The stay was wonderful. Front desk and housekeeping were great. Anyone we asked a question to did their best to assist. The only thing that would really keep me from staying there again is having to pay so much for parking in addition to paying for the hotel, especially since I go in and out a lot when staying in Providence. Unfortunately that’s a deal breaker for me.

Great location but would not stay here again. Property is dated and it shows. Went to take a bath and the water in the bathtub was brown. Half the elevators did work when we arrived and my daughter got stuck in one of the working elevators so we were down to 1. She was freaked out so wanted to take the stairs, however the doors from the stairwell are locked so you cannot go up the stairwell only down. Nobody seemed to think this was a problem

This hotel is great and it’s my 3rd time staying. I was very disappointed when I got there and realized that their pool had been closed down (for about a year). It’s on their website but other platforms haven’t been updated.

Elevators were being upgraded so little inconsistent. My room was next to an elevator shaft so I could hear the elevators going up and down. The WiFi was visible but couldn’t log into it after trying with four different devices. I had to tether out of my cell phone.

Ac in our room wasn’t operating well. It stayed at 74. We stayed 3 nights & 2 nights we had a tech come out. It would help for an hour then the unit would freeze over. It was inconvenient & they didn’t do much but apologize.

Hotel is in a great location in the heart of Providence. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the room was reasonable maintained in terms of appearance, cleanliness, etc… The only issue for us was the noise from the hallway that seemed as if the people outside were in the room. Also, the windows are not good for noise reduction either as you could hear every car passing by the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay. There was a mistake with getting charged twice and they resolved it immediately. It is literally in the center of the city and right next to the mall. The city view is pretty nice on the West side. I wish there were microwaves in the rooms or at least in the lobby/common areas. I also can’t believe you had to pay for wifi or sign up for their rewards program. Wifi should be included for free without any stipulations.

Internet speed was the worst I've had in a long time. Impossible to work. It's like if you have a shower and only a dribble of water comes out. At home I have 600 Mbps and in the hotel I was 5 or less. Terrible. Only go there if you don't use the internet.

Attempted to check into the hotel, it was late around 2:30am and they proceeded to tell us they overbooked and “walked” our room. They got us another hotel which they said was 20 minutes away but was actually double that 40 minutes. Wasn’t able to get to sleep until 4am and was sluggish the entire next day. Terrible experience. You shouldn’t parter with a hotel that treats guests in this manner.

My girlfriend and I had reserved and paid for a king size room a month prior to checking in. When we arrived to the front desk however, we were informed that they ran out of king sized rooms and would "give us" a room with 2 double beds. The front desk had essentially looked at us like we were trying to book a room for the night on zero notice. With no other options, we were forced to stay the weekend in the double room.

Texted staff that I required a very late check in due to attending a concert. At 930 p.m they texted me and said they were fully booked and they had gone ahead and checked me in to ensure the room and to have a great time at the concert! Got to the location at 1: 30 a.m. Valet service provided and smooth check in. Great staff.

We were disappointed in that there was no pool on the property even though we saw on their website that there was a pool. We were also disappointed about the breakfast buffet. The bacon was very chewy and the grilled potatoes were mushy. Very limited breakfast pastry.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and everyone who worked there was kind and helpful. The attitudes of the employees made it a very positive environment. I had a salad and a glass of wine in the bar and the server was great and the food and wine were amazing. Valet parking was punctual and professional. Quiet and safe.

The staff at the Omni was absolutely exceptional. From the parking valet team, to the front desk, to the maintenance guys who were up to talk sports and share restaurant recommendations - everyone was incredibly good at their job while also being fun and personable. This is on top of the convenience of the location downtown. I will definitely return.
