls are very thin. We could hear the conversation the people in the room next door were having at 11PM. Bathroom has not been updated. Bed was fairly uncomfortable. It was fine for one night but we wouldn’t have wanted to stay there for more than that.

Very limited staff, plus the breakfast quality was very poor with very very limited items and limited beverages.

Nice, clean, easy to access from the highway. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Room was very nice, clean, inviting.
