Stains, dirt on walls and ceiling. Drawers filthy. Pictures showed fridge and microwave, there were none. Drug dealing in parking lot. Truck parked next to me was destroyed leaking galons of gas.

The room itself was clean and updated. The rest of the hotel, however, get run down and in need of attention. The landscaping was a bit rough, the parking lots were worn, and the stairwells, hallways and outside of the buildings are in need of refreshing. Hopefully the update of the rooms continues with the rest of the property.

The room was in good condition and well appointed for a 2-star motel, so no complaints there. But the hallway, stairs, and outdoor area were really grimy, smelly, and had garbage bags just left sitting around. The location itself is a noisy, busy commercial strip, and not an area where one can cross the street on foot. Overall, we slept fine, but the price was higher than the quality of the hotel or its location should merit.

Good location for my needs. Good front desk service. No refrigerator, wet smelly carpet next to bed, shady looking characters in the parking lot. It is next to a very good restaurant and very close to the airport.

Once again this is my go to hotel this is the seventh or eighth time I’m staying at this hotel. I always drive to Pittsburgh and if you have a car rental or you have your own car, there is plenty of parking and the location is over the top convenient if you’re going into the city of Pittsburgh it’s a very quick easy drive only 15 minutes into downtown or the casino area. The staff is always friendly and courteous and I’ve had no problems whatsoever with anything. It’s a simple hotel but located on the main road with many many restaurants , Sheetz and Get n go right across the street and never absolutely no problems with any pest or any thing in the hotel there is never been a problem with any of the neighbours or noise

When we pulled up the the hotel I knew it was going to be an issue. The lobby was old and so outdated. We went around to our room and before my 11 year old daughter got out of the car she said "this place is really shady." I tried to play it off, but there's absolutely no way I could do it. We paid for a Premium room... The beds were Full, not even Queen so her and my son were literally squished on the bed together. There was no Wifi, you couldn't hook the phone to the tv to watch anything, the bathroom was absolutely filthy. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and shower. The shower didn't drain and the pipes were so loud. We went out to meet family in downtown Pittsburgh and came back around 8pm and there was a group of people boondocking in the parking lot right outside our room drinking and doing God knows what until 4:30 in the morning. Screaming, howling, I literally didn't sleep and got up in the morning and checked my car to make sure that it was safe. You could hear the people above us going to the bathroom, walking and running the water as if they were in the room with us. I would never stay here or recoomend this property to anyone ever.

Nice convenient location to downtown, airport shopping and food. Stayed in second building upstairs offered daily house keeping but that only consisted of new bath towels. In the evening when returning the entire upstairs smelled like skunk weed every night.

The young lady at reception was very good and check-in went smoothly. The room was clean. The cable offered C-Span and some movie stations. Parking is very convenient. The bathroom is very small! Overall a good experience. Would return.

The first room we were given had bedbugs in the mattress ticking!!! Thankfully, we were given another room immediately. We did not see any bugs in the second room. It also looked and smelled cleaner. The sheets, bed and pillows were very comfortable. A very good ice machine was available. Parking was very ample.

Room was average (based on price). It has some age to it, so that was expected. Seemed like mold in the bathroom corners. The shower curtain was stained with rust. The towels were dirty (we requested new ones, and they were better, but not great) Beds werent uncomfortable, but could have been a bit better. One bed sheet had what loomed like a stain on it, as well as the blanket.

- Check in was easy, finding the room was easy. The beds are uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty. Long dark hair all over the floor and in the tub, the shower walls were spotted with crud where they haven’t been cleaned. Overall the bathroom was disappointing.

Terrible establishment, stained sheets, room smelled like a public pool. Trash stuffed into peep hole which made me wonder how clean room really was. Surrounding property was over run with sketchy individuals appearing to be leaving there or renting by the hour. Literally was in room long enough to see mess and leave. Front desk told us we could not have refund because we had been checked in for 30 minutes even though by the time I received my room key, found the entrance to the stairwell and found the room, had to walk back to the front desk to get keys reprogrammed, then back to the room and carry in bags. We never even sat our stuff down. I’ve stayed in some sketchy places but this one definitely was way more than I was willing to deal with. At the time of writing this we still have not been contacted by the manager like we was told we would be.

The room smelt like cigarettes and mildew. In addition to that there were dirty towels in the bathroom that were just wadded up on the sink. And the top sheet of the bed smelted like body odor and like it hadn’t been washed in ages.

