Pet friendly, these types of hotels tend to be lower quality but SureStay is by far much better than the run of the mill pet friendly hotel. We stay here 3-4 times a year for the last 4 years

The room was okay, b ut had I known that we would be staying on the second floor with no elevator, I would not have booked it. We picked the hotel because it was pet friendly, but that meant having to carry two cats and their cat litter up the stairs - along with the rest of our stuff. For people in their 70s, it was a bit painful.

Great safe, convenient, clean and updated stop with a dog. Plenty of places to walk the dog and a good breakfast too. Quiet, ample parking including for larger vehicles, well lit, and cameras everywhere. Highly recommend.

The room was clean, the front desk clerk was efficient. The only real problem I had is I was on the 2nd floor and there’s no elevator being on oxygen made this difficult but my fault for not checking beforehand. I did ask for a 1st floor room but they were all booked. Overall for a 1night stay it’s ok

Stopped in late night 1am on way back to NJ. Bright parking lot and near a Burger King & chick-fil-a. Not a hotel type as doors are exterior entry. I would enjoy not all the same type of pillows, bigger towels and heat/air you can control better. I was not able to turn it off as there was no off button. Room is set up well, has a tv guide and sink outside the bathroom, which I really prefer. Didn’t have breakfast as I got up too late. Decent stay.

The room smelled! The bathtub was peeling off unprofessionally applied paint. The room was very acoustic- we coud hear conversation from next door room and were annoyed by their banging and sound of running kids.

We had a terrible issue with bed linens .Theywere ripped and sewn .The rest of the property had been renovated and was very nice .I took pictures of linen reported to manager who did replace them but they weren’t the best.Hotel linens should not look slept in and be full of holes and have tatters and repaired by a thread and needle.It left a very poor taste and a shame because everything else was clean

After our stay we discovered we were bitten by bugs, we assume it was flees, we has to quarantine all the cloths until we get home and heat clean everything. Brakefast was good though

We had a lovely night on our travels to Florida! Other than an initial problem finding the correct hotel to check in(it is behind another hotel) it was all good! Room spotless-all employees friendly and helpful-linens and towels all spotless and new and the roses outside beautiful! Best westerns best budget with Sure stay brand!!

We enjoyed our stay of one night at your hotel. The room was clean, the bathroom updated and check in was easy. We did not get a lot of sleep since one of our neighbors left his tv on all night.

I really like this spot. The check in girl was excellent! It’s clean convenient well lit and has plenty of restaurants and gas stations around it. My only complaint are the entry doors. There is no way to get these to latch without slamming them. This is just a problem for everyone. It’s not the only time this has happened and need to be addressed.

The room was clean and comfortable but the WiFi didn’t work for our entire stay which was a bummer because there was no cell phone reception in that area. I couldn’t even send a text to my family to let them know I made it safely. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of food but the pancake maker made tiny undercooked pancakes and the orange juice was out. The vending machine took my money when I tried to buy a couple bottles of water. If you’re looking for something clean and comfortable, this is a decent place but the WiFi not working was a big deal

Property was clean, but the smell of air fresheners or cleaners was so heavy it burned my eyes and throat. The bed and pillows were very hard, almost like sleeping on granite slabs. The bed sheet was on inside-out, and the bed had no comforter to keep warm. USB charging plugs were all broken at the bed. The door was sagging on the hinges, and it took almost all I had to lift up on the door so it I could lock and unlock it. The 110V outlets at the bed were so worn, a USB charger just falls out of the plug, and wouldn't stay plugged in.

This is a MOTEL. It was not clear in the listing. It was clean and comfortable and I would stay again despite my surprise upon arrival. The outside is well maintained with flowers all around. It has been renovated nicely with high quality materials. The tile in the bathroom walk in shower is beautiful! We had difficulty sleeping because of the noise. You could hear everything. Our neighbor left their TV on all night. We were next to the breakfast room and felt like we had all the diners in our room at 6 am. That’s the downside. Also second floor is a walk up.

Well lit and safe. Bed extremely comfortable. Room door would only latch if you pushed hard or slammed it; plus, it would not seal letting in cold air and light. We could smell cigarette smoke from a gentleman smoking outside our door! Room was a little dirty and dated. Door swing was incorrect on the shower; one had to get in the shower to turn it on rather than just opening door. Breakfast was solid and pretty good! Good value but you get what you pay for. A little tricky to get too due to an obscure road and poorly placed sign.

Very basic roadside Motel. Terrible sound isolation. Super noisy people half the night and sounded like they were in the room with us. breakfast not good at all. But, for the price, just a place to sleep if it were quiet.

Second time staying at this hotel. Booked again because while rooms are not exciting, they are clean and adequate. Was a bit turned off after my most recent stay because I was literally at room door, with luggage in hand, ready to walk to lobby to check out, when hotel staff banged on my door to tell me: "It's check out time." I checked my watch and it was only 11:02am. I could understand this action being necessary if it was well past 11am. Especially when late check out is up until 11:30am. The bathroom layout is a bit odd. Door opens inward, so it takes up space in already small area and blocks the hook to hang towel. Also, tub wall is kind of high, so getting in and out shower can be a bit challenging. I would suggest anyone with walking issues request an ADA room with walk in shower to avoid possibly losing balance and falling.

We booked a room on the Expedia app and had a confirmation number, upon arriving at the hotel, the front desk person called the owner or manager and said we had booked online and there were no rooms left. The app showed 6 rooms available. When I questioned this, the person walked into a back room with the phone and came out to say they have one room and it would be double the price. I asked for a refund and they said they could not refund me. While working with Expedia they called the hotel and said the manager wasn't there. awful

I want to say this stay was GREAT! Very friendly, accommodating & most of all CLEAN. The staff was very polite & helpful, one staff member ( front desk) Talasia, is a very nice young lady and went above to make sure my stay went well and to help me out with a double booking. Thank you such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, a d a pleasant smile esch time i walked through.

The front desk employee was very rude. Questioned me about my driver license making sly comments. Then proceeded to get smart because I refused to sign a tablet that she couldn’t produce the documents for which it was for me to sign agreeing to. I didn’t check in.. I will need to get a refund.

Always a good stay. Young lady at check in was very efficient and pleasant. I asked to change to a first floor room and she did it immediately without question. Room was very clean. The property is in good shape with several restaurants and very easy access on and off 95. Will stay again

This is a very convenient, clean place to stay while driving down I-95. The property is quiet, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and courteous. The breakfast was adequate, especially considering it was free. My only complaint was that all room doors face an outside balcony, and their billing is a hotel rather than a motel. For safety reasons I prefer inside doors. However, I would stay here again, given that the desk is manned 24 hours and they seem to have good cameras watching the balconies.

The hotel appears to have been recently remodeled and was clean and comfortable. We were able to park right in front of our room. The bath supplies were very nice and really smelled good. The walls were very thin and we were able to hear snoring from the room next door. The breakfast was adequate with both scrambled and boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and all the usual carbs.

Good value. Convenient place to stop off of 95. Good service in all regards. A good breakfast. The only negatives. Breakfast seating was a bit tight. The thermostat in the room seemed to be off on the room temp.
