From the check-in experience to support Michie was terrible. There is no front desk or any onsite support for issues. You are left standing in the rain waiting for online support to send you instructions to download an app to get in the front door. The bathrooms are filthy with no toilet paper. There are no side panels for the in-window air conditioner so there is a 1 foot uncovered opening in the window. The general condition of the building is poor with holes in the walls and large gaps in the stall doors of the community bathroom. While texting for support, because there is no on-site person or front desk, the curt response at 7:30 PM was “we will look into it in the morning”

Rooms were decently clean. It's what you pay for. There's AC units in the room. The surrounding area isn't the greatest but as long as you don't try to stay around you'll be fine. Top bunk of our room was dusty and had hair on it. Few stains on the sheets. Our last night, there was a mouse running around and it came into our room near midnight. Otherwise, great place. Customer service was receptive and communicative. Great service.

This was a horrendous experience and hotels.com should not be booking this place. Not consistent with write up. When got there could not get in advertised front desk available. Door was locked. I called and left a message and no one called back forcing me to get a room at another place. l
