Positive - Staff were great, good breakfast, room was clean. Convenient location. Property is not well maintained- several areas in the building were disrepair-though some new construction was taking place. One elevator was not functioning the other had masking tape of the floor to keep the tiles from further separation. The elevator’s certification was 5 years old.

From the moment that my wife and I checked in, the desk clerk , Marsha, knew me by name from previous times that we stayed there. Renovations have been ongoing. The he floors have been replaced with luxury vinyl tiles. New carpeting throughout the hotel. The exercise room was off limits as the upgrade is not finished. Breakfast in the morning is a good starter for the day. The location right off I-95 makes it easy to get off and then get back on the highway. The hotel is within walking distance to a fabulous Mexican restaurant, Jalisco. A brand new gas station with a convenience store is located next to the hotel. The only downside was in the bathroom. The shower curtain were not long enough into the tub. This necessitated taking a shower very carefully so not to have water on the floor.

The property was decent. They were undergoing renovations which added a few challenges to the stay. Furniture was missing from the room - unfinished tile work in the restroom - no gym access - limited dining room seating. The overall location fit the purpose of my travel - visit family but stay near the highway. The pool access was great. The breakfast was good and filling. I would love to see the outcome of the property once all renovations have been completed.

The elevator broke and we had to walk up the stairs to our room with all the luggage . The slamming of the staircase door was inconvenient in the middle of the night with people having to walk up the stairs. The shower had bodily hairs in it like it was not cleaned from the last guest. The shower water was cold/luke warm at best. The breakfast was delicious, however both mornings the dark roast coffee was empty. The different waffle batters were good and the mini waffle makers were perfect. I do not think we will be staying here again when visiting. Previous visits have always been top notch.

The customer service was really good. Ashanti checked us in and she was friendly and kind. The hotel appears to be remodeling so the gym wasn’t available and they were doing construction in some areas. It feels like once the updates are complete it will be an excellent stay.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION!! Hampton is one of my favorite chains. This one was under renovations and the entire second floor was closed. Lots of noise above if you’re a first floor guest and dust everywhere. Business center closed, restrooms closed. Dumpsters everywhere. I just think Hampton should prewarn guests when there are major projects like this going on.

We understand the property was in the process of being renovated. But, it is not difficult to maintain standards in the meantime: We found a dirty toilet, non-functioning telephone, bathroom door that caught on the tiled floor and required effort to close........and this was on our initial stay of Aug. 28-29 as well as our return stay of Aug. 31-Sept. 1, when we were given the same room [with the same issues]. Please do better. This experience was terrible.

Dirty. As if no one cared. Was there on a business trip with 11 coworkers. Staircases had filth everywhere including a pair of boxers on the stairs that never moved in 3 days.. that alone tells me the cleaning crew doesn’t care.

This property was under renovation when we stayed. There was no warning this was the case. The rooms had no curtains but blackout paper that was not fit for purpose. Allowing the bright lights of the travel stop next door to blare into the room. The largest issue was the complete lack of any sound proofing. For example we clearly could hear conversations and vehicles outside at the property next door and our next door neighbours television. We could also hear people walking in the room above us and talking in the room below us. We did not have a chance to have breakfast as we left as early as possible from the establishment.

The room definitely needed some repairs. I was told that the shower door was broken at check in and they even gave me a discount because of it. Besides that, there was a leak at the base if the toilet and some obvious water damage on the ceiling i. The bathroom. However the bed was very comfortable and the front desk staff member at check in (I am sorry but I don’t recall her name) was very friendly.

Everything was good and up to Hampton standard. The accessible shower had lower water pressure and took awhile to get hot. Breakfast options were decent, but I've had better at others. Bed slept very comfortably. Area was good and safe. Overall, we recommend!

Can’t close the main curtain in the room. The rod doesn’t extend all the way. Too much light shining in from the parking lot. Bathroom ceiling has water damage. Cracked drywall falling on floor. Tray waiter falling apart. So loose that it cannot hold my luggage.

This hotel was a mixed bag. The people were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, but there were a few quirks that brought my rating down. There were no amenities (bar soap, lotion, etc.) in the bathroom, except for the containers attached to the shower wall. When I inquired at the desk, they said that they ran out. So, I had to use the body wash to wash my hands in the sink. Also, the room did not have a chair to go with the desk. Again, I inquired and was told that it should be there. Evidently the previous guest did something that necessitated it being removed for cleaning. Really?? Also, one of the beds was comfortable, the other had a large dip in the center. Quality control needs to be upgraded here.

My stay was canceled by the hotel due to over booking. I booked the hotel room back on July 24th through Hotels.com. Here it is, 39 days later, September 1st and I drove all the way there, 3.5 hours, arrived around 10 PM and the front desk had my name written down, telling me my room got canceled due to overbooking. They could have at least called me since my name was already written down. I had to go stay in a smelly $92 hotel for the night. Unacceptable.

I have issues with my shoulders so when we arrived I called the front desk and asked for a couple of pillows. Her response was “I don’t know if we g”have any but I’ll check and call you back”. No followup and my call to housekeeping went directly to a busy signal.

Front Desk Clerk, albeit friendly, was seriously stoned and I could not get through my checkin without multiple errors, lengthy process while late and tired. He was trying to be nice by asking numerous personal questions, he couldn’t recall the responses and kept reasking, which added to the time. The lady in front of me was also remarking how slow he was. Breakfast staff was also unfriendly and lacking options that should have been available.

I booked two rooms for my family. I room woth two beds and another room with a king bed. When we checked in, they gave us two rooms with two beds in each. The wife and I wanted a king bed. Said we were out of luck.

Even with renovations going on, my stay was pleasant, safe and quiet. I worked in my room during the day and it was perfect - very quiet. Location was convenient to I95 and local restaurants. Would definitely choose this location again. Very clean/very safe.

We stay here each year on our way to and from staying in Florida for the winter! It’s easy to get to, right off of I95, excellent staff, cozy rooms, fantastic housekeeping team, top notch front desk staff. You will feel like home staying here!

Very nice stay after a long day of driving. Check in was quite, ample parking, snacks and water at the desk was nice. My room was superb. Very spacious, with a king bed, comfortable desk chair, and other amenities. The bed was quite comfortable, and I woke up pretty well rested. Breakfast was also excellent.

Extremely friendly front desk person. Nice, clean room. Coffee was good but please lose the western omelettes! They have ham. No hot options for vegetarians. Please also think about all the other groups who cannot eat ham: Jews, Muslims, and Hindus.

Our stay here was great! The breakfast bar is the morning was so delicious and we loved the variety. Front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. We will be staying there again on our way back home.