There was a lot of your typical cheap hotel stuff that I'm fine with like the poorly fixed drywall from past leak, the caulking work done by stevie wonder etc, but the "premium" laminate flooring hasn't been cleaned in while so white socks become gray by the time you make it to the bathroom (so we never put clothes on the floor and kept our shoes on), and the stained sheets were both reasons the wife has black listed this location. Theres lot of good food options nearby, the price is cheap, and the hvac unit in our room was pretty new and worked well, so probably a pretty valid option for a single guy but a little rough to take your wife here in our experience.

Our room was dirty, the ceiling looked like it was going to collapse, there were cobwebs all over & stains on the walls from lack of cleaning. It stunk like smoke or was musty. Our bed was terrible with 4 flat pillows. The bathroom was tiny & the pipes or something was hissing if you tried to take a hot shower. There was glass & garbage in the parking lot. We won't return & wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was fantastic. Unfortunately the air conditioners in the rooms are from the 1960s. I had mine set on 66 and couldn't get over 72. I will not be staying there again 😞😞

For the price it was what I expected. Check in was smooth, however I couldn't get into the room that I was given due to a difficult door latch. I was given another room. Room was just "ok". You get what you pay for. It was clean and bed was ok. However, there was no coffee machine or microwave.

The room itself was just decent. The bed was comfortable, and it was clean. However, it was a struggle to open the front door. When I got my first key, I couldn't open the door at all. I called management, and they came over, and they struggled to open the door, until they finally were able to open it. It looks like the mechanism is damaged. The door itself was in poor shape as well. The faucet was loose, and the temperatures were inverted. But aside from that, the location was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet

There wasn’t a microwave or refrigerator in the room. The lock didn’t work well the door had to be slammed to shut all the way. The beds were barely bigger than a twin size. The bathroom was tiny and the ceiling had patches everywhere where the roof had leaked. Would not have stayed if I could have driven any farther

Room had a crack in the wall. No remote for TV asked and still never got one and broken shower head and broken iron I paid for upgraded room they charged me 22 dollars more because they said they were sold out even though I had a reservation so I paid 22 more for a downgraded room which made no sense to weeks ago I stayed and drain was broke in shower and bathroom light didn't work and never look under a bed cause they are never ever vacuumed but overlooking all that they are decent rooms for the price but if they only tried harder they could have pretty good rooms

This property leaves a lot to be desired. It definitely does not live up to the "Plus" standards, but it was decent enough for a 2-day stay. At check-in, the guy acted very non-sociable. The room itself needed some updates. The mattress was springy, and the "pillows" were flat as pancakes. The sick did not drain well, and the nightstands did not work.

The front desk lady on duty was very rude. We just went to check in and she was snippy and very rude. When we checked out on Sunday I just asked for a receipt and she was very disrespectful.. Other than that the room was ok but due to the lady at the front desk we will never stay there again. When do you get asked questions like who is all staying in the room and how are you 4 related and why do you want to share a double queen room ???

Booked three hotel.com arrived to nobody at front desk had to call them on the phone. Then they couldn’t find our reservation. Had to get a room which was twice the rate of original booking rate. Room was dirty Heat and a/c did not work properly. Bathroom door didn’t close . Shower didn’t drain. Would not recommend. Whole place smelled .

A disappointing experience While the hotel felt safe, cleanliness and room amenities were lacking. We paid for a room with a refrigerator but were given one without a fridge or microwave. Starting from 8 AM, our door was knocked on three separate times asking if we were checking out, which seriously disrupted our rest. Additionally, when I repeated my question because the receptionist didn’t understand me, she hung up the phone on me. This was very unprofessional. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

Restaurants are close. Walmart and Starbucks are a 5 minute drive away. Central Grille was a great place to eat. Sheets and Moes is directly across the street. McDonald’s, Wendy’s and Popeyes is in walking distance on the same side of the street as the hotel. Applebees, Jersey Mikes, Mission BbQ, Ditkas Steakhouse and Dominoes pizza is in walking distance too! The average Uber to the strip, pnc ballpark was $35.00

Great deal for the money. Great water pressure. Friendly staff. Good TV channels. Bed not super comfortable, but overall a good value. Very quick ride to airport, convenient restaurant next door, and in the middle of a very commercial area with all sorts of stores. Very quiet. Good AC. 24-hour gas station with large convenience store across the street. I would recommend choosing upgraded room that has a refrigerator and coffee machine, though.

Great location, though it can be a bit tricky to get into the parking lot depending on the direction you are traveling. Food options close by and easy access to major roads to get in and out of Pittsburgh area. Great price too.

Came to Pittsburgh for Eagles concert at PNG Arena. 15 minute drive to concert. Comfortable bed. Great price $$ - excellent diner next door, and Sheetz across the street. Overall great choice to lay you head down for the night.
