Though a bit off the beaten path from the downtown area, it was a very nice place to stay. The staff was helpful and nice. The place was clean and in nice condition. The only complaint was the elevators are really small.

Nice property with sitting area out front. Breakfast service had a lot of options to choose from. Staff helpful & friendly! The location is close to various restaurants and shopping. The only "nuisance" was how the road has a median so being able to pull out the entrance turning left is not an option.

Parking is great. Check in went well. The walls are very thin and the beds are very hard. We had the misfortune of having a room across from the 1st floor elevator. Noise all night and early in the morning. Asked for close rooms as I booked two for my family 7 months before arrival. Got two rooms on the same floor at opposite ends of the building.

When we first arrived i had high hopes. The check in was quick and painless, the lobby looked nice and up to date, and we were told about the hot breakfast. Things went downhill from there. We were on the first floor, and the keypad to get in was very flaky (one time my key card wouldn't work at all and i had to walk back around to the lobby). The elevators need some work (the one started to move before the door fully closed). And the walls are paper thin, not helped by the fact that they put every family with little kids right down the hall from us. Never got to try the hot breakfast since we had to leave around 6am and they dont start breakfast until 7am on Saturday (6am every other day though). At least the bathroom was nicely updated (except the toilet paper. Still using that 1920s 1/2 ply toilet paper famous in hotels).

The hotel could use a deep cleaning! We used to stay here a lot due to its close proximity to AGC airport. As of late, the carpets are really dirty/stained. The breakfast has gotten pretty slim and generic. A sign at the front desk reminds people that a $250 deposit is required if you live within 10 miles, due to undesirable tenants (per front desk). Could be better!

There were signs everywhere on the property and including in our room about how "cleanliness " of the rooms and property was major concern to the hotel company. We told the front desk on 2 separate occasions that we wanted some sort of compensation for no housekeeping and they said the General Manager wasn't in and would call us to discuss this, but we have not heard from anyone. We checked out yesterday and have not heard a word as front desk said no compensation without the GM handling that request.

Our room had a very musty odor and hair in the tub and stuck to the ceiling. But other than that the beds were suitable, ac nice and was easy to check in and out. Breakfast was not the best but they had enough options to make a meal

This is a property we've stayed at before, the lobby and rooms are renovated since our last stay. Rooms not facing Lebanon Church Rd. are quieter and darker (less light in windows at night). The surroundings are older with unused buildings around. The hotel itself was serviceable, staff friendly. Breakfasts offered a good standard breadth of options.

We could hear the upstairs neighbor’s plumbing - sounded like a downpour in our bathroom. I actually had to go make sure their plumbing wasn’t leaking into our room it was so loud. Our door did not latch properly automatically - we had to push it closed each time. On a positive note - the bed was comfortable and the heat/air unit was quiet while turning on and running.

Your staff are great. They were very helpful pointing us to good restaurants. It is so nice to be able to laugh with people and feel welcome. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast food was good and very convenient. We stayed two nights and would recommend them to anyone.

They over booked and adjusted our room to a single bed suite. We needed 2 beds for the number of guests we had. I believe they gave us a room they normally wouldn't book as the water in the bathtub wouldn't stop running and whenever you turned on the water (or not sometimes) the pipes would bang and make an incredibly LOUD noise for at least 30-60 seconds. This was so loud you could hear it on the hallway and woke everyone up ALL NIGHT LONG. When we mentioned it to staff the first night they said they would send maintenance - they did not. When we mentioned it at checkout they said they would provide a credit - they did not. Overall the experience was horrible and compounded by the fact that the staff did nothing to rectify the situation. From having the wrong room, to a room that kept us up all night. I would NOT recommend.

The staff was so friendly n polite, the young lady with red n black hair was so sweet n nice n accommodating towards my dad, he's 82, she kept us all close n on the 1st floor! She was a Princess!! Even the man mopping the flr was happy, friendly n talkative! Very polite people! Clean rooms! Clean common area n nice bfast as well, coffee all day n nite! Definitely stay here! Also the young woman with the big round hoop earrings was adorable n friendly n so polite, thanks to all u guys!!

Upon arrival they charge you you $250 Up Front. Yes you will get it back in 72 hours but still. Tv didnt work and only had a few channels. Room was clean which was the only good thing. I dont know what kind of clientele stays here but for the overnight price and absurd security deposit its a no go. I dont even know if a homeless person would stay here.

We were only here to sleep one night, but the staff was helpful and friendly. When we checked in I casually asked how far Cranberry was because we had to travel there that evening for a game. Rather than simply saying she wasn't sure, she looked it up for me while I checked in. She did not have to do that. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was hot with plenty of choices. We would absolutely stay here again.

My tv didn’t work for my 2 night stay. I told mgmt and they sent housekeeping. They in turn sent the maintenance manager. The manager reset the the tv and told me he would return but never did. Breakfast was just pastry because something was wrong in the kitchen.

This hotel was good for a few nights. The front desk staff were really nice and super helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I was disappointed in the limited counter space in the bathroom, but it was fine for a few nights. I stayed in a room that was close to the lobby, so it was a little loud. Breakfast was standard and there was a lot of seating. It’s really close to shopping and dining. Good value for the price. I would stay again.

Room was comfortable, as most hotels go, the pillows were amazing! breakfast had plenty of options. Cereal, yogurts, hot eggs, sausage, and hasbrowns. Theres is a pancake station, and a toaster for a variety of breakfast bread items. the juices were fresh and cold. overall very happy with our stay!
