The free self parking was good. Founded parking almost instantly despite a full parking lot. Check in was not too long. Staff was respectful. Room was nice, however did have to request room change after discovering rust marks in bathtub. Second room was ok. Would recommend air-conditioning in hallways. The hallways were very humid, however upon entering room the temperature was much better, nice and cool. There is microwave in common area on the floor and mini refrigerator in the room I booked. Easy drive to Sesame Place. Restaurant service was pretty good. There's a lounge area it looked very nice, but I don’t drink so had no need to enter. Overall stay very good. 👍

The gym there is terrible: the cardio machines in the gym turned off while in use - the rest of them malfunctioned. Also, the indoor pool was under renovations (thanks for not letting me know ahead of time , I would stayed somewhere else ).

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 10 years. It's nice to see the face lift that it has been given as we were not going to continue to come back as it was getting run down and dirty. You can smell the paint but that comes with the face lift but we were disappointed the indoor pool was not available but the outdoor pool was. The rooms are beautiful.

We stayed on this property a few times before - it was conveniently located close to Sesame Place and Six Flags Great Adventure. It was great then. The last time we stayed here before this review was in 2018. We ended up staying overnight this year in between trips. The hotel desperately needs upgrading. The hallways between guest rooms has a funky smell. The carpet was old and dirty. The fixtures in the room was falling apart- paint peeling off and cabinets were cracked. The stairs feels unstable and needs repair. During our stay- there were at least 3-4 kids ages 6-10 playing and messing around in the fitness area which can potentially be a liability if they get hurt and extremely inconvenient for adult guests who wants to use it. The only good thing about the hotel were the staff- they were pleasant, attentive and friendly.

It was extremely dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty to the point. I went home and got my vacuum to vacuum it up. I have pictures to prove it trash everywhere. My kids feet was black from walking on the carpet.

First, the hotel is under construction so it is not clean. It is very dark and the pool area is filthy. It was VERY NOISY so my daugher, grandaughter and I were up until 330am. Then, the telephone to the front desk WAS NOT even attached to the desk, so we could not report the noisy disruption going on in one of the rooms near us. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Big red stains throughout the original brown carpeting in hotel room Definitely 70s or 80s original decor . Extremely loud A.C . Dirty stained bathtub so didn’t even bother using it . Thin walls . Loud noise throughout the night as if people standing outside my floor hallways were having conversations as if inside my hotel room . Mattress and pillows uncomfortable . Ive had picnics in parks with cleaner ground than the conditions of our room rug. Mold near the edges of the bed and underneath the AC on the rug I was extremely uncomfortable, drawers broken, entrance of the hotel was surprisingly more dirty than the rooms. Garbage spilling out of the garbage cans. At all times because we were in and out the room at all times of the day. Cobwebs all over the seating in the lobby of hotel. And the rug at the entrance for sure hasn’t been clean since Covid 2020. Overall last minute booking for my family and I due to availability in neighboring hotels. But for SURE last time at Radisson for me. Because of the conditions here I would never visit a Radisson anywhere else. Thank you for your time

Newly renovated rooms were poorly done. No thought was given during renovations to add acoustic value. I could hear conversations in both rooms on either side of me and in the hallway. I was woken out of my sleep every night (4) all night. I would never stay here again.

Two occupants of the room, who were on the short side. Beds in the room were on rather high platforms. Very difficult to get into bed. We were not far from home, so we went home to retrieve a step stool. Beds were also too firm.

Hotel bathroom was nicely updated. Window did not have weather stripping and the air was freely blowing in. Window also wasn't locked and we were on the fourth floor. Curtains couldn't even block out the wind. Room was cold, and thermostat was motion activated with a heat setting of 68! Not a great thing for someone who is always cold. Overall appearance of hotel, aside from updated bathroom, is that it is in need of new carperts, new windows, a fresh coat of paint, and a different thermostat for heat! Pool was great except there were never any towels and front desk just said that housekeeping wasn't there. So, we had to use our bathroom towels. Not great but still a nice pool area. Breakfast was ok.

