Indoor pool was nice. Room cleanliness was ok. Rug desperately needs to get shampooed as does hallway rug. Bathroom was clean. Tea & coffee 24/7 in lobby but no creamers at night. Pet friendly so you’ll hear an occasional dog bark. Location good, close to restaurants, stores etc . . . Did not try breakfast.

Good, clean overnight stay. I really love the Dove products and getting away from all the tiny plastic bottles. A couple things weren’t absolutely perfect—permanently stained washcloths and older toilet seat. Noisy mini fridge. Bed, sheets pillows good. Quiet room.

Hotel had a decent breakfast service. I found a number of things I liked to eat. The housecleaning was not so good. I was told they clean rooms daily but that did not happen, and a few times it was cleaned, only towels were replaced and no other cleaning done.

Handicap room had no rails to get in and out of the tub. They were ants all over the room. My first room had a noisy toilet apparatus that kept me from sleeping. Changed to a new room that had an old refrigerator that clanged and made noise all night until it was unplugged. lastly, without getting in the beds, you could see the sagginess of the mattress even while it was made they appeared to be a hole in the center of the bed. the carpets in the hallway were musty and in need of removal or deep cleaning. would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was clean but furniture was dated and cheap compared to other HI Express's I have stayed in. Bath towels small thin and one was fraying. Breakfast was so so- once again not up to standards of the other ones I stayed in.

Property was very good. My only issue was that our room was close to the ice machine and vending and we found the noise from the ice machine to be very distracting when trying to sleep. It made lots of noise even when patrons were not using it.

It seemed they tried to make this place nice - it was clean and quiet, but my shade didn’t go all the way down, and the mattresses didn’t quite fit the beds. It served our purpose, and I would stay there again, but they need to refurbish.

The hotel did accommodate my need for nonfeather pillows ahead of time as requested, which is rare. That earned their service stars. The room left much room for improvement. The window blinds did not operate smoothly/correctly. I needed to fix the alignment every time I needed to adjust them. Two of the three dresser drawers did not stay closed. They would slide up to 6 inches open and I banged my legs/ankles on them multiple times. I actually ended up pulling them out to try to fix them so I stopped hitting them. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling up and had mold in the peels in multiple places and looked ratty.

We were in Rm 125. The room next door was the electrical room. Every 2 minutes some pump motor, maybe, tried to come on 5,6,7 times, every 2 minutes. Once in a while it got lucky and stayed on for maybe 10 seconds. We could hear it in the shower, with the water running. I thought of calling the desk on the room phone to let them hear it, but that wasn't working. The clerk at checkout said she had worked there 2 years and never knew of a problem. I told her to spend 6 minutes in the room to aquaint herself with the motor rescued from the engine room of the Titanic. The room was clean, though. The hotel was fully booked. Guess we were the last ones to make a reservation.

My stay was only for one night but had I needed to stay longer I probably would not have stayed here. The bed was not confortable and the breakfast was just okay. My main concern was the toilet. The seat was very loose and the toilet itself was very low to the ground. For a larger person this was difficult to manage. The outside would probably benefit an update and the grounds better taken care of. The hotel met my purpose of a place to sleep while in town for a show.

The air conditioning barely worked and the tv only 2 channels worked oh and couldnt call the front desk because the phone didnt work and they told me to unplug the A/C to try and reset it except it was hard wired

It was extremely loud all hours of the night and when I called the guy up front he was totally rude and offered no help whatsoever even going as far as to tell me that calling and asking the people above us would’nt do any good. I stay at Holiday inn expresses all over the country and this is not a good representation of how I feel in total. Also one of two of the beds had hair from a prior stay. Totally disappointed

The refrigerator did not work. We asked for a replacement. The front desk receptionist said the maintenance man was off duty and she was the only employee on site. I had medication that needed to be kept cool. We ended up using ice from the machine all night and hoping for the best.

The bathtub had a very slow drain and the shower head leaked all over, reported to front desk but unfortunately maintenance was not available at the time we needed the service. Stayed 2 nights, the young lady at the front desk was very nice, she did inform me that unfortunately maintenance was not available on Monday! Some sort of offer of compensation would have been nice, as an IHG member, I was allowed to check out at noon instead of 11 am!

The staff was awesome. Everyone I spoke to was extra nice. I missed my first night due to a missed flight. I was given a refund even when they didn’t have to give me one and I am very grateful for that. The check in was in the middle of the night and they made it quick and easy. The room was clean and what I was expecting. I would stay again.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for 2 nights. It was within 3 minutes by car from Candles and Supplies where I did the workshop. Very convenient location, close to restaurants and stores. The hotel is outdated with a very small and cold pool. The breakfast was okay: bacon, juice, coffee, and cinnamon bun. The patty was dry and the omelette was tasteless. With that being said, the hotel was very clean and the pillows and bed sheets comfortable.

We stayed one night for a swim meet nearby. The room qas clean, temperature was cool, felt great in the 90+ temps outside. Loved having Dunkin and Wawa's nearby too.

It was very easy to hear surrounding guests even just moving around their room. The biggest issue though was the drink fountain at the free included breakfast was dispensing brown debri in the drinks. When i told the front desk person about it and asked for a bottled water instead she said they didnt have any. So, we ended up going out for breakfast.
