Property was nice, carpet in the hallways could use an upgrade. Elevators we down, but after a day and a half they were up running again. Only other disturbance was the guest who got on the elevator before us had been smoking weed. Leave that crap at home.

The hotel lobby needed cleaned and rugs are dirty and old so I was really worried about what the room looked like but i actually found the room to be much better than the lobby. The room was clean for the most part and the bed was comfortable. My advice would be for the hotel to train the housekeeping staff and update the lobby and your ratings will go up

We liked the location, it was quiet, what we needed. The staff for the most part that we had to communicate with were hospitable and helpful. The exterior and interior of the grounds were clean. What we didn't like was the shower stall flooring, it was dirty. Thank God we had bath slippers. We washed it off a bit with the hot water since we were too exhausted from the business/leisure experience to call and complain, switch rooms etc. There were ants in the room, and the bottle dispensers provided for showering weren't very cooperative. The sanitizer dispenser in the gym was out, so had to do our own cleaning. However, overall, we had a fairly good night's sleep, we did enjoy their continental breakfast, and their game room as we played pool a bit before leaving. I would give it a 3.8/5

The hotel was clean, and the people at the front desk were very kind. I loved the little snack shop they had by the front desk that had drinks, beer, and snacks. The game shop was a little run down, but it was big. The breakfast that was included was very nice and had a large selection. The complimentary 24/7 coffee and the weekend evening popcorn was a nice touch too. And the toiletries smelled absolutely amazing.

Have stayed here before for family parties, etc. It is easy to get in and out, parking is free and plentiful. Good access to routes and, for me, well situated for family functions. Rooms are simple, clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is more than adequate, with good choices.

The room was okay and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom was not fully clean. The sink still had some mildew and there was hair in the shower. I also used the fitness center and saw a roach crawling around.

I was put in a room with no HOT WATER. Ran the shower fir q0 minutes. LUKE WARM WATER. AFTER GETTING IN SHOWER IT TURNED COLD. TOLD ATTENDANT AND HE SAID THERE WAS NUMEROUS CONPLAINTS. I ASKED WHY PUT ME IN A ROOM WITH PROBLEMS.

In the first room assigned, the shade could go down only to about a foot from the bottom. I asked for and was assigned another room, which was better, but the shade was both off kilter, letting light in beneath the part of the shade closest to the bed, and creased, which let in a small amount of light *through* the shade. Also, I was unable to use the computer in the small business center, and no one could fix it before my bedtime, and I saw no guide for the TV. Worst, my usual breakfast is 1) eggs, 2) an orange, 3) oatmeal with 4) milk and a 5) banana, plus 6) a small container of yogurt. Of these 6, the first 5 were unavailable (and my favorite flavor of yogurt was also unavailable). I asked where else I could eat breakfast, and the desk clerk didn't know. He did say breakfast items should arrive before 2 p.m. (3 hours after my stay ended). The clerk did try to help with these and other issues, and two maintenance people quickly tried to solve the shade problem. When I later asked one of them for a status report, however, they said they told the clerk it couldn't be fixed tonight, and they were surprised he hadn't told me.

Overall the property is clean however the carpet needs deep cleaning simple vacuuming will not work as the housekeeper did vacuum the carpet and I could still smell the dust, as a result my sinuses started acting up

We ended up leaving the hotel early due to mice in our room. We were moved to a new room which also had signs of rodent activity. We decided to get a refund and move to a new hotel. A friend called to cancel their reservation because of our experience and when told why they were cancelling the front desk person told them they don’t have a rodent problem. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

Shower door moves half way from left to right and that majes it difficult to turn on the water so as you first turn it on you get a blast of cold water. Either the doors should be reversed or shower head should be on opposite wall. Shower celing was peeling as was celing above the sink. Temperature in room was awesome and bed super comfy. Older hampton. Rooms remodeled but not the doors. Would replace the doors. The guy at the front desk on 11/1 and 11/2 was very very nice. Breakfast was good.

Nice located hotel close to the turnpike. About a 45 minute drive from the airport. Room was comfortable but the hallways were freezing. Rooms were cleaned daily but the shower was poorly designed. The shower knob could only be reached from the back and you would get wet with cold water in order to adjust the temp.

This hotel was the most comfortable, spacious, and cleanest hotel my family and I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was also amazing. I definitely recommend the blueberry muffins. There was two areas in the room. One with two bed and the other with a pull out bed, chairs, a desk and more!! In these two sections there were also TV's. And let me tell you the bathroom is clean, spacious, and easily accessible. The shower was also nice with all the siaos and the hot water. It was a great stay. Definitely stay here if your needing a place in Philly.

