Booked on hotels.com. I looked for per pet/fees before booking. Upon check in I qas informed of a 25$ per pet per night fee. I was told I should have gone to their website!!! I 😤. Then given a room on the 2nd floor. Dog rooms should be on 1. Very dated hotel. Bed clean and comfortable. Walk in shower was new. Even the pillows were usable. Pool closed too early.

Chose this hotel for its location. It was handy to have a strip mall nearby for dinner options. Overall, it was fine, but it was under renovation and many areas were in worse condition than the photos suggested.

I chose this hotel because they had a hot tub. The pool had body hair and other stuff floating on the surface. The water was not circulating. The hot tub water was yellow, there was a gritty substance on the bottom. It had been repainted improperly and the paint was peeling. So there was paint flakes in the water. I was not impressed with the breakfast. The hotel was not willing to adjust bill.

Dirty building. Smelled like a nursing home. Cleaning chemicals trying to cover up worn out carpets. Sticky floor in bathroom. Old building with rusty bathroom faucets. Needs remodeled or torn down. Local residents were hanging out in the parking lot. Used Expedia to prepay for a one night stay. When checking in I was charged an additional $100 for "incidental expenses I might run up while on the property ". I tried to sleep a few hours but the smell of the building made me leave early to continue on my vacation. Do not waste your money here!

The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. That’s the best thing I can offer. The cleanliness of the rooms (rooms cuz we switched, first one had no shower curtain) was the biggest problem. The floors in both rooms were filthy with stains and looked liked they hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The first room when I pulled the sheets back, I found hair. The bathrooms were gross. First time at a Comfort Inn due to location when driving through. Not impressed.

Room was clean but the bathroom wasn't. There was hair in the bathtub and there was a no slip mat in the bathtub that was dirty. The toilet around the bottom was dirty. Just need to clean better. The breakfast area could of been cleaner they also need to update some of the chairs in the lobby and breakfast area.

So dirty and in need of major repairs! Claiming remodel in the works but there is no way! I had a pet and didn’t even want him to lay on the floor! I kept my shoes on because carpet was filthy and felt wet! Paid way too much for this room and then charged additional 50 for my two dogs.

Our room was run down and desparately in need of a remodel. We stayed in room 422 which had a parking lot view that included a lamppost with BRIGHT LED lights. These lights served as a spotlight on the middle of the pillow upon which I needed to rest my travel weary head. The curtains would not close completely either due to their age abd condition. The spotlight illuminating my pillow was useful for finding my be in the dark. On a positive note, I was delighted to see a live plant on the desk in our room as well as beautiful foliage around the lobby, elevator, and dining area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room despite its wear and tear was clean and the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectation with DIY waffles, eggs, biscuits with sausage gravy, and sausage patties. There was also the standard continental breakfast offerings of bagels, myffins, cereals, yogurt abd fruit.

Definitely not worth the money we paid. Dirty, run down and dingy. The beds were old and dipped in the middle, floors were dirty, lamps were rusted, walls had water damage. I could go on and on. Will not be staying at any Comfort Inn again, even for a quick overnight.

The upholstery chair had something left on it that should have been cleaned off. I had to cover it with a towel. The beds were very uncomfortable. I did not sleep well and couldn't get comfortable. The property definitely needs upgrading for what the room charges are.

The lovely young lady that checked us in early evening of the 19th of April was very welcoming letting us know that there were renovations happening on the second floor assigning us a room on the fourth floor. Construction noise did stop by 7 pm 😁

We were traveling with two dogs and were so appreciative of the nice room we had! No stickiness, smells, or any indication that the room was pet friendly. Both desk managers were friendly and kind. The breakfast was delicious and the chef took time to check in with everyone. We felt every effort was made so that we could enjoy our stay, up to the fresh lemon water as soon as you walked into the lobby. Kudos for the nice touches even when traveling on a budget!

We stayed 3 nights. After the first night we left to see our family, when we came back we thought our room would have been straightened up, fresh towels, etc.. but it was not. We then started to look for something that showed they don't clean the rooms when u stay. Well.. it shoed on a regular piece of paper, if you stay 3 nights, on the 3rd night they will exchange the towels, and clean the room. And if you need fresh towels before then, you will have to call down to the front desk... i felt like this was an inconvenience to us. And they should at LEAST swap.oit towels when you are staying. We spend a lot of money to stay, we like to get a little pampered.. the employees were nice and the breakfast was good.

Ice machine on our floor was out of order, went up to next floor and there was no ice machine. Had to go to lobby for ice. The tile in the bathroom is very slippery, so was the bathtub. Not enough staff. Only one person working at the desk made check in slow. Also that person has to set up breakfast in the morning so again made check out slow. The only good thing about this place was it’s convenience to the interstate.

The building was nice on the outside but very old looking on the inside. I stayed for a few days but my room was not cleaned or my trash taken out the whole time I stayed. When I arrived I asked was a deposit required and I was told no then after my card was charged and I left and came back I was stopped and said I had to pay 100 dollars extra. When online and the property informed me the deposit will be 50 prior to my arrival. The breakfast area had a lot of flies everywhere. I saw people sitting in the dark in the parking lot so I informed the staff on duty and he stated it’s the construction workers without checking to confirm it was safe.

The room and hotel environment was clean. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint was the low toilet very uncomfortable to sit so low. Breakfast wasn’t good. The staff was friendly and the area was clean, There were no none pork meat options, and the toaster wasn’t working. These are minor complaints but if these things were improved it would make an okay stay a great one.

The room was clean and spacious. Only 2 stars because there was no hot breakfast as advertised and no breakfast space at all because the hotel was UNDER CONSTRUCTION and oops no one bothered to mention that. We reserved the hotel specifically for the hot breakfast and it was priced as room with breakfast but only got small paper bags with a bar of some kind and an orange. Coffee was offered but it was undrinkable as it was from day before from huge dispenser . Prior notice would have been much appreciated ! Other than that, stuff was nice .

Hotel is having a redo so it’s not fair to mark them off for that. The rooms are clean the breakfast was fine plenty of choices hot or cold. Waffle maker eggs sausage. Saturday night stay we arrived very late about midnight the man working the checkout was very busy with a huge sports event. What a fantastic helpful person he was. Very well done !
