Great place to stay. We would stay again. Staff was very nice. We saw them cleaning the pools out every morning even cleaning the grounds around the hotel. Easy access to the beach right there. Lazy river pool and indoor pool and outdoor pool and cool tiki bar. They keep your room clean.

Everything was really nice and clean, check in check out was easy, loved all the pools, especially the lazy River, all the outdoor amenities, and really liked the access to the boardwalk and beach…we will be back

enjoy the hotel. hotel is located steps away from the beach and nice restaurants. Hotel features a whirlpool; lazy river ; indoor pool; outdoor pool and kiddie pool. doesn’t get better than that.

Love the location by the beach (beach access), restaurants and boardwalk. Multiple pools with spa, lazy river, poolside bar. Very clean and comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

I like that they have low rise options, because we had kids with us, but there are elevators for the larger building (only 2) Lobby is on the second floor. Some parking on premises, but other parking across the street and further parking would be the parking garage. You are right next to the Ferris wheel which is cool, unless you don’t like noise. Room cleanliness and amenities is alright. Definitely could use a remodel. There is an inside and outside pool, hot tub, small lazy river and a 1 ft kiddie pool. Chlorine wasn’t overwhelming which was nice. Right on the water. Also has a bar and coffee shop, no complimentary breakfast. Woman who checked me in was really nice. A man named CJ had some deals which seemed nice, but you’d have to go listen to people talk at another location for 1 1/2 hours.

This is a great beach front property, while a little dated, it is very clean. Proximity to the boardwalk, shops, entertainment is perfect. There is plenty of parking although most is across the street. The walk up is not ideal when you are carrying luggage but if staying in main building there is an elevator. It says the pools are heated but I found them a bit cold. The hot tub was a huge plus! I was only there for a day and a half so I did not get to see all of the amenities but I enjoyed my stay. The staff was really nice. The pool both indoor and outdoor are a huge hit but when I went I had to wait a bit for towels. Overall, I would stay again.

We stayed last year and was so impressed we came back again this year. This stay was nice but upon arriving saw that my room was recently painted and the fumes were overwhelming. We opened the balcony and aired it out the best we could. I also noticed 2 cockroaches in our room. Service was so so. We were given fresh towels each day but maid staff didn't vacuum and did not make the bed at all. Front desk and bartender on staff were excellent and super friendly.

Seriously, DO NOT STAY HERE!! Our first room had cockroaches so they moved us a floor up. Then we found a bed bug! The hotel lobby is gross and the entire place smelled musty. The indoor pool and hot tub area was very dirty as well. The hot tub had so much hair and dead skin cells floating in it we were appalled! We ended up leaving at 12:30am and finding a different hotel! This place should be tore down, it is THAT bad!! Don’t let their pictures online fool you like it did us! It’s completely disgusting!

Room service was terrible. Had to request my own towels, trash pickup, and even toilet paper. Then they made me go get it all myself at the front desk. Walls are chipping paint, says no smoking but there’s nicotine drips on the walls. Bathroom is extremely small and narrow. Shower head was horrible, was like being blasted in the face with a fire hose. Security wouldn’t handle a situation on premises making guests uncomfortable to enjoy the property. Pools have chipping tiles and could be cleaner. Towels feel like sandpaper. I left a day early because of this.

The best thing about this property is the location. If you don't want to rent a car, the property is right on the boardwalk, next to the Skywheel and within walking distance of tons of entertainment, shopping, restaurants, etc. It's also right on the beach with two heated pools in case of bad weather. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is a bit run down and dated. The exterior looks about the same quality as an old motel. When we opened the door to our room we were hit with a strong smell of mold that never quite went away. The pool area was constantly a mess of towels and trash people left everywhere. Additionally, for a hotel with a no smoking policy, the smell of marijuana was strong and consistent. The biggest issue I had with this hotel was the lack of sleep I got there. I expected some noise being on the boardwalk, but our room was next to housekeeping and the stairs- we're talking LOUD conversations between employees, the stair door slamming shut every couple of minutes, them vacuuming next to the door at 8 AM every morning. I should mention this property is also next to RipTydz bar, so on top of listening to people party until the wee hours of the morning, you're going to get woken up by housekeeping at 8. I've stayed at worse hotels, and I loved the location. This hotel really has so much potential, if they would just invest some time and money in to renovations/upkeep/maintenance.

