This is our second stay.both times the staff stood out as the best in the business.I had 4young children with me, and we used all amenities: pool, spa,tables in the lobby in the evenings for us to do crafts. Will definitely be back!

We stayed at this lovely hotel after our day at Dorney Park. I give it above 5 stars. Concierge desk was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Rooms was clean, pool area is small but clean and gym is really nice. It’s probably the nicest Spring Hill Suites I’ve ever stayed at. Would definitely stay again.

Positive: very nice staff , room was big , and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was decent with eggs, muffins, coffee and some protein options as well. Negative: extremely uncomfortable bed and pillows. (Manager said he would move us but the overall mattresses are very hard) Gym was very sparse. Would have loved more weight options.

When I arrived, I had to wait for somebody to check me in the pool that that address has on the website was closed for repairs. The beds are very uncomfortable in my room is not very clean. Also, I had a very noisy room. I could constantly hear people banging some water running something it was not a pleasant day

The pool was very unclean, which was a huge disappointment to my daughter. It was so bad that I wouldn't let her get in it! Completely dirty water, beyond cloudy, with a nasty film on top. I'd have rather she swam in a pond than in that filth.

Property definitely showing signs of aging. Corners of shower moldy, bedside table has the top coming off, stains embedded on counter top of bathroom, soap dishes grimy. Refrigerator didn’t work, asked housekeeping and front desk to address it, nothing happened. Breakfast is lacking, we stay at Springhills all over the country, definitely not the best representation of one. Will pick another chain for softball tournaments.

This was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. Everyone, including the cleaning staff, was friendly and helpful. The building and our room was immaculate. The room was spacious and comfortable and we appreciated the separate desk space and movable TV screen. Bed was very comfortable and pillows fluffy. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room would have been nice if it was clean. They need to inspect the rooms more carefully. I would not sit on the sofa and the bathroom wall had drops of blood on it. The shower stall glass look like it had not been cleaned in quite some time. The staff was friendly.

Our first room the shower was busted so they moved us to a second room that had cobwebs on light fixtures and on the walls as well as mold on the handle in the shower.

My stay was ok overall. I really did not like the smell of my room. As soon as we walked in we all smelled the stinch. The beds were way to soft for my taste. i would sit in the middle and both the sides would lift. Like if they were making a taco with me. I breakfast wasn't so good. I hated that the fire alarm went off very early. I was so loud we all woke up at about 6am 3-4 days of my vacation.

Very clean and seemed like a brand new property. We only stayed one night after attending a concert at Univest Performance Center so did not use the pool or exercise facilities. I liked the separate shower and toilet room areas

Bed was the worst in any hotel that I have stayed at, it dipped to the center Also the showerhead leaked all over the place. Way overrated. THE so called breakfast had instant eggs with mystery meat. NOT WORTH HALF THE MONEY !!!

I think in the future, the company should spend less on fancy interior woodwork and more on insulating the walls and floors. $350.00 for a night is a bit much to have to listen to neighboring rooms talk, run water and walk heavily on the floor. For that kind of money, it should be dead silent!!

This was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. Everyone, including the cleaning staff, was friendly and helpful. The building and our room was immaculate. The room was spacious and comfortable and we appreciated the separate desk space and movable TV screen. Bed was very comfortable and pillows fluffy. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was laid out really well for our family of 4. Spacious room with two closets and with separate rooms for the shower and toilet, both with sinks and mirrors, so really convenient for our group. The only reason why it’s not 5 stars is that the hotel had some carpet stains and perhaps could use some updates. But the bed were very comfy and the staff was wonderful.

Had a great stay, breakfast was excellent. Had pretty much anything you needed. Coffee was good. Only complaint was that the vanity light in the bathroom in room 215 didn’t work, made it tough to do make-up.

Fairly late check in—greeted by friendly and professional associate at the front desk. Room was clean and most comfortable. Not a complaint but took a while to figure out HVAC—thermostat on wall by entry plus controls on the unit itself. Tasty breakfast the next morning. Would happily return.

Stayed 3 nights - love the room layout, staff was great. Gave 3 stars due sub-par breakfasts. Not sure if it's unique to this location because we've stayed at other Springhill Suites (pre-pandemic) in the past and nothing stood out as noticeably bad. Oatmeal was too watery too be edible 2 days (didn't bother to look the 3rd day), no fruit 2 out of 3 days we stayed (fruit is a must while traveling!). They served the same sausage "crumb" / potato / bell pepper mash-up all 3 days (some variety here - with proper meat, like bacon one day, sausage patties the next day, etc - would be great. On this trip we also stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Express and Best Western Plus - all had significantly better breakfasts by comparison. Things like a fruit bowl, bananas, non-shrink wrapped pastries, croissants, real milk pints in the fridge (not just chocolate), etc. do really make a difference.
