The pull out couch was so nasty we got extra sheetsets to cover everything. There is mold in the shower, there is dirt buildup at the air vent in the main room. My son cut the heel of his foot in the pool when a piece of it fell out. Now he has to walk around Disney next week with a cut foot! There was fire ants around the pool also, had to shake them out of our shoes. The staff was nice.

We had room issues. Shower curtain not installed. All beds are doubles not queens like advertised . Pool was supposed to be open but wasn’t. Small rooms not very clean. The highlight was the great hot breakfast

The pool was not open. Disappointing for IHG. We didn’t look for a deal - we wanted a quality experience after a long day on the road. Staff was apologetic and very kind about it. Later, our son slipped exiting shower and busted his lip. Staff provided an ice pack and asked if he was ok. Hotel may need to review some non slip applications to prevent reoccurrences. IHG and Travelocity should also communicate better on amenities like the pool. Though we preferIHG and Travelocity for travel, we would have booked elsewhere or not have promised the kids a swim on arrival during their first night of spring break. Staff was great!

I was standing waiting in the lobby and I ended up having to call the hotel to get someone to come to the front desk to check in. Bathroom door was barely able to open and close stuck against the floor. Elevator was dirty.

Front desk staff were super freindly and hospitable. Our room on the other hand was not so much. There was clumps of what looked like hair all over the carpet along with a large red stain. I had to wear my shoes all the time. The bath tub had mold all around it that easily cleaned off with my clorox wipes. Lastly there was an inch of carpet missing in the doorway. A major trip hazard for someone who walks with a cane. I called the front desk to let them know and was told she would let me know if she could move us to a new room. Of course i never heard back. When to breakfast at 830 and they were out of coffee, hot water for tea, eggs, bacon, and all the regular milk was expired. When told the attendant she said it was only one day past and should be fine... Watched the same attendant working on the wheels to a cart then put out food without washing her hands or wearing gloves. Extremely disappointed. At check out they offered me rewards points.

Breakfast was good for a hotel stay good verity. Area seems safe with a well lit mostly fenced off parking lot. Staff was nice and welcoming. My only complaint was the room was not cleaned well there was hair stuck to the bathroom door there was a sticky stain on the bedside dresser and there were toothpaste stains on the mirror. For the money this is a good stay just wish the room was a little cleaner.

The check-in process was great, the young lady was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and cozy. The trip would’ve be great and I would’ve gave a5 but I was awoken by contractors working on the roof around 6/7am in the morning. That was crazy, like you’re at a hotel so I would think they would work a little later. And not at anytime during booking or check-in did they mention they were in the middle of construction because I wouldn’t have stayed. I was able to call the front desk a little after 7 and they switch my room but I was still unable to get back to sleep which made the day long and the stay terrible. This was soooo much an inconvenience and a terrible start to my day. Worst stay ever

Hotel is clean and updated. Room had a musty smell when we got in, they are aware of it because they had mold prevention containers in the closet. We cranked the AC and fan all night and that seemed to help. Did not experience the breakfast as it didn’t start until 0700 h on weekends and we had to get going. They did have a little kitchenette which is nice and had a long bench to put the luggage on.

Very good stay. The room was clean and confortable, front desk and breakfast staff were excellent. A little noisy in the early hours of the day with working crews making a lot of noise at 5:00 am while getting ready to out to work. (There were many work crews staying here at the time)

Hotel was booked and our room felt damp and smelled very musty. Front desk sent up maintenance to spray deodorizer to mask the odor. Hotel was booked so we couldn’t switch rooms. They should not have put guests in that room. Even maintenance admitted it was bad.

The Hiral is very dated. The breakfast area was neglected, chairs were ripped and tables not cleaned. The pancake machine was broken so an alternative of frozen waffles was offered. When I asked the lady came out holding 2 waffles with her bare hands, which is not sanitary.

The staff at the front desk was bet nice and helpful. The kitchen staff was rude...asked my husband was he going to eat all that!? The maids was cursing very loud as they were cleaning saying how dirty the guests were they were cleaning up behind. One maid came and asked my daughter what she took off the cart (which was a lotion) only because we didn't have any in the room. She acted as if she wanted to argue about the lotion! I was in shock!!

Great stop riding through. Comfy beds, nice area, lots of food options! My daughter did step in a wad of gum that was in the carpet at bedside. Yuck! The front desk staff at check-in was sooo nice even when obviously overwhelmed. Breakfast needed more attention as the milk was expired and options were empty for long periods of time. Great cinnamon rolls!!

This is Tiawana I booked this hotel for my husband. I paid 150 for one night however online the price was 108.00. I just feel your rooms need up upgrading, the breakfast was subpar . Everything was processed, missing waffles machine, real meat please , individual drinks for sanitation reasons. I’ve always love Holiday inn . My aunt Dorothy worked there for 25!years. Please clean carpets!

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The bed linens were spotless and everything in our room worked. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were both soft and firm pillows with embroidered cases to distinguish between them. The hot breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. The woman working the dining room was very friendly. I accidentally left my Kindle Oasis in the bed and the lady I spoke to at the front desk, Barbara, was very helpful! She found it for me and we arranged to ship it home to me. I would absolutely stay here again.

The service here was incredible. The staff was friendly and genuine when we checked in, in passing conversation, and when a personal issue arose with a missing cord of ours that we were prepared to go out and buy or go without. One employee let us borrow his, and we left it in the room as we departed. The hotel was in walking distance of several restaurants for my family of six (four small children). The breakfast was pleasantly superior to most complimentary breakfasts at other hotels. All in all this is one of the best hotel stays we have ever had.
