Very quiet. We arrived during a snowstorm. The parking area had not been cleared. Difficult to park

Conveniently located near the junction of I 29 and I 90. Small pool no hot tub. Friendly staff.

Nice friendly staff, we did not have a chance to eat breakfast or checkout the pool. The fitness center was closed. The only thing I did not like was that I had to ring the bell due to no one being at the counter.

The room smelled awful (very musty and damp). It was dirty and there were holes in the carpet, cracks in the walls. The gym was closed, there is no elevator or anything. For $150 I would have expected more

No elevator to get to the 2nd floor. The first room had a smoke alarm that needed a new battery; it was chirping every 5 seconds. They switched us to a different room, thankfully. The bed was hard. I booked this hotel based on an 8.0 rating, and the Wyndam Baymont names, and figured it would be a decent choice, even though the price was higher than others in the area. While this wasn't my worst hotel experience, it definitely doesn't get into the top 10.

Easy access to highway. Pool was ok. Good breakfast!

Frayed telephone cord and phone was dirty. Very LOW toilet. First room window didn’t close completely. Looked like blood in pool so told staff Saturday and Sunday it was not cleaned yet. No elevator. Very run down!!

We have not had snow in a few days, but the parking lot is absolutely full of snow making getting our gear out of our vehicle difficult. Other than that, everything was great.

It was comfortable and clean. Wish they had an elevator.

Property had no elevator and breakfast was not good. The staff was friendly upon check in.

Carpet was damp and smelled sour

The room had a musty odor. The bedspread had stains and the bathroom wallpaper was peeling off on the bottom.

The room itself was clean but the halls and stairway were dirty and bad smelling. There was also not a battery in the smoke detector. The bed was broken in the center of one of the beds so it sloped to the center and was very bad to sleep on. The area the motel was located was not nice .

Immediately after checking in and arriving in our room, we found bed bugs underneath the mattress. We brought it to the attention of the employee at the front desk, and she kindly apologized and switched our rooms. It was a bit unsettling, however, when we were told that someone would "look into" this issue in the room but then we saw someone checking into the same room nearly an hour later. We did find several bugs in the new room, but it was not as alarming as they were not in the bed. Still, yikes. The staff was extremely kind, though. In particular, one of the housekeepers. The breakfast was quite cold, but not terrible.

The rooms were dirty. Not vacuumed. Previous people left a pill, change, candy wrappers and a muffin wrapper on the floor. One of the bathroom towels was dirty looking, the comforter had two globs of hair on top .

The room stunk of feet. The paint over the tub walls and ceiling were peeling and crumbling in the shower by baseboards and shower head. There was a dead bug on the bathroom floor and light fixtures. In the morning I saw a live bug crawling around the toilet. And by the bed near the window a small hard shelled bug flew on to the sheet hanging off the bed. We didn’t leave because it was too late. Terrible place and Wyndham should be ashamed of its relationship to this place..

This place is dirty. Beds are uncomfortable. Hallway has an offensive smell. The room they gave me looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The only positive is that they moved us to a different room when I told them that the room wasn’t clean.

Although it was clean, the walls were falling apart. Also the walls were paper thin and I could hear everything happening outside of my room. The guy next door was getting phone calls constantly which I could hear every time his phone rang. He even got mad and was yelling at times. The toilet would make noise every so often. Every time someone walked down the hall, you could hear everything they said. For the price, I would expect better!

The king bed and the upgrade to a bigger room was much appreciated. The fan in the bathroom was loud and clunky. The bathroom could be updated.

The room wasn't clean as we found a bunched up wad of bloody tissues under one of the beds, the toilet ran constantly, and the bed spread cover was torn. The beds themselves were very comfortable and the AC worked nicely and was very quiet.

It was old and the carpet had 2 big holes in it, needs a upgrade

A comfortable and quiet stay. The room could use some updating, especially in the bathroom, as it is beginning to show wear.

Walls are paper thin. Road noise, close to airport and other people in hallways all sounded like the door was open and windows open to outside noise

No the best room, a/c kind of worked, small tv, hard beds, no exhaust fan in the bath room. Not the best breakfast.

Absolutely horrible staff, dirty, disgusting, etc…We didn’t even end up staying especially after getting verbally abused by the receptionist who refused to accommodate us I just had a double hip replacement and she refused to put us on the 1st floor

When I checked in with my puppy I was told there would be a $50 charge for my pet that would be returned when I checked out. I was staying Southern nights on my last night in the middle of the night they charged me $50 again on top of the $50 when I first arrived I have yet to receive either back and then they tried to charge my card another $50 an hour ago! Watch your credit cards for UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!! WHEN I CALLED TO DISCUSS THE MATTER THEY HUNG UP ON ME!! AVOID!!!!! CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS!!

When we showed up, the front desk clerk asked us if 7 of us were staying (we had 3 of our kids plus two of our old foster kiddos as it was their birthday weekend and wanted to swim); so the lady called the manager out and he was already agitated, and said we couldn’t have that many people with the fire code, which we understood. We asked what the resolution was and I asked if we needed to get another room, and he said yes and I asked how much, and without even looking he shouted out a ridiculous amount that was twice the price that we paid for the original room. We literally booked the room a week ago and he claims “it’s the busy season now!” He continue yelling at as in front of other customers and our kids and ridiculed us and kept saying we had “20 people” and it’s illegal for anyone to sleep on the floor. He said or we could just leave, and we couldn’t get any money back as we booked through a third party vendor. He was completely rude and out of control yelling at us. It was humiliating. We were willing to pay for another room but not after the way he treated us and tried to price gouge us. And my husband had just had a major surgery it was in pain and looking forward to laying down after our long drive. Not to mention our whole family has complex PTSD, and yelling of any sort definitely triggers us. All of my kids are Native American, was he discriminating against us? I’ve never been treated so poorly at a hotel. The manager needs to be fired.

Loved the location, friendly staff, clean

Tv didn’t work and staff tried to fix the problem, but when they couldn’t they told me there was nothing they could do because the manager wasn’t there. Arrived and no water was available in the room due to construction in the area. The room was stale and didn’t smell very nice. When I tried to contact a manager to discuss all the issues I was frequently told the manager was not in and couldn’t take my call. When I was able to speak to a manager I was told he’d have to contact a district manager and they would call back. They have since not called back and will not return my calls.

I stay here often. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice front desk staff

Check in easy. Staff was super friendly. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

We were stranded in Souix Falls for a night because our rental car was totaled off because we hit a deer. The hotel was very accommodating and let us check in early, much appreciated!!

Sketchy no tell, motel next door

It did the job but there is a sketchy motel next door and their patrons watched us unpack our vehicle. That wasn’t the most pleasant of feelings.

Neighborhood a little sketchy and building really needs updating and improvements

I did like the fellow who checked me in. But the area around the hotel is a little sketchy. The room was OK. A little run down. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom kinda gross and the shower curtain was disgusting and smelled awful. The pool was closed. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. (Avoid the coffee) lol

Is nice and convenient for a night.

My stay was ok. Only 1 person manning the desk so there was a backup. The room was dated but clean. Hallways and staircases were not. No restaurants were close.

Same breakfast both days. Cold biscuits and gravey. Loud at night.

Good, clean basic hotel. The bed was nice bit the pillows were hard. The breakfast was good. It included eggs, fried potatos and gravy.

The fan in bathroom really noisy, pillows on bed really bad, breakfast did not even have orange juice, bagel was so hard you could use as a weapon. Eggs were really salty.
