While we love the hotel itself we still haven’t gotten our $300 deposit and its been 2 months we keep getting told by staff its our bank but we have never had this issue and we travel a lot

Over-priced on stay, charged for parking and should have been included with the price of hotel stay, no amenities at all. Asked for extra towels 2x and maid came in around 12:3am and thank goodness my daughter was awake - scary. Will not go there again. Should have stayed at Hampton Inn.