The staff is always amazing! I agree with the rule of charging for smoking in the room one of oir rooms absolutely smelled of smoke. However the staff and Miss Amy took care of it immediately. Highly recommend the hotel. The staff made the stay amazing.

First of all they could not f7nd my reservation which happened the last three times I stayed there. The key cars deactivated and would not open my room door. The syatem was down and another could not be made. I had to wait for maintenance who was very rude and sarcastic. My room was 8n a construction zone and had to be changed. The General Manager was present and told me if I've been having booking issues, stop booking through Hotels.Com, and then told me he could not make good on the issues because I didn't book directly through Radisson. He offered a discount on next stay if I booked directly through Radisson, I told him no need, I will never stay there again. That was my 4th stay there in the last several months, mind you. NEVER AGAIN! They acted as though I was staying there on a complimentary visit. I work too hard for my money to give it those who could care less about my stay.

I will sum it up this way: at 7:30 PM on my second night there I was laying in bed after a long day, when suddenly a little girl and her mother walked in on me as I was sleeping. We looked at one another and I told them to “get the ____ out of my room!” Five minutes later, the front desk clerk had the audacity to call me and question who I was and why I was still in my room. This property is located in a great place. Near the PA turnpike and off route 1. We had family to see in NJ and PA and where looking for a location in the middle to keep the driving time down to a mininum. Also, having a Wawa and Dunkin right by the hotel was a major plus!

I read other reviews that this hotel was run down. Not true! Our room was very clean, nice and comfortable. We have stayed at other hotels in the area and this is by far the nicest we have stayed in. Breakfast was good and it is awesome having a bar in the lobby.

Motel is old and very much in need of a re-model. Breakfast in the mornings cost $18. If you had a piece of toast or a bowl of oatmeal, the cost was still $18. Ridiculous!

Staff were friendly, pools were nice, onsite dining was convenient. Room was clean but old. My sink wouldn’t drain, the faucet was leaking, and the toilet wouldn’t flush, even after maintenance was asked to fix it. Parking was pretty tight but spaces were available very far away from the door. Overall worked for our needs and I’d stay again.

We’ve stayed here several times during the winter, and this time we decided to visit in the summer so we could enjoy the pool. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the outdoor pool. It was quite dirty and definitely needs to be cleaned more often. Overall, we still really enjoy staying here and appreciate the friendly staff, convenient location, and restaurant/bar. We just hope the outdoor areas receive a little more care and maintenance, especially during the summer months.

We have stayed at this hotel 4-6 times a year for nearly 16 years as that is how long we have been visiting sesame with our children. We have stayed loyal to this hotel through good times and when the rooms became rundown, were dirty and had old socks left from previous guests. My boys are very regimented so they like to stay at a place they are familiar with but I'm not sure we will continue to stay here going forward. I know I may sound like the old man get off my lawn, but all I ask is that people do the right thing for us the way I would do for someone. This place used to be a family atmosphere as it should as it is an official sesame place hotel but they changed the entire lobby took out the sesam presence but more importantly they stopped treating customers they way they used to. We had an issue with our locking mechanism on our door, they took care of this for us right away and replaced it but it was an hour delay for us leaving for an appointment we had and were late. The mechanism was installed incorrectly so when we got back to our room we couldn't get in, again it was taken care of right away as it was just programmed to the wrong room but again this delay made us late to dinner with friends. Then it took almost 1.5 hours for us to get our food, we never complain but I asked for our troubles if there was something that could be done maybe a discount on room or free breakfast for kids they looked at me like I was crazy for asking and said sorry wwle can't do that.

Everything was great, however I was not pleased with how the shower looked and the towels and rags were hard and old. I waited till I checked out to take a shower. Fair warning bring your own towels and rags. Drink was good bartender amazing, food good as well.
