TV did not have an HDMI cable to connect to the cable box so tv did not work. Pillows were terrible very old and thin, had to go buy pillows after the first night to try and sleep. Room next to or 2 down had a dog in the room that barked all day every day and staff did not address it, it’s barking woke me up every morning and was still barking every time I came back to my room. Not only did the tv not work the fridge did not work. Swimming pool and hot tub where both filthy so did not want to use them as they were both full of dirt and leaves. Very poor experience over all.

Despite a large contingent of guests, only one elevator remained operational througjout my stay. I waited 20 minutes in the restaurant for the waitress to take my order. Tables remained unbussed (one customer cleared the table and washed it himself). This weekend st. George had been the sir of the Wirld Senior Games. It appeared that management had failed to plan (only 2 servers were taking orders; people who had NOT taken orders were confusedly trying to deliver breakfasts to the wrong customers. I have previously stayed at this Garden Inn, and am now having second thoughts about another stay.

Expensive for an average hotel. Misleading information. It said it included breakfast but it was available if you wanted to pay extra for it but not included. The pool was outside and too cold to use. I searched for indoor pool and this came up.

Tough to review this property. First, the good. Excellent staff in all areas. Front desk staff at the check in was very helpful. Breakfast was very good. The hotel itself is a poor example of the Hilton brand. Dirty outdated carpet. Ripped at the entrance to the room. Furniture old. Needs updating

This is our second stay here. I paid 300 some odd bucks for the room. Getting ready for bed, noticed a brown stain on the sheets. Don’t know what it was nor do I care. Called for new sheets at 11pm. Will not stay here again.

We enjoy Hilton Garden Inns. This time, housekeeping had not cleaned human hair from the shower wall, left by a prior occupant. That is unacceptable. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and breakfast vouchers were offered. We could not take them up on that. A discount on our bill would have made me happier.

This property is okay. Its slightly below average for a Garden Inn. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd expect (dirty floor). The bed had some exposed plywood. Front desk staff were lukewarm. Still, not bad for the price. Its just that there are a lot of other options in the area. I stay primarily at Hiltons all over the world for both business amd pleasure, so I feel that my comparison is pretty well informed.

Carpets were dirty and had pet pee spots. I don’t understand letting pets stay on all floors! I didn’t want to get on an elevator with someone’s large barking dog. I paid a lot for a nice stay. Elevator floors dirty. Pools and bar were great. For a Hilton I would expect a better cleaner hotel. Staff were great as usual. But will look for a different hotel that maybe doesn’t allow pets and no dogs. We are allergic to dogs.

Everything was clean and the hotel staff is nice. I don’t love that they don’t clean your rooms unless you ask. Kind of why hotel stats are nice because you get fresh sheets and towels everyday without making a special request.

Centrally located and easy to get to off of the interstate. Hilton Garden Inns are usually top-notch and this was no exception minus one issue -- the air conditioner in one of our two rooms went belly-up during the night and it was unbearably hot. It was not convenient to move rooms in the dead of night, so it made for a very uncomfortable stay.

The smell in the room was horrible, it smelled like rotten eggs. The room is old, we were given a handicapped accessible room & neither of us are handicapped & the bed & pillows were not comfortable. Also the small refrigerator really never got cold.

I was expecting more from this Hotel being a “Hilton”, but it was just okay. The beds were not comfortable and neither were the pillows. I would say they need new mattresses. The bathroom sink had slow drainage. The desk had some grease on it and animal hair dog/cat maybe. There is room for improvement. The AC was noisy. There is lots of room for improvement here!

Has to switch rooms. First room was top floor with a lot of noise coming from the roof all night. We woke up no cold water in shower in the morning, only scalding hot, so we couldn’t shower before our day out. Got new room after 3pm and this second room needed a new shower head. Maintenance came and replaced so we could final take showers.

The purpose of our trip to St. George was to pick up a new dog from our breeder. I've never stayed in a hotel with one of our dogs before, and I was nervous. The staff, especially Estefania, went out of their way to make me comfortable and to answer my many questions. We got off to a great start with our new pup! Many, many thanks!

My room only had cold water. I talked to the front desk area and they were unhelpful. Told me the hotel was booked and they couldn't move rooms for me. They didnt even try to have someone fix it. I didnt shower during my stay because i didn't want to take cold showers. Breakfast not included. Not the nocest hotel and staff rude. I was warned about this hotel by my daughter from her stay but this was a work trip so i dodnt get the choice of hotel. Would not stay here again.

Stayed here before for work and it has been great. But this time was a bit different. Employee at check in seemed to be put out to help me. Had a question for the front seat next morning. Two workers were talking and didn’t seem to want to speak to me. Clean quiet and comfortable for sure. Breakfast was great as always.

Breakfast was good, but should have been included in the price. No waffles or pancakes was disappointing. Noisy refrigerator keeps walking you up. AC was annoying, either full blast or nothing.

Perfect location right next door to the Dixie convention center. The front desk person, Cass, was friendly, efficient and helpful and was able to locate a room for an early checkin. This made it possible for us to unload the car before heading over to play volleyball in the Senior Games. Would highly recommend.

Paid for a room i didnt even stay at. They were unaccomodating. They put me in a loop and didnt even seem to want to help. Never have i experienced something like this. I never even got a call back. Worse hilton hotel ive never stayed at. Just the staff itself and customer service was downright poorly executed. What is happening with this hotel.

It seems as though it would be a convenient spot, but the parking lot was full to the brim. Difficult to find an open spot. Dirty grounds and pool area, this property is TIRED. Needs a remodel. Breakfast is gross, but you get to pay for it! Not coming here again. Felt dirty and used up.