Check in was at 4, by 5 pm they still didn’t have a room, that we already paid for, ready (tower ocean view suite) so we settled on whatever was avail since we have a 2 year old and needed to get him fed. The room was VERY narrow but somehow spacious. I liked that the living room and bedroom were separated by the kitchen and had doors. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials (plates, silverware, cookware) the beds were terribly uncomfortable, pillows were lumpy, the AC units did NOT work. It was very loud, probably due to our location on the bottom floor, near the outdoor pool and bar, and on the end of the building so guests coming and going from the public bathrooms, the lobby, the public access to the beach, skywheel and other rides. Lots of screaming late into the night. If you’re looking for a quieter, low key hotel go beyond the boardwalk.

Our room door wouldn’t close all the way unless you literally slammed it shut from inside the room, or yanked on it super hard from the outside. It was deceiving because it looked like it was shut all the way, but if you tried the handle you found that the door wasn’t actually shut. Good thing we always try the handle because our room would have been unlocked/open all day. Also the bathroom sink leaked underneath, soaking a bath towel. The staff was accommodating though, and gave us a different room when I told them our issues.

We had an awful experience during check in, the man working the front desk was extremely rude and despite not raising his voice was so disrespectful and condescending that the other party with us decided not to stay. He called security and instead of checking us in proceeded to speak ill of the group that left. After check in he gave us incorrect directions to our room. The room was supposed to face the beach, but instead we faced side of the building and the building we were in did not have an elevator and we had to carry 2 large suitcases up three floors and we were not offered any assistance. The security the desk attendant had called up actually ended up showing us how to get there. When we went to the desk to inquire about the gym hours later Jolly (the front desk employee) than very loudly asks where he knows us from and if he knew us from the grocery store. I very calmly replied that we had checked in a while ago to which he replied, "Oh yeah y'all were with those people"

This was my first time staying here. The staff was excellent and very hospitable. The rooms were clean and spacious. I extended my stay, and the transaction was seamless. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

our room wasn’t ready until 6:30 pm. We had scheduled arriving after 4 so there wouldn’t be a problem getting in quickly. I had to ask for compensation , we were given 25$ to spend in thier bar or coffee restaurant. Not cool.

The security guard was very rude and hateful. Slinging his arms around yelling while we were trying to find a place to park to get checked in. The desk people and the rest of the hotel was great. I would suggest to ask for a room above the 4th floor if you want to have a great view of the ocean.

Beautiful views in the perfect location. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Excellent staff.The only downside was noise at night but you’re in the middle of everything so that’s to be expected. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again.

During the day, it was a beautiful place and a lot of shopping and food nearby, prime location. On the bad side, do not go outside on the streets after 9 pm. Super dangerous.

Stayed at the Holiday Pavilion for 4 days and 3 nights. Great access to the beach and lots of shopping. Wished that they had better choices for food at the hotel itself. They only have a small area with limited food that is only open for a couple of hours in the day. Also the closest bathroom facilities if you are at the pool or at the beach are located on the second floor of the hotel. They should have bathroom facilities located closer to the pool for the guests that are staying at the hotel.

The staff was wonderful! Easy access to beach however I feel that the upkeep of the property can be better and there are no good food options such as snacks - like finger foods etc. so you have to leave property unless you bring food with you…

It was a short, last minute trip for 2 nights, it was decent but no frills, no restaurant even tho it said there is one. Next to the Sky Wheel and Pier 14, convenient location. Has an outdoor bar, located on the boardwalk, you can rent chairs for $50 on the beach out front. Good water pressure, bed is just ok, a little hard on my back. No breakfast except a small cafe with muffins or snacks to purchase.

Greeting desk is on the second floor. First you are greeted by someone selling condos, then they direct you to the reception desk. I thought that parking would be a problem we required 8' of clearance. Parking was not an issue in the open lot across street. However we were there off season. No dining on site however might not be a problem during busy season. Otherwise you will need to drive to a restaurant. Would we return ...Yes!

We enjoyed our stay here and it was so nice to wake up and be on the boardwalk and beach. While the room was generally well cleaned, the rooms do feel tired & worn. It was great for what it was and the price point. Lots of time enjoyed in the pools and the tiki bar and coffee shop on site were also very convenient.
