We liked the location being close to the beach and the price was reasonable. The floor in our room was filthy, the pool needed attention was old and ran down and full of bugs. We wont be staying at this property again.

We o ky stayed 1 day. The hotel room was decent, 3 beds so it slept 6. The one room had no TV so be careful if you need a TV to sleep. Everyone was veey friendly and helpful. The pool was great. Small and perfect for me and the kids. The breakfast was ok, but we didnt get much as it ran out quickly. Overall, I'd say we would stay here again.

i personally loved it, the pool was clean, the daily breakfast was good, the staff and housekeeping was so friendly and the rooms was clean. they have an ice machine, washer and dryer, drink machines and snack machines as extras as well. its overall a good hotel and it also had that certain hotel smell that is suprisingly enjoyable

Over all a good stay , could use some new more comfortable beds , some comfortable chairs in the rooms for relaxing and watching tv , also the pool could have been cleaner . Needed a small microwave in breakfast area .

Hotel upon arriving was very clean and quiet. Reception was very welcoming and informative. Really easy check in. Great price. The pool was not open although I received an email stating it would be but not a very big deal for me. The bathroom toilet would flush very slowly but after informing the receptionist maintenance quickly and very politely came to fix the issue. Breakfast was provided. Overall good stay.

The room we stayed in was older. The hotel is trying to upgrade its spaces, but our room still had a old/bad odor despite some of the upgrades. The shower surround had been cracked from top to bottom and was repaired with some messy caulk. Hotel was was on the lower price range for the area and that was appreciated. The Baymont served it's purpose and was ok for a night's stay. Hopefully they will keep improving. The staff was nice.

Samuel was excellent! We had roaches in our room when we woke up the next morning and a roach came out of the juice fountain during breakfast. We were glad we only stayed one night.

The hotel is filthy. It smelled like urine in the lobby and stairwell. The carpet on the 2nd floor is filthy. Our room was dusty everywhere including bedside table, the tub had tons of hair in it. We didn’t spend the night, after going to CVS pharmacy and buying cleaning supplies and cleaning the room, “cloroxing” down the bathroom, still couldn’t spend the night, we left. I’m disappointed in Wyndham hotels for letting this LLC use their license. I booked this hotel relying on the Wyndham name.

The property was not the cleanest on the outside. We checked in, went to the room. It had an overwhelming smell of bleach. I sat on the bed and looked up. There were black marks all around the ceiling. It appeared like mold that had been painted over but not well.. i booked another room at a different hotel. I did not get a refund.

Property is easy to find. There was some confusion at check in because I was charged for the room while I was traveling to the hotel, not when I arrived as was expected. We got it figured out. Room was nice. It had been upgraded but some of the bathroom upgrades were sloppy in my opinion. I run an apartment complex and would not accept the way things were left. My daughter brushed her hair and then ran her hand over the main room floor to pick up loose hair. Her hand came up black! Obviously had not been mopped in a while. Breakfast was provided. It was ok. The orange juice came out of the dispenser brown. I poured it out and chose another drink. This happened 2 mornings in a row. Overall, a nice stay but think it was overpriced.

The hotel is a rather old property, low ceilings. Room smelled liked mold. I only booked one night and if I had to stay there longer, I would have asked for a refund and left because the smell when you enter the room is overpowering. Not sure where the 8/10 stars came from on Expedia. I kind of feel like I got cheated, but hey, it happens.

The room was very mildewed smell, we found someone’s disposal contacts on the bathroom floor and when we walked with our bare feet our feet were dirty which obviously meant the floor had not been cleaned , do not recommend this hotel at all, surprised Wyndham has its name associated with them

The hotel desk agent and staff were very nice and helpful with information about the area. The front desk staff was very attentive and answered any questions we had. The hotel was recently renovated with good upkeep, close to the beach and near shopping food and local activity areas. Two concerns are the thinness of the room walls (you can hear everything going on outside and neighboring rooms. The breakfast is very limited, only warm powered eggs and sausage patties, both were bland tasting. However the desk agent was very attentive to all guests in the area to assist as best he was able... with drinks, condiments and operating the waffle press. A+ assistance and attitude.

Air conditioning from second floor drips condensation to the top of the air conditioner on the floor directly below. The lower AC units have rust on the top. Drops hitting the lower units cause a tapping noise all night. Had to go outside and put a room towel un our unit the stop the noise but not the leaking

Convenient location, ok for one night, staff was friendly, breakfast was solid. Rooms were ok, nothing special, added bed-room in the 3 bed suite had very little soundproofing/insulation. neighbors kept the wife and I up for over an hour in the middle of the night talking/arguing. Kids slept fine, way quieter in the main room.

Very clean hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. I stayed Monday through Friday. We had to ask for housekeeping after two days because the garbages were full and we needed clean towels. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was simple, but enjoyable. My only complaint was that the bed was extremely hard.

The staff were very rude during my recent experience at the hotel. I had made a reservation and, while waiting for some money to clear in my account, I asked if I could charge my phone in the lobby since I was $5 short for the deposit. They told me I was not allowed to charge my phone or sit in the lobby because I had not yet paid the deposit, despite having already paid for three nights in full. Later, I managed to have the deposit amount ready, but then they informed me that they do not accept guests who live within a 50-mile radius, a policy that is not disclosed anywhere on their website. They followed up by stating they would allow me to stay only if I paid a $1,000 deposit, claiming this was a favor to me. Additionally, before leaving the hotel, I noticed there was waste in the pool, which was quite concerning. In hindsight, I am relieved it worked out this way, as I can only imagine the lack of cleanliness in the accommodations. They should be ashamed of how they handle their guests.

The front desk staff was very helpful and polite. Room was clean and breakfast was good too. My issue with this hotel is being charged a additional fee that front desk said was a security deposit ($50) that would be reimbursed a few days later on my credit card. Well it’s 8 days and a $50 deposit with another $50 charge is still on my credit card. Called 3 different phone numbers and they all take you to a reservation service with no direct phone # to the actual hotel. Horrible customer service here. NEVER STAY HERE; SCAMMERS!!

This is a “get what you pay for” place. We needed a room to sleep in and wanted breakfast. The room was pretty spartan. Lots of hairs on the bathroom floors and bathtub but linens were clean. When the reviews say breakfast was non existent, I expected a limited offering but legitimately we went downstairs and there was no food ant all except crumbs. Hot waffle irons but no batter or toppings. Coffee was instant mix machine. I’m not mad because we didn’t spend a lot of money there and it was clean enough. We took the money we saved on the room and went to breakfast but if you book expecting hot food or a long stay, maybe just know these things.

The shower didn't work in the mornings for me to be able take my shower in time to get to my appointment's on time! I was stereotyped by Dhaval when I went to get coffee he wanted to make sure I was a guest before I could I was allowed to get it. My phone in the room didn't work. room smelled of mold and the waffle maker needs replaced and the other didn't work! this was the worst stay I've ever experienced!
