The heater didn't work. The hot tub was filthy and I had to scrub it myself before we could use it. The glass doors didn't even close or lock properly. The front door was missing parts. This was the worst time I have ever had at this hotel!!!!

I purposely booked a jacuzzi room because I’m recovering from a broken back and the jacuzzi tub in my room the jets didn’t work. So I should have just booked a regular room and not wasted the money

The property is very run down. Our room had a balcony which had many areas of peeling paint making it unusable. The door to the balcony was not very secure. It was actually a bit ajar when we came in and we had to force it shut to lock it. The room itself was fine except for the ants that were crawling on the air conditioner. Also, the shower/tub valve that controls the water was separating from the wall so that you had to hold it down while trying to turn on the water so that it wouldn't come off the wall.

We had issues with a third party reservation. Clerk was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. Not sure if it was Days Inn or the third party to blame, but it took 45 minutes to correct the situation. The Days Inn pool and ATM were out of order. Breakfast was not good, plus we would have to pay $4 more if we wanted waffles. Rooms were fair

Room was not what was listed in web site, it was old, dark and dirty. Light fixtures were broken, tiny TV, hair and dead bug was on the bathroom floor, stain on the bedding, no stoppers in the drains, and some mysterious stuff in the drawer. Just a mess.

This is a very dirty place. It is run down and gross. The room was dirty except for the bed. The external area did not feel safe. I would never stay here again. The breakfast area is a joke and the walls and light switches look like they haven’t been washed in 10 years years or even once. There was a nasty, sticky bug catcher hanging in the food area that looked like it was placed there ages ago. It was full of dead bugs. A really awful stay. Stay somewhere else.

The room we booked had mouse poop on the table & pretty sure there was black mold in the bathroom. We were switched to another room not much cleaner but no mouse droppings the bathroom same. Will never stay there again

This is my first time ever rating a property and I have to say please don’t ever take your family there we had to leave three hours after checking in couldn’t sleep and bed bugs crawling all over and biting us . It was in humane and should be shut down . be careful when u take the lights off they bit u everywhere

Absolutely horrible. Not sure how they are even still open for business. Place is absolutely filthy and disgusting. I had 6 black pubic hairs in one bed. Ran for the hills. Literally.

There were all type of bugs and roaches in the room, in the shower, all over the room honestly. The toilet got clogged easily, it took over 2 hours to get a toilet plunger and on top of that they handed it to us instead of doing it. It was over all a terrible experience

I had no problems. The staff was personable with positive attitudes. Breakfast was adequate AND THE EGGS WERE GREAT. Also, the view and location were excellent.

As an Expedia Platinum member, I am extremely disappointed with how my reservation was handled. Expedia tried to contact the property manager multiple times to request a cancellation, but it was refused every time. It’s sad to see that the desire to make a quick buck came before customer satisfaction and basic human courtesy.

I was advised by the front desk that it would be fine to cancel my current reservation and book a new one, and that the property manager would approve it without issue. However, when I followed that advice, the manager later refused to cancel the original booking, and I was forced to pay for both reservations. Very disappointing experience.

I called the front desk twice about the TV. I could only get 1 channel. No one ever came to see what the problem was. They also said they have a complimentary breakfast. That consisted of a bottled water, a prepackaged danish and a juice box you would give to a toddler. I would never choose a Days Inn in the future. When I checked out the front desk attendant just took the key card and said nothing. This hotel is definitely not hospitable AT ALL. THEY GET A 0!

The days inn in tannersville is a quiet hotel right off the highway. My wife and I were traveling for business and needed an inexpensive place to get some sleep and this place fit the bill. Going by the pics on Expedia I was expecting the room to be a little older. The parking lot was surprisingly empty but that added to the relaxation that we felt after check in. There is an old train car next to the front desk that doubles as a restaurant but we didn’t get a chance to eat there. Maybe next time. All in all it was a great night and very reasonably priced.

The place is safe, quiet and I like the view alongside the mountains. The room has no closet no mini kitchen and couch. continental breakfast is limited and no food for kids like pancake or waffle. Outside along the doors is stink.

We booked a suite room for 3 days and the bed was not clean, there was a lot of long hairs and they don't give enough shampoo and lol the continental breakfast was bread and scrambled egg and oats so its like eat or leave

They advertise breakfast included, at check-in they handed me a paper bag. it included an orange that was clearly not fresh, a danish in plastic, a granola bar, a mini juice box, and a baby size water bottle. The television did not work until I had maintenance come fix it. Interestingly, I unwrapped a plastic cup, poured my drink into it, and realized about a minute later that it was leaking all over the place. I was there for work, so lucky for me I was out bright and early in the morning. I would not go back, I would not recommend, it was very disappointing and uncomfortable. I have stayed at a lot of hotels for work purposes, and I have never felt compelled to complain before.

Misleading on all travel websites.... NO HOT BREAKFAST HERE! They give you a paper bag at check-in with a muffin, granola bar, juice box, & tiny water bottle for the breakfast.