Decided to grab a room during a power outage. Room was ok. Needs updating. There was clearly some type of damage to the door b/c it had bolts holding the top latch together and it didn’t close fully. Room was dated but it was acceptable. Air unit needs to be cleaned and filters need to be changed. Television service in the room went dead for most of the night. Front desk had no answers or explanation.

My room needed some updating. The thermastat, although workable, did not show the temperature in the room. The TV ok button did not work so I could not watch TV, could not get any chanel to come on. It took a good 10 minutes for hot water to come into the shower and even then the shower was not very hot. I thought the breakfast food was only fair so went out for breakfast the following day. The coffee was good however.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to a maintenance issue that was handled very poorly. The shower only had cold water, and we reported this to the front desk early in the morning. The maintenance team didn’t come until after 10 a.m by which time we were getting ready to check out. They were unable to fix the issue, and after another 30-minute wait, we were offered a late check-out and the option to move to another room to use the shower. However, by that point, we had to leave for our next engagement. To make matters worse, the maintenance team mentioned that the front desk would offer some compensation points, but when we informed the front desk, there was no apology or acknowledgment. We were simply told to contact Hotels.com instead. Overall, the issue was handled with no sense of urgency, no accountability, and no courtesy. A simple apology would have gone a long way, but instead, we left feeling frustrated and undervalued as guests.

The house cleaning staff were the worst, day 1, the room was ok bed was made towels were clean. After that it was all downhill. Our bed was never made again. after 2 days I notified the front desk who was going to talk to the proper person to rectify. Then no result with bed, or trash pick up. We did get clean towels that day so someone must have come in. The last day there a young woman arrived early am and we told her we needed a few minutes to get dressed, she indicated she would just get clean towels and be back, she left the door open so we took it as she was coming right back. When we left the room around 12 she still had not returned, so I tracked her down to let her know we were going out and she could do the the room, but when we came back around 8 the room was open with the latch keeping it open as they do and nothing was done. Needless to say we were a little upset to think our room had been unlocked all day. I called the front desk again and they were going to handle but we never received a response or concern. Very disappointed in Hampton Inn.

I booked one night for an unexpected trip to visit family and was going to arrive late. The desk manager answered my call to notify the late arrival and quickly verified my reservation in spite of a really bad phone connection. Later, I saw expertly take care of a dozen guest issues in just a few minutes, giving respectful attention to each. He also resolved an appliance issue for me. I am a service manager and Abdallah was absolutely magnificent, I wish I could have recorded him for a training video.

Starting from the lobby, it looked like a cheap motel. There was a stained dirty towel under the lemon water jug. The receptionist was nice though when checking us in. Everywhere was just rough and dirty. However it didnt stink which was a relief. The breakfast was decent but not great. We had to change rooms because the toilet wasn’t working and when we asked for maintenance to check it out, no one came. They offered free coffee and tea in the lobby but the water was forever lukewarm and NEVER hot. We complained but for the entire time we were there, it was the same. There were also front desk staff that had been there for a few days and knew absolutely nothing about anything. Also our room keys stopped working randomly and when we got back late a night, we met a new guy who didn’t even bother to verify any of us when we asked for the keys to be replaced….so anyone could have just walked in and have blank card programmed to our room!!! He just asked what’s your room number!!!

This is the second time I used this property for a stay in PA. 30-40 mins right outside of Philly, accessible to shopping and food with in 10 mins. It’s a solid middle ground property to stay at. Would definitely book again.

Wasn't happy with the hotel. The AC in the room was set to 68 degrees and I couldn't adjust it to make it warmer. Had to turn it off. Beds were comfortable and a large bathroom was decent. Last day of my stay, I had a problem with the hot water in shower. There was one day that no one came in to clean and I had to go to front desk to ask for clean towels. Breakfast was a disaster over the weekend. They were out of eggs, bacon, milk, and cream cheese. I had to go to McDonald's for breakfast. The next day, they were out of eggs, potatoes, and bagels. Surprisingly, I saw a family with a dog in the dining section and their dog had a big plate of eggs, potatoes, and sausage. There has to be a better way of keeping the food for hotel guests only. I spoke to the General Manager and to their credit, he put in for a refund for one day and Hotel.com took care of the rest. I will not return to this property.

“I had a great overall stay at the hotel! The cleaning staff were exceptional—so professional and attentive. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. The eggs and potatoes lacked flavor, and the options felt limited. Adding more variety and spicing up the breakfast would really elevate the experience. Still, a lovely stay overall!”
