the staff was extremely friendly on arrival. Staff was extremely helpful when they realized that the TV wasn’t working . The technician worked three hours to fix the problem and finally got it working. He was great! OK now the problems that I had was that they had a pool that was closed and it was advertised as open. The fitness center was open with p2treadmills, one not working. The universal was also not working . One of the reasons why I stay there is because I want to go to the gym every day. I couldn’t do it at this hotel, so I’d like some remuneration, or compensation of some sort, because of the lack of those two services other than that everybody was good to me.

The front desk, staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and customer service oriented. My stay was comfortable and easy and efficient. For a relatively small hotel it is quite busy. Having a service elevator separate from the guest elevator would be amazing. And ensuring that there are towels available in the pool area would be amazing too. The breakfast hours being extended to 10 AM would be amazing for leisure and business stays.

Folks are hard working. They need to be supported for hardwares - rear exit door key reader on 1st floor is not working. All security lights on parking lot stays on 24/7 which is not green.

The staff at the front desk was excellent. Very kind and helpful. The lobby and dining area were nice and clean. But, then the room. Wow. The corners of the bathroom looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a year. The key to the room worked only when you inserted it up and down rapidly. Out of all of the outlets available, only a couple of them worked. The fitness center was a joke. Everything was “out of order” except for one treadmill. The door to the bathroom was anything but smooth opening/closing. The tub took a good 15-20 mins to drain after one shower. Someone needs to get maintenance out there something fierce!

We were first given access to a dirty room, we of course complained at the desk and it was then made right. In general, the property looked as though it was not being cared for. There was missing pieces of soffit, there was a wasp or hornets nest in one corner of the building, the carpet was dirty and the pool appeared to be run down. The pool was in desperate need of maintenance. The bottom of the sidewalk ledge and where the pool wall met at the handicap pool chair, was in need of grouting and extermination of wasps. Otherwise it was ok.

The property was fine, but the room was dirty. There was a sticky substance in the desk/table in the room, feces on the bathroom floor, and dirt on the backsplash. I didn't trust whether or not the bedding was clean or if the feces had been tracked on the carpet.

Room was not cleaned Trash from last guest still there when we came in. Stains on counters, no soap, dirty towels. Complained and they said while we were out at dinner it would be cleaned but upon returning room was in same condition. I asked for a new room and was given one without an issue. Next room was better but had a bad odor. Hair was in the sheets. Overall the hotel needs updating and a deep cleaning. I would not stay here again.

It wasn't the cleanest. I took care of a giant hairball when we first got into the room. One of the beds seemed to be broken in the middle. My hubby and I ended up sunk in together in the middle. Breakfast was ok. Lots of little kids this past weekend, making noise at all hours. Good location though. Also, messaged the hotel twice through the hotels.com app with no response.

I was in room 226. There was an extremely loud humming sound basically all day( while I was in the room). At night I couldn't get much rest because the sound was so loud it would come on for several seconds and go off and then sound again. It was actually the noisiest hotel I ever stayed in, however comfortable and I'd stay again, just no where near that room.

The location was great. It was only a 5 minute drive to the beach and directly across the street from Broadway at the Beach. The bed was absolutely terrible though. We had a king bed and it was so worn out. The entire middle of the bed sunk in and you had to roll yourself out of it. The pillows weren’t great either.

so check in is at 3pm sharp not a second earlier. they literally looked at the clock and counted seconds down to the last second of second hour of the afternoon. if you wanted to check in a minute earlier there was a high fee, terrible. hotel is dirty and the area is sketchy. lost of weir activity around, people without shirts, wearying pants with belt around knees etc. over all not good at all

Property and location was great, however what i did not appreciate after traveling for 7plus hours and arriving a little before checkin to have to pay an extra $50 to be able to get my room. I'll start with customer service upon checking in the first night Emma was rude to us and had a nice /nasty attitude she acted as if she didn't care if I checked in or not only when I had been thru so much to check in and fully paid then she tried to be nice to us. Next Lakevia, Wanda and Suzanne gave us great customer service. and helped me when I needed it. The only problem I had was I told Wanda and another lady I wanted my room clean and throughout my whole stay 5day and 4 nights no one cleaned our room. The location it self was great because it was near Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, The Hollywood Wax Museum, Family Owed Grand Prix racing and a few other places. All of those places was walking distances from the hotel so that was a plus. The breakfast was ok for me and I like the pancakes. The rooms was ok. Once again what I didn't like was that I was lied to about getting my room cleaned and the trash piled up. I was a little upset about that. The restroom door didn't have a proper lock on the door so anyone could just come in and the shower curtains seemed a little thin, cheap and see thru. Upon checking out Aug 22th 6am I was met with another woman who worked the front desk she had a smirk on her face and her attitude was Nice/ Nasty towards me. Other than those few bad things I had a nice stay. For those two ladies with bad customer service maybe they should read the bible about Use Hospitality one to another without Grudging Thank You ! & Have a Good Day.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 2 times now, The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the AC was cold. One elevator was out of commission however there was at least 1 more within the hotel so it wasn’t a big deal. Check in was quick and check out was even quicker. Pricing was good and location was good as well.

When I checked in the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and a great asset to your brand. After he left, I went back down for an extra blanket and the night clerk was very rude and acted like my request was a huge inconvenience to her.

Front desk staff was amazing and helpful with everything!! Room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was ridiculously subpar! Open from 6-9am, which is about average, however, once they run out of stuff no matter what time it is they do not restock it.... It's very limited as to what you get and there were no sweet pastries of any type. You could make your own waffles but we went down one morning at 8:30 and another morning at 7:30 and they were out of coffee and they were out of milk and they had one yogurt left... woefully inadequate for La Quinta and especially given the area around Broadway at the Beach. So although the stay was nice don't plan on breakfast unless you're going out!! Also I don't know who programs tlive Dish Network channels on the TV but there were no live channel so you could not see any local news and the only other news stations were CNN and MSNBC so if you wanted to spend your whole time watching someone trash the current president at administration it was great....but again, very poor TV choices!

It was what was expected for a cheaper room. Could’ve been a little more clean. Bathroom door was hard to open. Keys didn’t work for a lot of the outside entrance doors. Small outdoor pool no indoor pool so if it rains you can’t swim. Location was close to everything. Free breakfast but no meat!

Our stay was not bad at all. We were disappointed about a few things such as the spoiled milk and batter used for waffles in their breakfast. It was horrible. The bedrooms are not as clean as they can be either. There was a ton of dust in the hotel room wall corners. I didnt allow my child to walk barefoot in the room. They also only come once every 4 days for room cleaning. Ive seen worse so it wasnt terrible, but giving it 3 stars is probably being a little generous. They have netflix on the TV system, which was pretty cool. They also have fridges and microwaves in the rooms. The environment is very safe and the staff wasnt too bad either. The hotel is located literally right across the field from where Broadway at the Beach is located. You can literally walk there from the hotel. That was very convenient. Not a bad stay, but ive had a lot better.
